Excellent value
This mattress met my expectations on many levels. It was easy to unfold and setup. It "unfolded" as expected. It's provided a firm, yet comfortable sleep ever since. I've had the Queen size for one year now and it's held up very well. I'm a big guy and it still holds its shape.
Loving it so far
Have not had for long but from day one very comfortable and really feels solid compared to other memory foam mattresses I've tried. Definitely a good bargain for the price!
Overall Good Value
I've been sleeping on my new Serta 12" Luxury Gel-Memory Foam mattress for 3 weeks now. I'm coming off of a Sealy memory foam mattress that I had for about 12 years. It was quite soft and beginning to give me back aches so I figured it was time for a new one. I knew this Serta would be firmer and was ready for that but it was a little firmer than I expected. I knew it would loosen up after a little while and it did. I added a nice mattress pad to the mattress and now it's quite comfortable for me. I do not sleep hot at all and there was no odor upon arrival.

The mattress comes rolled up and in a sleeve, which is inside the shipping box! Just carefully cut the sleeve away and Voila! the mattress starts to take shape! It took all day and into the night before I could sleep on it but it was heaven!
I'm getting such a good night's sleep that I hate to stay over in another bed anywhere, anytime!

I love it
I bought this mattress a few months ago, I downsized from a Cal-king to a full. My old mattress was the best, didn't think I could ever buy anything better. This mattress however beats that!!!
DO NOT BUY THIS MATTRESS
Don't waste your money on this mattress. I got it home, took it out of the plastic sleeve, and waited. And waited. And waited. 3 days and it still hadn't expanded to it's potential. It was cold, so I turned up the heat, thinking that would help. It didn't. It only expanded to about 9 inches, it still had the creases in it from vacuum packing, and it was lumpy. I gave it 2 weeks. No change. I am returning the Serta to Sam's today. This isn't Sam's fault and I don't hold it against them at all. This is typical Serta, and I should have known better.
Not a plush mattress
This mattress replaced a very old, cheap mattress. The box says "plush" but there is nothing plush about it! It is very firm. My husband, who loves a firm mattress, thinks its the greatest thing since sliced bread. I find it to be a little too firm. Motion transfer, very good.
Can use it
It has been 24 hours and can't use yet. Looks the same as when I unpacked it. Corners stick up from 2 to 4 inches. Manufacturer says to give it 72 hours. If a week goes by it's a product defect. It is 11 inches thick so far, not 12 also.
Great luxury alright
I decided to buy this for my daughter I went and tried it out and fell asleep in less then 5 min it was a bit firm but still com formed to my body and was conformable enough to have me out sleeping the deepest sleep ever. I want for myself now.
Best purchase ever
I just bought it and have only slept on it 3 nights. It is rather firm, but it softens a little after lying on it for a while. It has not been too warm or hot. My husband weighs 300lbs. and it suit him just fine.Bought it at the store and was able to bring it in the house no problem. The box had wheels on it.Took it out of box set on the bed opened it up and it inflated itself when the air hit it. That was it. We both have been sleeping like a baby.
Very comfortable

Great mattress!
I bought this mattress in store several months ago. I had been researching memory foam mattresses online and decided to purchase this one. I was somewhat worried when I saw how smashed it was when I opened the box around 9:00 a.m. By 9:00 p.m. that night it was fully expanded ready to sleep on. There was no odor.
GREAT VALUE
The mattress took about 48 hours to completely straighten out but you could sleep on it immediately. It was a bit firmer than first anticipated and the instructions said that would be the experience. Can't find anything wrong with it to report. Would definitely buy another and probably will in the near future.
VERY Firm. Gave it 30 days – returning it.
We really wanted a memory foam mattress. We looked through the reviews and thought we’d made a good choice. This mattress is VERY, VERY firm. I have had back and hip pain since just a few days after buying it. I never had a single night of good rest. I’ve slept on two other memory foam mattresses and this one is way different. You never ‘sink’ in to it. You never get that ‘conforms to you’ feeling. We certainly didn’t want the hassle of returning a mattress so we gave it a full 30 days. We are returning it.
AWESOME MATTRESS!!!!
If you are looking for a firm mattress / semi firm mattress, this is the mattress to get! This is my 1st Gel Memory Foam mattress and I love it! After sleeping on it for the past few weeks, I've noticed that my back pain has subsided quite a bit, and I fall asleep faster too. I highly recommend this mattress. I received the mattress within three days of placing the order, Sam's Club did an excellent job.
EXTRA FIRM!
unless you want an extra firm bed avoid this mattress! It is EXTRA FIRM. Quality is good and we were very excited to try it, but it is not like any other memory foam mattress we have bought for our kids.
