Great pillows. Amazing sleep very soft comfy recommend to anyone to purchase worth every penny.

The pillow is really nice. I kept the two layers inside of pillow and it's still soft. I'll try it out for a few more weeks before I give my final review.

Pillows are awesome. So comfortable. My wife has migraines and neck pain and since she started using these pillows, her neck pain has subsided. No more waking up with a headache!

After buying myself a Sleepgram Pillow...I have ordered 5 more for every member of my Family for Christmas. They are just the Perfect Gift because who doesn't want the BEST NIGHTS SLEEP EVER???? ~ I also bought myself the Comforter And I Highly Recommend It too!!!!

I recently bought my husband a new pillow decided to get the two pillow deal (one of me as well) I LOVE my pillow and i don't hear any more complaints from him so he must like his as well. Decided to update my kids as well so I ordered another two also....so far so good. I highly recommend getting if anyone is on the fence about getting one you won't be disappointed trust me!!!!!

I’m only 37, but was in an accident in my 20’s. I have expensive pillows. Always pay at least $70-100 on my pillows. I wake up every morning and walk like a 95 year old women. My first like 10-15 steps are getting feeling back in my legs and feet. I’ve now had this pillow for a little over a week and I wake up like a normal person should. I get right on my feet. Amazing. I know it’s the pillow because I just replaced all the mattresses in my home(5) and I can’t get these results from anything other than this pillow!!!! I sure hope this lasts!!

Very nice quality but does not work for me. I have had neck and shoulder pain no matter how I have adjusted it and it makes my ear hurt. I have had surgery on my neck and shoulder and that may be the problem.

It is like sinking your head into a very soft cloud. It's cool throughout the night, never gets too hot. And brings relief to my back and neck. The reason for 4 stars. Is the filling does tend to lose its shape. Making a large canyon for your head to drop into.

As a person who has Migraines constantly these pillows have stopped that. I bought 2 and I will never use another pillow these are amazing pillows. Like others i've tried my pillow and that guy that made that pillow was so full of **** his eyes were brown. Memory foam the same thing these are the only pillows I have found that I can wake up everyday Migraine free!

I really love the Sleepgram pillows, they have done everything you promised and more. I don’t Sleep well at all. However the pillows have helped me get more sleep and a better sleep. I m on a fixed income and really couldn’t afford to pay that much for a pillow, so I went with out. I’m house bound.& have a lot of illnesses. Thank- You.

Upon first receiving these pillows, followed directions on how to fluff them up. 1st night had both inserts in. Had a great night sleep, bit my husband and I both thought just a little bit too much. We took the blue insert out and we have been in heaven since then. Love this pillow. We both mo longer wake during the night adjusting our pillows. These pillows have greatly improved our sleep.

We have been looking for the perfect pillow for quite some time. We have tried at least 10 different kinds and models in the last 6 months, from pure Down to feather/down combinations all to know avail. These pillows are perfect, they are adjustable to your preference of firmness. We both prefer the light density and love these pillows.

I bought myself a Sleepgram pillow and I liked it so much I bought another for my husband. He was resistant to change but agreed to try it. Now he’s thanking me for making him switch and saying he’s been sleeping really well!

Great advertising. Poor quality of product. The seams are stitched poorly.

My first night with my new pillow was great but on the second night I slept with both inserts and after my head hit the pillow the next thing I knew I was waking up the next morning! It was the best nights sleep I've ever had!

I have been sleeping on these pillows for about 1 week now. I found the medium pillow to be best for me. These pillows are far superior to the My Pillow that I had had previously purchased & was using.

Super weird feeling at first, but I quickly adjusted. I can mush it any way I want and it is comfy. As much as I roll from side to side due to sinuses issues, this is a good thing. Still early on in my testing.I have had it a week now.

After a lifetime of trying multiple pillows, of multiple prices, constructions, makes and fabrics, I finally decided to give the Sleepgram a try. I was skeptical, of course, but after the first night, I was sold. The pillow (with the 2 inserts) is just firm enough, without feeling like a rock, yet provides the perfect amount of support and softness. I’m so glad I gave this pillow a try.

I have tried every feather and down pillow made. I have paid big bucks too! This pillow is a keeper. Soft and has depth. Keeps the weight off my shoulder and arm. Let’s my head sleep on what feels like feathers. If you are a feather or down pillow lover, you will love this.

Honestly it doesn't seem to be any different than Casper pillows or any other $50+ pillow. It is ok but I'm still looking for something more supportive for me. Better it it was a bit,more like it was when I 1st took it out of the dryer. Doesn't have enough loft

I must have 10 pillows! Have not been able to find the perfect one until now! What a great concept!! I have not had a neck ache since I started using my Sleepgram pillow! It’s cool and comfy and I am soooo happy!!! Bought a pair for my granddaughter!! It is a MUST HAVE!

I was so excited for this pillow because of all the great reviews. My neck is super picky and I’ve tried tons of different pillows. This one has two different inserts you can choose from to make it as soft or firm as you like, however, the soft insert had zero support and the harder support was way too hard and big. They could definitely use a third insert that is in between the two they already have. Also, it’s a little tough to get the inserts in without ripping the zipper since it doesn’t zip from end to end. Kinda dumb.

Loving these pillows. Only negative is that they are no cooler (or warmer for that matter) than any other pillow. Would be nice if they had a cooling gel insert as well.

I was hyped about a new pillow, however, I haven't been able to find the right combination. Also, the pillow is kind of loud when turning my head, wake up in the middle of the night. Unfortunately, I will be returning the product. Good concept, just not for me.

I got this pillow as a Christmas gift. Slept on it for a few months with no issues. Received a new job, had to travel every other week, started to get neck, shoulder and upper back pain. Started getting adjustments and messages, my Chiropractor said it was caused from travel. Until a friend told me he had bad shoulder pain and went to the doctors, the doctor told him to sleep with out a pillow for a few nights. The pain went away. I did the same and my neck, shoulder and upper back pain went away. Worst pillow ever. I threw it in the trash. Everyone I know has done the same. Do not buy this pillow, complete rip off.

LUMPY Expensive pillows...worst customer service ever...don't waste your money

Buyer Beware! While ordering pillows, discount offers are presented to buy additional pillows at a discount, plus pillowcases, which I purchased. A fourth offer was made to receive a comforter at no charge, pay shipping only. The approach was very deceptive, as today, I was charged an additional $209 dollars for the comforter. No confirmation emails were received after the order was placed. I did print my order receipt from the website, which is the only document I have related to the order - see and which shows the cost of the comforter as $0.00 with no notes regarding a trial period.. I called today and was advised that the comforter was mine on a "trial basis" and I needed to call by yesterday (21 days) if I wanted to return it. I do not recall this information at the time of order, or any mention that I would be billed another $200. There were no emails advising or reminding me of this requirement. The person I spoke with who said she was a manager, was unable to help me in any way. The order receipt presented online (no email ever received) shows 100 Day Satisfaction Guarantee. Obviously that is not true. FYI, the pillows are not that great, and the comforter is comfortable but is absolutely not worth $200! I wish I would have checked for reviews prior to ordering. BBB has 135 complaints just this year and many are for the same "free" comforter offer that is obviously not free. I do not recommend this company, their business practices or their products.

Do NOT order from this company!!! Their insidious tactics in the sleazy ordering process, designed to misrepresent pricing, makes it impossible to believe that their product would be of any quality. I set about to order two pillows, based on a banner at the top of the site saying that if I ordered RIGHT then I would receive 50% off plus free shipping. The description of the pillows said they each came with a pillow case, but then after I’d placed the pillows in my e-cart there was an offer to BUY pillow cases because customers found regular pillow cases would not fit. This should have been a tip off, but all else seemed normal so I added the pillow cases, especially since the banner ad had said 50% off the entire order. When it came time to pay, I put in my credit card info and clicked continue, assuming I would see a screen showing the entire order (as one ALWAYS does before hitting the final ‘pay’ button), but instead the credit card was processed, and THEN came the screen showing what had been charged. I had indeed NOT been given 50% off and there was in fact a shipping charge. I called immediately to cancel the order and got a recording saying the company was closed (it was in the evening, which is possibly why they then run ads, so that someone can’t immediately cancel an order) and to call during business hours. I called FIRST thing this morning and when I said I wanted to cancel I was greeted with “of course I can help you with that, can you tell me why you’re cancelling?” When I gave my reason the customer service agent said that she could unfortunately not stop the order because it had already been passed along to fulfillment (again — company was “closed” when I ordered and this was their opening hour). She said she’d give me free shipping. I said I did not want free shipping and that I would call my credit card company to stop payment. She said that she didn’t advise that, because my credit card company would see that Sleepgram had done nothing wrong but I could avoid that trouble by accepting 30% off. I said I did not WANT 30% off; that I no longer had ANY reason to believe that a company who’d behaved so disreputably during the ordering process had a good product; and that I wanted a cancellation. She repeated “The order can’t be stopped; when the pillows come you can refuse the package but there’ll then be charges for shipping and handling.” After the call I looked them up on the Better Business Bureau site and saw I was not alone -- they have over a hundred customer complaints and have been assigned a D- rating. I have called Capital One who said they would handle it. Save yourself some time and frustration and avoid Sleepgram.

This company is a fraud! I never ordered anything from them. They charged me $240 and in turn lied to my bank that I received a "trial comforter". I have been going back-forth with Sleepgram. Agent #455514 today (11/19/20) admitted that I was never sent any merchandise but since I "disputed" the charge with Bank of America, they cannot refund me the $240. Or issue me a credit or a check. Sleepgram is nothing but a SCAM, a FRAUD and THIEVES. STAY AWAY FROM SLEEPGRAM!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Their shipping window is 2-7 days. If they screw up and don’t even start shipping for 8 days they will do NOTHING to make the situation right. In fact, they will charge you for the order you already paid for at a higher cost than you originally paid. Then when you call to get that fixed they will deny you expedited shipping to make their error even a little bit better. I was repeatedly refused access to a supervisor or anyone that could help me with my issue.

Absolutely love my sleepgram pillow! Love it even more since I fearfully washed and dried it today. I invested in 4 wool dryer balls to help keep the pillow fill from bunching up creating wet spots. Absolutely perfect results y’all! I certainly won’t be afraid to wash it again when it’s needed. The red pillow I use as a queen by folding it over and using a queen pillow cover then the pillow case. Perfect firmness under the top main pillow with the blue insert. If you want to be able to adjust your pillow, buy this one now! You will not regret it.

Worst pillow I have ever slept on. So uncomfortable. I wake up every morning with a throbbing neck and back and headache. With both inserts it is hard as a rock and so lumpy. With one insert it’s like sleeping just on a pillowcase. A total waste of my money. No cooling effect whatsoever. So terribly unhappy with this purchase. Will be looking for a new comfortable pillow.

Great concept. Lumpy pillow after 3 months.

Although the pillows I ordered came without a problem, I had a terrible job getting acknowledgement of my return. Long story short...I used the label they sent me and when I delivered them to FedEx on October 11th, I saved the tracking number - sure glad I did. Because it wasn't until November 15th that I realized I hadn't gotten a notice of receipt, or had it credited to me. So I called. It took 20 minutes to be assured, via e-mailm that a credit would be coming my way. Luckily I had all the documenation, including Proof of Delivery from FedEx. Because when I first talked with the lady, she couldn't find anything that showed I had returned over $200 worth of merchandise. I will never deal with this compay again.
