The mattress is good. Not too soft, not too hard. Good build quality. I guess its ok for the price, could be cheaper though. The delivery process went great. Reliable, and fast. I called customer service and they responded very well. Would recommend.

Enjoying the right amount of pressure-relieving support and soft/firm balance. I also got the lower profile box spring under the mattress and it sleeps well so far. Delivery guys were fast and professional and set everything up quickly.

This shipped in a narrow box. The mattress was rolled up like a tube to fit in box. When it was unrolled, it appeared thin like a mattress pad. Hoping it would "fluff up" after being compressed we left it alone for a few hours. We measured the height and it came to just under 4 inches thick. Order two if you want an 8 inch thick mattress!

It's ok. My main complaint is that it was supposed to arrive in less than a week but took 2. That is the fault of UPS but the Sears listing led me to believe I would have it in less than a week (in time for my guests' arrival!) or I would not have ordered it.
Horrendous smell from the mattress. Causes rashes. I have sealed it and put an organic topper but this is a regret buy
I love the memory foam. It really helps my back. It is very comfortable. It is the right thickness for me. My husband likes it too. I would recommend this to anyone.

I've had this mattress for some months now and I could not be happier with it. The memory foam makes it feel like you are sleeping in the clouds. You can and will always get a good night rest.
I’ve tried many mattresses like sleep number, certa, you name it, but he best I’ve found by far are the memory foam ones. They’re not too firm or too soft, they’re literally just right & form to your unique body shape for the best sleep of your life! I don’t currently own, but have tried & cannot WAIT to purchase one during the amazing sale Sears is having! So I’m reviewing this item as it’s a newer version of what I currently have. It’s held very well I’ve had mine for 5 years and am coming up soon in the age to replace and I’m definitely choosing this one. It’s very comfortable holds well keeps the form and for such an amazing price you can’t deny it!
The breakdown is terrible. Within a month I’m sleeping in a massive indentation of myself. If I could do something different- I would have returned it that week.
And I’ve had this for years. I’m ready for a new mattress desperately. Lesson learned- never settled.

Come deflated in a tall long box. Takes several hours to fluff out. Matress does have a cover around it. The bottom is black and top is white (so not same all around - but instructions say to turn it over regular - hum they should have covered it same color.) I bought a new box spring for 65 at a local furniture store. So that save me some $. All and all I am pretty happy with this purchase and its sale price was good.

I returned this mattress. The customer service people are very incompetent and I have yet to receive my refund because they cant find any of my information. People don't order anything from Sears. I will never buy from them again. Now I know why they are shutting down stores.

This mattress is perfect for stretching out and relaxing. The stitching on the mattress is well done and the mattress is a perfect height.
The only thing I don't enjoy about the mattress is that it's way too firm. I like mattresses that are a combo of soft and firm. I fixed that by putting foam over it to soften it. So if it's too firm, I suggest that.

I find This mattress to be very comfortable and the price is a steal of a deal considering the quality. Recommend you buy a box spring or support because it doesn’t come with one as seen in photos. When you pay for take away, the Companies that they contract with refuse to take it away. Even after you pay about $70 dollars for them to take it away, The people on the truck said they don't care because Sears will pay them to deliver no matter how many complaints they get.
