So comfortable for me and my wife. So glad we purchased this model. Like everything about it, especially the bed staying cool at night.

Like product very much, sleeping better. Hope last at least 10 years, last Serta I had lasted. Bought another mattress from same store and had no problems

We checked out all possible mattresses out there, all the stores. We found our best match with the applause II firm hybrid. I've had trouble sleeping due to some medical issues. I'm actually sleeping a little better now. its a little stiff at 1st. but its seems to start getting more comfortable the more I sleep on it.

This mattress and base are working for us just as we hoped. The set fit nicely inside our existing Mansion Bed style. We didn't expect the fitted sheet to fit so well and only wish it didn't pull out from the sides and bunch up when the bed is in a raised position. The base does make a single pop noise when it is first activated to a raised level but otherwise the operation is quiet. The mattress itself is cushy and comfortable in any position. We like it very much.

We tried this Serta in the store and thought it might be a good replacement for our old style Serta. We were not wrong. We really enjoy the adjustable base and were happy our old sheets fit. They stay on the mattress but do wrinkle some after sleeping on them but so did our old sheets. Sleeping or watching t.v. or reading is much easier with the adjustment feature and it quickly lies flat with the press of a button on the remote control.

I love the ease of adjusting this bed, Remote is simple to use. I adjusted it to flat and slept like a baby. I encourage all my prior military comrades, treat yourself to a I-Serta Applause or one of the other Serta mattresses with motion base, a great investment in yourself. Good night!

My old mattress was well overdue for replacement. We did a lot of research before selecting this mattress and it was worth the investment. This mattress has relieved much backache and sleeps much cooler than my old traditional coil bed. Just the right amount of firmness for me and no issues so far. The hybrid of coils and gel memory foam has been perfect for us. Sleeping better than I have in years. The split box spring made setting this bed up so much easier as it had to go up a flight of stairs to be set up. Loving it so far.

Had serta perfect sleeper previously. Went with Hybrid to get memory foam and coil springs. Mattress doesn't roll to center like the perfect sleeper. Bought firm which seems to be just right.

Delish! The firm is a must-have for us; yummy night sleep!!

My last mattress developed some kind of ridge down the middle. This developed soon after purchase so was very disappointing .

My old mattress was badly in need of replacement. I'd been waking up with backaches nearly every morning. I kept postponing shopping for a new mattress - they all looked so different from what was available years ago! Everyone's heard the expression "third time's the charm." Well, the third store I visited had just what I wanted and at a reasonable price. I only had to wait two days to get the new mattress and split box spring delivered. I wanted to keep the same bed frame, headboard and foot board, and that was no problem. The one thing I'd like to point out is that the bed is much higher than the old one. This is not a problem for me, but if someone is small-stature or elderly, they might want to discuss this with the salesperson, to find the right solution for them. I had been waking up a few times during the night on my old bed, but the first night on my new bed, I slept through the night! I woke up feeling well rested and, best of all, had no back pain! If it's been a long time since you purchased new bedding, don't hesitate to replace it. Your back will thank you! :)

This new mattress is much better than our old one. It has just the right amount of firmness.

Best sleep I've had in a long time. Just the right firmness with the hug of the gel-foam. I'm very pleased with my purchase.

We have had different types of mattresses through the years. When we was shopping for a new one our salesman helped so much and they had a mattress evaluation simulator. We have had ours for about 3 weeks or so and that's about the break in period my salesman told us about. I have been having some of the best nights sleep of my life. Thanks guys so much.

So far our new Hybrid is very comfortable. Both me and my husband get a good night's sleep. I wasn't sure at first if a Hybrid was the way to go for us; however, this Hybrid is just what the doctor ordered.

We purchased this mattress wanting firm but not extra firm. It feels like the perfect selection. We had a pillow top mattress before this that was sagging in the middle. Jcp had a surperb sale. It fit our budget perfectly. Box springs is very substantial as well. The design on the mattress is very well designed. Took my first nap on it and it was great.

Got the mattress set today and hope the firm set will help with back issues. Our old mattress was saggy and uncomfortable. This one is very firm and hope to enjoy relief from back pain.

I just sent the following expression of my dealings with Haverty’s Furniture at their website. I am not disappointed with Serta, I am disgusted with Haverty’s. “You should NOT combine purchase with delivery (in your survey)...one has nothing to do with the other. The delivery men (Jason and Lee) were very professional and showed a caring attitude...They both were respectful and courteous. I would recommend either of them. On the other hand, I have NOT been happy with my purchase and have relayed that disappointment to the sales manager (Delip) on MANY occasions. The manager was aware of my health problems (multiple sclerosis, insulin dependent diabetes, etc.) yet he recommended the iComfort (Firm) bed (which has only one alternative mattress) and did NOT tell me I could not trade up for a better mattress. I continued physical therapy but was not making any improvements due to the lack of sleep and too firm mattress conditions. I found that I have no other recourse and am stuck with a PLUSH mattress because that was the only alternative. I would not recommend Haverty’s to anyone. The lack of professionalism and HONESTY (if a sales person has been selling beds for years yet he misrepresents or doesn’t know the best mattress to recommend) has caused more problems than it was worth. The amount of money spent on an adjustable bed frame and mattress was quite expensive...I say shame on YOU for giving a false sense of knowledge to unsuspecting consumers”. I am sorry if you feel this is not the place to vent...But, I am not upset with Serta...I should have been directed towards a mattress more comfortable to my health conditions.

I was hoping for a firm mattress (full size) with a gel top that would support my back. I've ordered two of these--the plush one, and the firm one, which I am stuck with. Both sagged before I even got onto them. I sent the first one back -- but the second one sags, too. I looked at the warranty and it says that it doesn't cover sagging unless it's 1 1/2" or more. Mine has a 1" sag. I suppose, if it sags, with use, more than 1 1/2", within the warranty period, I can make use of the warranty -- but I'll only get another sagging mattress. My back, for which I need support, sinks down into the sag. My neck is strained, because my head is above the rest of my body, unless I curl up in the middle of the sag, and don't use a pillow. I don't understand why this mattress is so highly rated! I wake up every morning in severe pain. This mattress is a disaster, as far as I'm concerned. (It's bizarre that the highest age group I could get on my computer was 45-54 -- I guess seniors don't count!)
