I had loved My Pillow®s so I took a risk on the mattress after seeing Mike advertising on TV. It has already started sagging around my hips. I now am sleeping on the couch. No more!
Bad Returns
After seeing Mike's TV commercial, I bought a mypillow mattress. But after the third night of sleeplessness, my husband and I knew that this would not work for us. Customer service has been a nightmare to deal with and I am trying to get my money back. I should have looked at the reviews and the BBB before buying. Buyer beware.

I love My Pillow®s and I love my mattress. I even got a mattress topper on my son's twin mattress and he is sleeping soundly every night.
Not for me
The mattress is hot. The support is good, but it isn't working for us. I will be contacting them for a return.
Truly the best mattress I've ever had
Had my pillow for about two years and been saying I was going to try the mattress. I used to get out of bed almost as stiff and sore as I was when I went to bed. From the very first night I could tell that my weight was even no pressure points. Now I truly do get up without stiffness. Ps you are going to have to rename your dog bed because the cat loves it. My dog loves my bed.
5+ months - still haven’t received our mattress :(
I’m here to tell you that if you order a mattress from My Pillow, be aware you may never get it. I ordered in March and have emailed faithfully every month. The customer service says that they are working on getting my mattress sent. However, either my mattress is difficult to make due to supply shortage or difficult to make due to worker shortage. So, lesson to anyone buying a mattress from My Pillow, you may have to wait 6+ months to ever receive it. I ordered my mattress March and it is now July.
Worst Customer Service Ever
We have never been more frustrated with a company. I ordered a mattress and foundation for me - Twin XL. They were received timely but the foundation is poorly constructed. When we opened the foundation box, the parts were not contained and were all over the box as well as several of them missing. We attempted to put the foundation together following their video. The attachments are skewed and did not fit together well. We chose to make the best of it and added some of our screws to make it work. When we attempted to put the slats on the foundation, they are an inch too wide and way too short for the length as they are enclosed in some kind of cloth. I then called customer service and was asked to email with pictures which I did. I received an email saying they would send a new foundation. How would we know if it was well constructed and packaged correctly? We had to haul the box up three flights of stairs, which was very hard for two people in their 70's. Now, if we want a refund,they want us to take it apart and haul it back down and donate it. They want us to take the first one apart, haul it down, rent a truck to donate it to a non-profit, getting a receipt, before they will give us a refund. Why would we donate something that doesn't work to someone. That is ludicrous. They tell me that that is their policy and they won't budge from it. This is the worst kind of customer service and completely opposite of what they advertise. Do NOT buy from My Pillow.

IT’s WAY Too hard - and they make it even harder to return ! Donate then send them the receipt in order to be reimbursed- SERIOUSLY ? You CAN’T donate a mattress !! Or send it back at customs expense ? I already spent over twelve hundred. Mike caved - a wolf in sheep’s clothing! I lost faith in you Mike !!!
