Easy to put together. Just really have to spread it out on a flat surface not your bedframe it doesn't take 48hrs more like 15hrs to expand fully
This mattress comes rolled up in a box which had me wondering, but the price was right. I helped my daughter buy it for her mother-in-law who desperately needed a new mattress. We were very pleasantly surprised - this is a beautiful mattress. It has been almost two months of a 200+ pound adult sleeping on it every night and she says it is very comfortable and it is holding up well. She is the kind of person who would not hesitate to complain even if it was a gift. I would purchase this again if needed.
I am upset because I was under the impression I was getting a queen sized mattress, and a full sized mattress showed up and I opened it before realizing. Now what an I going to do with this queen sized bed and sheets I ordered? Very frustrating since you can't return an open package.

I bought a queen sized matress. I’m 5’5 and my feet hang off the end. It’s really comfy but it’s not the actual size of a queen matress. It’s like a full rather than a queen.
This mattress is very comfortable and is firm but not what I would consider a "hard" mattress. I sleep all night and do not wake up with any back pain. A great buy and easy to unpack too.
i bought 2 different brands of memory foam mattresses recently, both full size. This one hardly inflated and seems very uncomfortable, so not a big fan. The other one is amazing so suggest you keep looking!
Super comfortable. More lightweight than a traditional mattress which makes it easy to move if needed! We have had many good nights of sleep on this and hope to have many more!
We bought this for our guest room and it is surprisingly very comfortable! I slept on it a several times (a few while pregnant) and it was soft but offered support as well. We’ve had it for over a year and even though it’s not used every day, there are no sag spots and it still feels the same as when I bought it. It is kind of “bouncy” - meaning if there are two people on the bed and one moves, the other will most likely feel it. But not that bad. There were not weird smells either when it arrived. Overall, for the price and quality I would buy it again!

This product did not meet my expectations. I requested for a return and a refund, but due to their return policy, my request was denied, despite not having used the product. Now i am stuck with something i dont want. A complete waste.
I bought this mattress for my daughter. It’s a little smaller than the bed frame, but she loved it. She said it’s very comfy.
I gave this 5 stars but only as I can't give it 4 1/2 stars. The price is great. I was so surprised once we got it out of box, that is was as firm as it is. I was expecting more like a foam feel, but it feels like a regular mattress and that pleased me. We let it air out over night. The scent was slight, but since for my son, thought better safe than sorry. It is very comfortable. Feels soft and cozy. For the price, I don't think I could of gotten better. Glad I gave it a try.

The comfort level seems good but the bed is four inches shorter then a typical full size mattress. I am five feet three inches tall and my feet hang off the bottoms edge of the mattess.

I was definitely surprised that a mattress in a box could be so comfortable. Bought it for my 32 year old son who just recently moved back home. And not a complaint!
I ordered this full size mattress and am very disappointed. Not only is this not a "PLUSH" mattress - VERY HARD, it is 4 inches too short. We measured and it is only 70 inches long am on 5'5" and my feet hang over the edge. I have called customer service and they were supposed to have a "Specialized" rep call me back and I was required to send in pictures, which I have done. This mattress is not worth the money.
