We had a Sleep Number, which was terrible. After a lot of research we found this mattress at Sam's Club, and couldn't believe that this was the most comfortable one we found for this price. This mattress is amazing! No more hip or back pain. We can actually sleep next to each other. The Sleep Number had a piece of hard foam down the middle that made it impossible to cuddle. I did order it online and I don't recommend that. I ordered it on the 8th, it didn't end up here until the 22nd. I wish I had bought in store, it would have been cheaper and faster to have it delivered that way.
I'm 6'4 320, so I need a firm mattress but still want to enjoy some softness and bounce. This mattress finds the nice balance so that you are not having back issues.
Purchased 2 Queens for 2 Guest Rooms. So far have heard great raves about the comfort. Husband took a nap and said it is a great bed.. Cannot believe the price.

I bought this mattress for my mother-in-law as an early Christmas gift. She had been complaining about her old mattress for the longest. Awful mattress... we bought not a yr ago now and one side of the mattress is broke both sides sag indent. We spent over 800 for the king size. Not worth it. Would love to be able to contact Serta but keep getting no
where. Would not recommend buying a mattress from serta or Sams. A less then yr old mattress should not be the way ours is. I never write reviews but felt this was important so someone else doesn't spend money on a mattress this bad!! So much for a name brand mattress lasting for at least 5 yrs!
i have had mattress for only 2 weeks and already having problems with it. one side of the mattress is protruding out. not something that should happen in a mattress only used for 2 weeks and cost over $600.00. very disappointing!!!!!
This is in a spare bedroom. I took a nap, and I'm sold. Mom and Pop are getting a new King mattress. Yeah!!! (I am very overweight and the firmness of the bed helped cradle me to sleep.)

I purchased this model, pillow top. within 6 months I had a dip in the spot I normally sleep in. im 220lbs. never had a mattress do this, so it must just be a bad one. took it back and just got the normal mattress, no pillow top. sams was no problem returning it for another, even gave me the 100 diference on a gift sams card. but within 4 months I had another 'hole' like a taco develop. so I decided to write this review. I don't blame sams club for this, I blame serta. I put my old old mattress back on and finally got better rest with no back pain. which the hole was causing me severe back pain and sleep deprivation. im going to look into sams club giving my mony back for it. again. lessoned learned, cheap doesn't always mean better. or quality...
Had this mattress under a month, and every morning I have awaken very sore in my shoulders, lower back and hip areas.i an very displeased with this product, it had no give whatsoever it's like sleeping on the ground. I will be returning it to the club.

I ordered it online and it was delivered and set up and they took away my old mattress in less than 15 minutes. Called the day before to tell me my scheduled delivery time. Mattress is comfortable - I ordered a king and it seems to be a little smaller than my last king but I do not have a cal king so that is a little weird, but overall great mattress for the price.
I love the quality of this mattress and box springs. The split box spring helps with moving up to second floor. Mattress is made well and is comfortable.

This is a firm mattress that gives good support. We sleep much better now and the delivery, setup and removal of the old set was really a plus. I have never bought a mattress before without laying down on it first but we took a chance and are very happy.
