I went from a select comfort bed to a puffy and figured for the price and 101 night trail why not give it a shot. Unbelievable!

I read hundreds of reviews, went to TONS of mattress review websites and watched SOOOO many YouTube videos before making my decision to go with Puffy. My first choice had been the Sleep Number Mattress, but after researching, it just seemed crazy not to go with Puffy. It was shipped fast, easy to un-box and within 24 hours, ready to sleep on. I had one corner that I was concerned about, but after a few days, it too was fine. I honestly, after night one of sleeping on my Puffy mattress, woke up the next morning and was shocked that I was able to stand STRAIGHT up from my bed and not be in my bent over form. I’m having the most restful sleep now that I changed mattresses. Thanks Puffy!

We love everything about Puffy! We look forward to going to bed each night knowing we will sleep well. Love the pad because it fits on like sheet and doesn't move like other pads. The mattress is firm yet light and I am able to make bed with no issues. Can't say enough!

The Mattress Pad isn't for me. It's hot. I can't sleep on it. I returned the next day. Customer service is excellent. She told me to donate Mattress Pad to any charity and send her the receipt. I got the refund the next day :)

This is the first time we have ordered anything this large from the internet. And the first time for a foam mattress. We love the Puffy mattress. It was easy to install and sleeps wonderful. I would recommend it to anyone.

Pretty friggen worth while

I've been needing a new mattress desperately and decided after looking through countless of reviews between this and Purple, I decided to make the plunge and go with Puffy. No regrets. Mattress is amazing. A little bit of a stuck in mud feeling but still comfortable nonetheless. And I got the topper but honestly I think I messed up by getting the topper without trying to just sleep on the mattress itself without it. It's still stupidly comfortable and you wont regret your purchase. If only it was adjustable in terms of firmness because rolling around does take a little bit more muscle than I'm used to.

It's Really Puffy

I've been sleeping on Puffy for about a month now. I look forward to bedtime more because of how comfortable the mattress and mattress cover are. It feels lumpy at first, then I kind of sink into it. As best as I can tell, I sleep very well on it. The only down side is that the mattress and cover are so thick that there is no way to securely put a fitted sheet on it. Every morning I have to take the comforter off and redo the sheets. Perhaps I can cut up a pair of suspenders to clip the sheet to the frame.

Amazing Customer Support!

We tried the mattress for almost 3 months and decided it wasn't the best comfort level for us. We contacted customer support and they suggested we try the mattress topper, it was shipped out and received with a few days. WOW! Unfortunately the topper made the experience worse, in our opinion. I reached out again and immediately they responded with the refund process. We donated both items to our local rescue mission (what an awesome way to give back to the community-kudos to you Puffy!) Our refund was completed within a few days. The mattress is extremely high quality and I would recommend to at least give it a try! I wish it would have worked out for us. Superior customer service and a very high quality product!
