Nest Sturdy Folding Box Spring Review

Easy to assemble and Sturdy
Bought the king to go with my new Alexander mattress. Had replaced a queen bed with a king so I needed a new foundation and didn't want to have to shop elsewhere for that and wanted to get what Nest recommended. Thesenwere very easy to assemble. Like that they have a nice white cover. While the height may not be as high as other box springs, really do wish there was a bit lower profile option though. I bought a new fabric frame bed and a low profile would have been better but this will do.

Folding metal box spring
I purchased this box spring for my nest mattress and it is great. It came in a narrow box and I couldn't wait to see how it expanded! Ingenious!! Love my Nest set😍

Great box spring system to go with the Alexander Hybrid!
I bought the king sized box spring. Actually comes as two box springs that you put side by side, which is what I expected. I got the box from the delivery guy and it was so small, I thought to myself that it couldn't possibly contain a king box spring, but sure enough, it did. The box spring is foldable (collapsible?) in the box and then you simply wheel it into the bedroom or take it upstairs, unfold it, snap the hinges into placed, put a protective cover over it, and voila, a fully supportive box spring! Might be a bit expensive for a box spring, but it was recommended for the Alexander Hybrid, so I went with it. So far, so good. I've been sleeping on it all for about 2 months now and have no complaints! Honestly, the best sleep I've had in a while. Thanks Nest!

Nice product!
This box spring was easy to carry into the bedroom. I wish I could say the same about removing my old, traditional box spring. The fact that it folded in half was amazing. The support when set up is great! High quality product!

As Advertised
Although it was more than I wanted to spend on a foundation I knew if I was investing in a mattress that a new foundation was equally as important. It was very easy to put together and the foundation is as quiet as can be. Perfect compliment to the Alexander Hybrid.

Great Product
I recently purchased the Metal folding box spring for my Alexander King Bed I purchased at the same time. It arrived quickly and was compact enough for me to maneuver inside myself. It is made of very good quality and love that it comes in two pieces and folds in half so it can fit through doorways easily.

Amazing
A box spring that costs over $200?? I was a little skeptical. But it arrives in a totally manageable box shipped directly to my door. Folds open, locks in olace, made of super study metal and comes with its own cloth/canvas cover to keep it from coming into direct contact with bed. Also makes it plain white and appealing.

Excellent Foundation System
I have to admit that I had a little sticker shock when I first purchased this foundation system for our new Nest Alexander Hybrid bed, but once they arrived and I saw how easily they folded into a complete foundation, as well as how light/strong they are, I was sold. We've used these under our new mattress for over a month and couldn't be happier. There is no squeeking, or worrying about our mattress having enough support. We plan on purchasing another foundation system for our son when he gets his first 'big boy' bed.

They go together for a reason
Please listen to the Nest people! They know what they are talking about. Don't buy an Alexander Signature mattress and put it on your old box spring or foundation. This unit showed up in an easy to handle box and fit right on our existing frame with no tools and no fuss. It will also make moving easier as it can be folded right back up and anyone who has maneuvered a foundation through a house knows how nice that will be.

Perfect
Arrived quickly, was easy to install (I did it by myself w/o my husband) and hasn't creaked once. Couldn't be better.

Awesome Purchase!
I have to say the expectation of my purchase was beyond what I thought. When it arrived I didn't get to it until a month later. But, I'm glad I selected Nest Bedding as a company that I will purchase more items in the future. I set up the foundation/box spring myself. It was easy and not hard at all. It takes the concern with having to visit a store, go through the trouble of having to pay someone to bring the item to your home. Just reviewing the information along on the site, what the company is about, with a click of a button. My order was placed, product delivered, self setup , and the rest is history!

Great things come in little packages
The box spring arrived in really thin package (~4'' wide) - and we could not image it would work. But to our amazement it easily popped open into a standard Queen box that perfectly fits our antique bed frame and supports our Nest Bedding mattress. if/when we go to move, this 'collapsible' box spring will make moving it a breeze! The order process with Nest Bedding was super easy and delivery was fast. I would highly recommend Nest Bedding to anyone looking for a quality bedding company!

Great idea!
I like platform box springs over box springs that give a little, being a bigger guy. This is great and I wish I had it back when I lived in NYC and had issues getting box springs into tiny apartments!

Easy set up
I purchased this because I was also purchasing a new mattress and did not want a traditional box spring. It was delivered promptly and was easy to set up by myself.

Folding Metal Box Spring
Such a great concept! When the package arrived, it was about 4-5 inches thick. After opening and extending the box spring to its full size, we found it to be very sturdy. The material covering the metal is high quality as well. This box spring is supportive and is a great compliment to our new Love Bed Mattress. I'm very pleased with this purchase and would highly recommend the product and the company!

It's simply amazing
This review is for the California King version. When it's folded it's about 4'' thick, and then expands to 8''. The Cal King comes in two pieces, very easy to maneuver. It has a cloth cover that zips into place that blends well with the mattress. This is a very well assembled foundation.
