I love this bed frame...
I love this bed frame. The only problem was that the USB ports were on the right side and I sleep on the left. My wife enjoys the USB ports, but I have the remote and I love the message settings.
Well I just received it...
Well I just received it and my family had to put it together for me not hard to do just put 8 legs on but very heavy. The young men that delivered it were very nice and caring. This is first night love the massage put my old king mattress on it but might buy a new one later.

Okay so I was very skeptical to buy this because I’ve never ordered from Wayfair before. When I saw it go on sale for Black Friday, I couldn’t pass it up. So it came and this thing is HEAVY. I definitely was surprised as I was trying to drag it inside my house. I got my first test of its durability when it fell on the ground and almost hit me lol. Definitely a two person job. Despite the struggle it was to get out and unfold, I AM IN LOVE. This thing is worth every penny. I love the zero gravity setting. Massage has 3 different settings for both head feet. The flashlight is actually really bright too which comes in handy when watching a movie. Hopefully the motor stays strong but with a 5 yr warranty for 50 you cannot pass this up. I did not have to bring this thing up stairs, but if you do... good luck!!!!

I am loving this base.
I am loving this base. My old platform base was uncomfortable for me. Realized that I can no longer sleep flat and was using a ton of pillows to prop up. With this base I can sleep without a pillow and still be comfortable. I love being able to adjust for various sleep positions depending on what’s comfortable that night. TV mode provides perfect position for watching tv in bed. Loving the massage but wish it hit more areas. The only thing missing is heat and need more USB ports. They are only on one side of the bed. Should have on both sides.

It was easy to put together, easy set up. I love the zero gravity option. The only downside is this is extremely heavy. Compared to its competitors who are more expensive, this is my only regret with this item.

I bought this...
I bought this with the recommended memory foam 12 mattress. When I raise the head the mattress does not conform and when I raise the legs at the same time now the mattress sits on top of the frame. I suggest to get a deep pocket fit sheet as it comes off the mattress when it goes up or down.

Product itself may be ok not sure has not been used is still boxed as I was waiting for my new mattress. Giving 1 star because of poor customer service received by 2 Wayfair employees by the names of Justin & Jason. This bed frame went down considerably in price since I purchased it at the very end of October. Most companies will allow price adjustments within a time frame such as this considering when I ordered it was not when I received it. I asked for said price adjustment and was refused. Was told the price match policy had ended after last September and even those were only within a 7 day period. The price match wasn’t to another company it was a Wayfair purchased item and as a Wayfair customer of over 10 years who eagerly recommends Wayfair to friends, family and strangers alike I would have thought a one time courtesy could have been made as an accomodation. Instead I was told I could pay the $99 return fee and repurchase the item for the lower price. Not only will I be returning the item but will purchase it elsewhere, no longer shop Wayfair and warn friends, family and strangers against shopping a website I had grown to love. Truly disappointed

Love this adjustable base
Love this adjustable base. Assembly was very simple. My sister and I just had to screw on the 8 legs (king size base) and put in the 2 mattress brackets. Very sturdy and durable. Much smoother and quieter than the Tempur Pedic Ergo adjustable base I replaced. I am very satisfied with the purchase.
