This bed is a great comfort for back problems my husband had 3 back surgeries and said this was the only bed he was able to get rest . I personally sleep better and cooler I have arthritis and it not only took my pain away and cooler during the night. I would recommend this bed to other people.

My husband and I have been in the market for a new mattress, for quite some time. Therefore, we jumped at the opportunity, when Serta reached out and asked if we'd be interested in trying out the new iComfort 500 Plush queen sized mattress! Our previous mattress and box spring set was a Serta pillow top. We've had the set for nearly 5 years and it has been a wonderful set, however it has gotten a lot of use, and we needed an upgrade. In 2012 my husband broke his lower back in a car accident and I also suffer from lower back pain. I've noticed that since I've been sleeping on this new mattress, that my back pain has been almost entirely reduced since night one. I don't wake up feeling stiff as a board, after a wonderful night of sleep. Prior to receiving the mattress, I was a bit concerned on how it was going to feel to sleep on memory foam, since this is the first memory foam mattress my husband and I have ever owned. When you first lay on it, the mattress immediately begins to envelope your body like a glove. It's firm, but not too firm. I've also noticed that the bed doesn't move around like my old set. If your significant other needs to get up for a bathroom break during the night, the bed isn't going to have noticeable movement for the other person, when getting up and down. If you have back problems, or if you're just looking to upgrade.. I highly recommend the iComfort 500 Plush. You'll be on your way to a better night of sleep in no time!

I have been getting the best sleep every night since I got this mattress! It feels like I'm laying on a cloud, so comfortable! I would highly recommend this to anyone who prefers a softer mattress. I also haven't had a problem with being too hot, which is something I've heard can be a problem with memory foam. I am so happy with this bed, I can't say enough good things about it! I am extremely impressed with this mattress. We slept on it for two weeks before writing this review. I found the mattress to be very supportive and comfortable. I love the way my body sinks into the mattress. Also, this mattress is very well made and excellent quality. Overall, I am very happy with our new mattress.

I have had my new mattress for about a week. The mattress itself is wonderful so far. I chose Plush. The measurements are queen, and for those wondering what size sheets to get it is not deep pocket. It seems a little firm for a plush however it is quite comfortable. I have alternated sides every night that I have had it, and so far it has kept its shape well. I also got the adjustable base. This part is quite heavy. The delivery service (thank goodness for strong young men) brought it up the stairs for me however as myself and they apparently were all unaware of what the setup entailed, the base has not been set up. I didn't realize this until after they left. Setup and installation is supposed to include attaching the legs, and connecting a power box of some sort. The base has a list of amazing features that I am unable to use and try out as it is resting on the floor. As it is very heavy I cannot get my fingers under it even. I am sure the features are wonderful though. If you are considering this bed make sure to keep the delivery team and have them install it properly.

Was very happy with the comfort and support this bed gives me . I had back surgery right before getting bed and will continue to use and buy another bed.

I have had back problems and trouble sleeping for years. Id toss an turn at night, be restless all hours, wake up more tired then when I fell asleep. I decided to give it a shot, after a couple nights I was waking up and wasn't in as much pain, I have more energy because I actually get good quality sleep. The memory foam fits to the shape of your body giving great support and comfort.

I have never seen or experienced a mattress with this level of support and comfort. If you wake in the morning with an aching back, this is the mattress for you. My husband has his own business and works some days up to 18 hours and his back is always giving him problems but just one single night on this mattress he said he could literally feel the difference. You will sleep like a baby cradled in the comfort of the amazing lushness of this mattress and its body hugging memory foam core and wake up from a solid nights sleep feeling refreshed and ready to start your day. I was a little skeptical at first when I seen the mattress in person because I'm so use to a traditional innerspring mattress and I have been sleeping on the icomfort 500 plush mattress for 9 nights now and I absolutely love it! I would highly recommend this mattress to anyone. If I could afford it I would put this mattress in a 4 rooms of my house!

We have had our new mattress for a week now and have been enjoying very comfortable sleeps. The firmness of the mattress is what I was expecting. We have not gotten too hot while sleeping. Overall I would highly recommend this mattress.

We sat on several mattress in the store , then when my wife sat on this one, you could see her face and know this was the one we were going to get. We needed something that wouldn't move when I get up at night and I didn't have to worry about that with this mattress. After sleeping on it now for a week, I can say I haven't had to get up at night because I couldn't get comfortable. We both sleep so much better and through the night. I have a rare form of cancer that causes bone pain. Since my diagnosis, I've struggled to find a comfortable sleeping position on my old innerspring mattress. A friend suggested that I try foam, so I did some research and decided on a Serta iComfort because of the brand reputation and value for the price. The "zero-gee" position of the adjustable base is amazingly comfortable. I feel as if I'm being cradled with no painful pressure points. As an added bonus, raising my head helps with my problem sinuses. This is the best sleep I've had in years.

I do enjoy my new mattress very much! I am a stomach-sleeper and used to toss and turn a lot. Since I got my new mattress I sleep so much better and I do feel rested in the morning. So glad I have made the purchase! Thank you!

We just bought the blue 500. I've had several herniated discs and also have my L1 colapsing and have several bone spurs around my ciatic nerve. I haven't had a good nights sleep in over 2 years. Give me a couple weeks to sleep in the new bed and I will write another review and let you know what I think

This mattress helps me want to go to sleep,. which has been an issue for me. As high-energy, work-oriented night person, I enjoy going to bed now, which helps my overall health. I can actually sink into the mattress which hugs my body, to help me focus on the comfort. Having a great bed is a really worthy and ideal investment, since it effects all areas of my life.

We have purchased this mattress set because we needed a new bed. The expense of a new mattress has stalled us many times but we decided to make the decision to make the purchase and it could not have been a better decision. My husband I have both been having better nights of sleep since we made the call, aside from the adjustment period transitioning from our old spring mattress to this one. This bed has been a God send. I have arthritis in my back and have dealt with the pain for 4 yrs now and I knew I had to do something to help my back pain and my sleep. I searched many different beds and actually went and laid on a bunch and finally came to the conclusion that your mattress was the best for my needs. My sleep has improved tremendously. I do still have some pain due to the arthritis , but that's to be expected, but I now can get out of bed a lot faster than before and don't have to lay and stretch my back as much before I get up. Both my spouse and I had hip pain when we slept on our relatively new (firm) innerspring mattress so, out of desperation to have a pain-free night's sleep, we went mattress shopping once again. We tried only soft mattresses this time and spent quite a while on each one - five of them - and after a number of minutes on each bed, our hips would start to hurt (mine in particular.) So the salesperson had us try the Blue 500 Plush. Our hips did not hurt after quite a bit of testing time! Sold! Every morning now we wake up SO MUCH MORE REFRESHED. We fall asleep quicker and if we do wake up during the night, we fall right back to sleep. And we wake up noticably comfortable. We actually notice it! We are VERY pleased.

Feels like sleeping on a cloud. We love the fact that one person doesn't disturb the other when moving around. Very comfortable and quality materials.

Love this mattress. We previously started out with something else, and it was just too firm. I did a lot of looking up before i purchased again. The iComfort had great reviews. We bought it. It has only been a week now, but i love it. Best sleep i have had in a long time. And i use to get hot as i slept...well not anymore.

If you are not a small petite person then this mattress is for you. I did the research and I found that this mattress is best for not so small people who sleep on their side. I have also found that my sciatic nerve does not bother me as much. So I highly recommend this mattress.

The mattress is very soft and plush, much better than my last mattress. I like the fact that it conforms too my body.

I have had my new bed with the adjustable base for almost a month. I love it! I have a variety of chronic pain issues and this mattress has been a true blessing for me. My rest is so peaceful now. I get up in the morning feeling much more refreshed. I am not tempted to get in bed prior to wanting to sleep as it truly makes me want to go to sleep. I would not believe it, if not having experienced it myself. I must say that the sheets that are made for the adjustable base are wonderful too. They work nicely and make it easier when changing the bed. I feel like a queen!

Very comfortable and supportive. We are hoping this will help with our lower back issues. We had a 5 year old pillowtop mattress that was losing shape and was not supportive any longer.

This is our first foam mattress. We tried and laid on multiple brands to feel the difference and comfort. We were split between Tempur-pedic and Serta. We ended up with iComfort due to the similarities and value. It's a great bed!

Our last mattress was the traditional spring style and became uncomfortable within the first year. By the fourth year, we were waking up exhausted and in pain. Friends and family with memory foam mattresses raved about them so we thought we would give it a try. We needed a product suited to side sleeping and this iComfort has been a great match for us. The bed is supportive yet easy on pressure points like shoulders and hips. You do not feel hot sleeping on it as you do with some foam products. So far, we sleep much better!

I just got my queen bed mattress set today it's cozy and very soft better being on my old mattress witch was a Serta I bought 6 years ago it was time for an upgrade this was my best choice in mattress I bought from Sears store I would by it again in the future thanks Serta making a happy customer by choosing you again

I'm so excited to get this mattress! Our old mattress was like sleeping in a taco. Horrible! We are hoping this mattress holds up. This is our first foam bed.

We finally decided to get a foam bed and I love it. I thought it would be hard to adjust to after sleeping on innerspring but it's not. Before we had a serta perfect sleeper but it was a little on the medium firm side and I didn't like it. The perfect sleeper actually took me a while to adjust to so I figured the blue 500 memory foam would take a while to adjust to as well. But I fall asleep fast and sleep very well. I was concerned about getting to hot in the bed but the tempactive is awesome and I don't overheat. My husband had degenerative disc and lots of back pain and he is in love with this bed as well. Would highly recommend it.

This mattress is amazing. We purchased it at our locally owned furniture store, and after returning several times to lay on several different mattresses, we purchased the Blue 500 with the adjustable base. Best. Purchase. Ever. In addition to an awesome nights sleep, I do a lot of work on my computer in the evening, and now I am able to comfortably sit in bed and get my work done. I highly recommend this bed to anyone looking for a new soft, comfortable mattress.The adjustable frame is a perk and worth every cent.

I just love my serta had it since 2014, but bought a extra firm mattress xL was too firm for me, so had to purchase another mattress that was not firm and that's when I bought Serta IComfort plush 500 blue and I've been sleeping much better which is softer. I would recommend anyone to buy the Serta Icomfort.

We bought it yesterday afternoon and it is already here! Excellent service from the delivery guy as well. Mattress feels firmer than the one at the store but we were advisred that was normal at first. Will provide updates later. I trust Serta and know this is a great product although expensive. Thanks.

I first tried the Serta hybrid based on reviews and thought it was what I wanted, but discovered immediately it was too firm for my back/hips. Per Mattress Firms store policy, I did keep it for 30 days before exchanging it. I choose the Serta Icomfort Blue Touch 500 Plush Mattress which seems just perfect. I hope it lives up to all its claims, because I really like it.

My husband and I both like our new mattress. Our sleep and comfort have improved so much. We used to have a traditional coil spring pillow top mattress and the memory foam mattress has that beat. Plus we do not feel as hot with the cooling foam. I would recommend this mattress to anyone that like a firm mattress but not overly firm.

We look forward to going to sleep now. We are not tossing around all night or over heated. BEST NIGHT SLEEP. Our energy level has doubled because we are actually getting quality sleep. THANK YOU SERTA!

I had purchased one Serta three years ago. do like this brand. The new recently bought is for grandchildren . They do like it is some thing they said total satisfaction . Anyway do not hear any complaint right now

Excellent bed, doesn't heat up, and quite comfortable. But it's a little bit on the firmer side of plush, more of a medium than a truly plush mattress.

Extremely comfortable and keeps cool throughout the night. Wake up refreshed with no neck or back pain. No longer feel tired. Have recommended this mattress to my family and friends!

We spent 2 hours trying out various beds at the local retailer and decided on this mattress. We were excited to order it and get it set up. We are both side sleepers and changed from a traditional king sized mattress back to a queen sized mattress and went with the adjustable frame. We love the frame except when elevated even slightly, as we sleep, our feet end up over the edge of the bottom of the bed which is a strange sensation for me at 5' 5" as that has never happened before. I am not certain if it truly is a 'cool' mattress as my husband and I find that we are still warm at night (A/C running at 75 degrees every night). We are still in the 'honeymoon' phase of new bed ownership so we will give it a bit more time. I would recommend this bed perhaps without the mattress cover yet I understand the reason for the cover. We are still trying to figure it out at this point but we are not giving up just yet!

I'm a side sleeper and my hip pressure points ach after sleeping on it for a few hours.

My new iComfort Memory Foam 500 Plush bed was delivered two days ago. I unfortunately had to wait a month to revise my new bed after paying for it because the first bed that was sent from the manufacturer was torn when the delivery people opened the box to check it the day it was going to be delivered. I have slept on it for two nights now and it is a very comfortable bed to sleep on and I slept like a rock. My previous bed was another well known brand (not memory foam) and I had a large dip in the middle of the bed after 5 years. So its nice not having to sleep on an incline anymore. Hopefully this bed holds up better than my previous bed. 10 year warranty if it doesn't which helped me make my purchase.

I have had this mattress for 2 weeks now. I have slept through the night almost every night, and I wake up more refreshed. The cool to touch keeps me cool at night which I love. I am definitely happy with the choice of this mattress.

At this time, I can only give this product three stars. I bought the IComfort 500 Plush mattress a month ago because I was waking up sore, especially around pressure points. The mattress model at the store was much more plush than mine. So I went back to the store to lay on the same model again. I confirmed that there is a huge difference between mine and the floor model. The sales person reaffirmed there is a "breaking in" period. The other thing I have noticed is when I have stayed in one place for awhile and move to another, there is the feeling of unevenness. This is something I have never felt with any other of my mattresses. Since I am the only one, I will give this the benefit of a doubt that it will take a bit longer to "break in". While I sleep fine, for the most part, it is not the "plush" feeling I was hoping for. I will give it another month or so, then make my decision. Knowing that I can return this for a full refund, does put my mind at ease. K. Miller

We've had this for 30 days now and have decide it's not for us (well me). It's a little too plush. I've always had neck issues but they're typically brought on by an 'event'. This bed is my event. I use a memory foam pillow already, (which was very expensive but well worth the money) so maybe it's just too much memory foam and not enough support. We are swapping for the icomfort 100, which is supposed to be a gentle firm. Otherwise this mattress is ok. It does sleep hot, despite the cooling gel. But when I sleep on my back, I'm not achy. And my husband likes the mattress. He has back issues and this has helped. But we both have to be happy.

it sags horribly after 4 years and it is unflippable. I weigh 100 lbs and the mattress has not held up. my back is killing me. I must now sleep on the opposite side of the bed on the very edge to save my back. My mattress prior to this one lasted 20 years. This one lasted 4. Serta icloud.
