My husband and I purchased this mattress a month ago and its been wonderful. We'd been sleeping on a queen mattress for our entire marriage (12 years) and knew it was time to upgrade. We went to the local Sam's club to try out different mattresses. We needed something that would hold up well, but also not overheat us since we live in a hotter climate (central FL). This mattress fit the bill - supportive enough that we wouldn't have issues with back pain, but soft enough to not cause pressure points. We do feel it is slightly warmer than we're used to, but that might also be the duvet we chose.
All in all, it's great! My husband, the 3 kids, the dog, and my pregnant self can all fit comfortably for movie nights or family story time. It's been a huge winner for us!

I bought this mattress about 2 months ago. It was delivered quicker than expected. The matress isn't as soft as I would like it but it's comfortable.
Too soft for me but great bed
We purchased this mattress for our guest room and couldn't be happier. Our first house guest remarked on how comfortable it is, and that's what we hoped to hear.
My 93-year old mother also bought the exact same mattress and she is pleased, too.
After a week we are both totally satisfied with our new mattress. A little firmer than the old one which is exactly what we wanted and needed. The delivery was handled professionally and on time. Totally satisified.

One of the reasons for choosing this bed was the cool gel. Had had a memory foam and roasted. Thought this would be better. It still absorbs body heat so I wake up in the middle of the night with the mattress too hot to sleep, so if the cool gel is one of the draws, this bed is not the choice. The set up was not great in that the men left a small smear of dirt on the mattress.
This mattress is great if you prefer soft rather then firm.
bought this mattress a month ago, and here I am stuck with another mattress that's just ok, I wish I knew how to find the perfect mattress for me. I thought I found the perfect one. Did all my research, read all the reviews and thought I made a good choice. I thought the individual wrapped coils would give me the perfect mattress but it's just to soft. Not the support I was looking for.
The worst mattress and sleep of my life. Unless you are desperately nostalgic for the old-timey corn husk mattress, do not buy this lumpy mattress; and if you do, then hate it like I do, be prepared for a hassle on the return. Poor communication is the norm here. So, you'll be surprised when the guys show up to deliver when you least expect them, and perhaps still in bed like we were. We could not utilize there strength and helpfulness for set up. It came weeks before the anticipated delivery date and we did not have the new frame in place yet, so they had to set the mattress in our foyer (lovely) and we set it up on our own and also discard our own mattress; not as advertised. So much for "white-glove delivery."
Too early to tell it has only been seven days but so far so good, very comfy we like the feel and the softness
Our daughter was moving from WI to GA. She found this mattress at her WI Sams and we ordered it for club pick up the day we arrived with the moving truck in GA. It was ready and waiting for us. 5 minutes for pickup. It's so comfortable, she melts into it.
