Website and product were very good. Delivery needs some work. Delivery is very expensive compared to other furniture dealers, and the service is dramatically inferior. I bought a sofa, delivered at the curb, securely packaged. I had to find help to move indoors and I have a mountain of recycling and non-recyclable materials. Great sofa, crappy delvery. I won’t do it again.

We love our counter stools! they are sturdy, well made and comfortable, everything we were looking for.
The actual color is much lighter than the website photos and has a slight pink hue to it. I kept it as I hoped it would darken over time. However, I just noticed that this is filled with tiny styrofoam balls that are starting to fall out of the pouf. This is not worth the price tag.

Love the design but didn’t love the months long wait to get the item. It was in stock when the order was placed but went on back order shortly after. Then another delay happened before the item finally shipped. I find that many items shown on the site that I tend to favor are out of stock often. A better supply chain would be a good improvement.

I recently ordered counter stools for a vacation home that we rent out. I wanted something contemporary, comfortable and easy to clean and there were several options available. I wasn't sure which color to order so was delighted to be offered color swatches. The furniture arrived more quickly than I expected and in perfect condition. Everything was packaged well. Assembly was fairly easy. Everyone who sees the stools comments on how comfortable they are. I will definitely purchase from Industry West again.

I have purchased several pieces of furniture from Industry West. They have all arrived in perfect condition and were every bit as high quality as expected. They are also very good about answering any questions
I love our 87” Ethan table. It’s exactly what I wanted and matched the online photos. The only issue was the shipping. It was delivered by a 3rd-party company on a pallet. It took forever to unscrew the table from the pallet and get it out of the cardboard box. The table wasn’t hard to assemble but did take some time. Then we were left with a giant box and pallet that we had to figure out how to dispose of. We had to saw the pallet into multiple pieces to make it easier to dispose of and then sneak into our old apartment complex to throw out all the trash. Lot of work to throw away some packaging. Considering I paid $418.94 for shipping, you’d think there would have been a little more service. If shipping were free, then sure, but for that price, someone should have brought it in and assembled it for me. Or at the very least, offer some kind of trash pickup service.
The product quality is great and customer service was helpful via Facebook . I took one star off because the color of the product in person looks somewhat different than in the photo on the site. I took another star off because the site said the product was in stock but their definition of “in stock” doesn’t actually mean they have it ready to ship. It took a month to be shipped.

I am building a new home and needed to purchase furniture. I purchased counter stools and dining room chairs, which arrived on time and in excellent condition. I also ordered a Carrera marble coffee table. Unfortunately, when we received the coffee table, the marble was cracked. I contacted Industry West and explained the problem. Industry West was immediately responsive, walked me through the simple steps to make a claim and assured me that they would help me. One day after I made the claim, Industry West responded and explained that they were sending a replacement for the marble. I love our new Penny lounge chair (upholstered in blue). It's extremely comfortable, and it looks beautiful - two things that don't always go together! I agree with other reviewers that the color of the chair is more muted than might appear in website photos, but it's gorgeous nonetheless. The wood is smooth and has a subtle glow. The chair arrived in perfect condition. Delivery took a long time, but this is not surprising given COVID-19. A desk ordered from a different company took just as long.

I purchased this ottoman in red in October. Due to covid it just arrived. It is lovely in shape, color, and solid construction. I got it for the end of the bed in a white room with primary red accents. Other reviewers commented that the red is more brown in person than online and I guess it depends what you put it up against. It looks brownish-rust against primary red. However the red looks muted red/pink next to our beige living room couch and complements it beautifully. Will keep it for the living room.

My yellow Octane Counter Stool is everything I hoped for: great color, sturdy construction, relatively comfortable. My only issue is that there's a spot on the inside of one of the legs that wasn't very well painted (see photo). Otherwise, it's a beautiful piece and looks exactly as I'd imagined in my space (see second photo).

I purchased two Scout chairs in white, to replace our old 2000s schoolhouse chairs throughout the house with updated, more comfortable options. I wanted to mix and match chairs at my dining room table, and was looking for a chair that was attractive from behind. My order arrived quickly. The first two chairs I received both had minor flaws - one did not have even legs, and tipped each time we sat on it. Both chairs had minor damage on the front, right edge of the wooden seat. I contacted customer service by email, sending photos of the damage, and they immediately sent me two new chairs. The new chairs arrived quickly and without damage. The chairs are a great design (they do look great from behind!), and are more comfortable than other metal chairs I have tried or our old schoolhouse chairs. Customer service was very helpful, responded to my email within 24 hours, and made the situation right. I would definitely order again!

This chair is definitely attractive and extremely sturdy. I bought it to use as a desk chair and didn’t want it to take up a lot of space visually or compete with the desk’s design, so I appreciate its slim profile. Aesthetically it’s just what I wanted it to be. Unfortunately, I find it extremely uncomfortable after more than five minutes. It proves to be slightly too low for my desk (my fault) and the back is miserable to lean on (its fault). I can neither use it nor return it. Ultimately, I regret buying a non-returnable chair I had never sat on.
In love with this table base. Very heavy and sturdy. Dimensions in online description were different than what we actually received, but I'm glad.
I've placed the bench underneath a framed painting in the bedroom, and it serves multiple purposes - extra seating, place to display / drape throws for the bed, catch all for clothes, etc. Although I would agree with previous reviews that the bench is a little firmer than I had envisioned, it still exceeds my expectations! I have already received multiple compliments on the style and am patiently waiting on the matching pouf to ship from backorder.
The medium sized Hemlock Ottoman has a very appealing rounded and modern look, with a thin metal frame, a nice addition to a variety of looks. It came well packaged in a single piece. It's very firm, and the rigid wooden frame is palpable 2 or 3 inches from the surface. So despite the look, this is not a plush feeling piece of upholstery. The upside of that is it's stable enough that it can function as a small table. It's also very light, so very mobile when getting up or moving in your seat. I wish Industry West offered more colors, there was only a light gray and rusty-pink when I purchased. Overall a great deal, not exactly an heirloom, but a nicely designed ottoman.

It's a beautiful chair, we got the darker blue fabric. It's stunning in person and really makes a space. Not only that, it is comfortable, just wide enough but not bulky. The mix of material mediums (black metal, wooden arm rests, blue fabric) makes it ideal for tying a space together and looking upscale. It shipped carefully packaged and fully put together, so it was very easy to set up (i.e. 0% set up). Customer service made delivery scheduling pain free, which was nice. Highly recommend this chair and this company for statement pieces in your home!

I had been wanting this table for awhile. It is the perfect size for my small-ish formal living room. I love the simple design, the unique shape, and that it is marble, but not white marble. You have to put it together, but it is super easy. It arrived quickly, and was packed in a way that made sure it would not arrive broken.

These counter stools are worth every penny. They are on the heavy side, though. We love them! The back rest hits in just the right spot to support the lower back. Really comfy for a stool that doesn't have any padding at all.

This is a Coleman cooler with a thin layer of rich camel colored leather sewn around it. The details of the stitching are lovely. I’ve received many compliments since I’ve used it.
We had our previous modular sofa for three years as we moved into our new home and it was okay. However, the fabric pilled quite often. We decided to upgrade to leather and we struggled to find one that was just right and something that we knew was expandable. We also wanted something that was made purely of quality so it can be with us for many more years. When we found this online, we loved it, but was hesitant because of the price - with shipping. We looked elsewhere for a while. No matter what, we came back to this particular style. We took the plunge. We got two of these to put side by side. It looks much better in person with natural light (window UV filter) hitting the leather. The leather is supple and soft. It does look a bit dry from storage/delivery, but luckily, I already had leather cleaner/conditioner ready for this. The packaging was pretty banged around for shipping and one of the couches had a minor scrape (something broke through the box and all the way down through the thick plastic wrap), but the leather conditioner got rid of it so in the end, so it's fine. The imprints for the seating makes this sofa much more comfortable to sit on and relax. The contours really makes this a piece to sit and enjoy for a long period of time - one of the main reasons why we loved this collection. The smell isn't a strong leather smell, which is good. The weight was surprisingly not as heavy as I thought. It was roughly 74-78 kg each. Overall, pretty happy with my purchase and really looking forward to enjoying it. I will be coming back to complete the set with some corners and ottomans later.
Cant be happier with this purchase. Perfect lines and round edges give it a softer look than usual, but has a slight industrial look because of the base — perfect combo. Using it as a bench and complements the look of my space. Highly recommended! Shipping was also very fast. Craftsmanship topnotch!

Before ordering this chair, it would be wise for you to ask IW for real-life pictures. The shadowing and contrast present in the studio shots on the IW website, makes the walnut frame look dark and glossy and the "Red" cushion fabric appear deep red and black. In real life, the frame is a medium, matte, walnut color and the fabric is a muted red/grey/orange combination of colors. I didn't expect such a difference but I absolutely prefer the muted real-life colors, rather than what you see in the website's studio shots. The muted colors gives you a lot more options when matching with your existing furniture and textiles. The lightweight frame is rigid, sturdy and smooth to the touch. The cushions are somewhat firm but offer a ton of support for being "thin" - in fact, it feels almost like there is some memory foam in there! One very cool detail is the curvature in the chair arms - it cups your forearms nicely. Its a detail you have to feel to understand. Lastly, timing from order to delivery took 5 days in NYC (during the Coronavirus).

I ordered this bench in March 2020 and I've been told that it won't arrive until July, and that was postponed until September 2020. Charged in full and hoping it actually arrives.
When delivered, the box arrived damaged which led to the underside of the sofa being torn. Also, the plastic pads under the feet of the sofa all broke within the first week. That was an easy fix but I didn't think it was something I should have to replace within the first week of owning this piece of furniture. I feel for the cost, this should have been delivered, unboxed and put together for me.
I really, really want to love these bar stools. I purchased 5 for our recently completed bar. The style of these is exactly what I had in mind. Shipping was super fast and Industry West has great customer service. Unfortunately, these bar stools creak. Every single one creaks loudly anytime you get on or off, or even just slightly shift in your seat. They do it even with my 10 year old son and 6 year old niece (so it's not a weight issue.) The creaking problem is with the wooden seat and back. The frame is incredibly sturdy. I was really hoping that once they had been 'broken in' for a bit they would be less noisy, but it's been about 2 months worth of use and nothing has changed. I really debated getting the leather version of these and I so wish I had. I love the look of both, but the leather would have been more comfortable for sitting and I'm quite sure it wouldn't make awkward and loud noises.
Love Industry West! Fast easy to work with. Even when received my 2 chairs there was a small rip on one of chair pads. I took pic emailed to them they immediately sent new chair pad! Super happy 😄 with this company!!!!

This stool looks pretty nice on the website right? Well, it's awful. And I am pretty sure the photos are intentionally misleading, why it is only photographed from certain angles on the site. To start, the plastic on the seat and the "footrest ring thing" is extremely unattractive and big and plastic-y, kind of like a child's toy, you know what I mean? The seaming is really inelegant. It's hard to describe, but it just screams landfill. That, plus the visible bolts / screws when you put it together and the whole effect is super cheap. If I bought this for $15 at Ikea, I would think it was... fine, but for $120? No way. Also, the hole in the middle of the seat is really large. You can't see that in the photos, but it's not proportional to the size of the seat. Which brings me to the seat. It is approximately the same circumference as the "footrest ring thing", which is nowhere near as nice as the tapering that can be seen in the photos. Also there was a huge "Made in China" sticker on the underside that was manufactured with low quality glue such that I couldn't even properly remove the sticker... you know what I'm talking about. Overall, I was so disappointed in this stool, and even slightly personally offended that Industry West would send this to my house and expect me to keep it there. This was my first purchase at Industry West, and will be my last.

Very over-priced and uncomfortable stools. Made it difficult to return and expected me to pay for the $485 to return 4 stools plus restocking fee. When I called to complain they did send me some return labels which lowered the price of return to $165. It just seemed like your company isn’t much concerned with customer service.

I’d seen this style of chair in many places but it seems that Industry West is the only source with real leather. I called to place a pre-order and the chairs shipped exactly on time. The customer service is exceptional, second only to the beautiful chairs.
We knew from the moment we saw this table online that we needed to have it. The folks at IW were so kind and helpful when I called to order, and this MONSTER of a table was shipped with the utmost care and thought. While daunting to unpack it, we were so grateful for the precaution taken to ensure it looked it's best once we assembled. Assembly can be a little finnicky (see the legs), but if you take your time a 2-person team can get it done. It looks STUNNING in our dining room, and we've received so many compliments on it in just a few days.

This table is really nice but it is not true to the images provided. The base of this table will come as a very light grey marble, not a solid black marble like what is pictured. When I reached out to Industry West about the difference they offered to take the table back if I paid for the return shipping, which is substantial with such a heavy item. I chose to keep the item and stain the base solid black myself. Now it looks just like the pictures!

I was skeptical as to whether the warehouse sale items would be high quality, as I had never purchased from Industry West and was potentially taking a risk. I have been trying out a variety of chairs, one at a time, replacing a large number of uncomfortable schoolhouse chairs we purchased for our new home over a decade ago. I was looking for a chair to use as an office chair, but one that could be moved to a variety of locations in our house, possibly even a dining room chair. While all the holes in the seat did not line up, as the previous reviewer mentioned, once we overcame that glitch, the chair has worked well as an office chair. It is much more comfortable than our wooden schoolhouse chairs and the gun metal color works well in a variety of spots in our home. I did not love it with our dining room table (preferred the Scout Chair in that location) but it looks great with all of our desks and gives our work from home spaces more style & comfort. I especially like it with an old tanker desk - it really compliments the design!
Before Covid-19, we were in NYC and had a chance to see this sofa in the retail store there. We ordered the two seater and the corner. Everyday we tell ourselves that we hit a home run with this furniture. It is substantial and well made. The upholstery (in beige) is a lovely texture, looking almost like burlap, but very soft. But the sofa's low back integrates so well with other furniture in the room; and its absolutely comfortable cozy profile makes it a place to curl up and read a book or just relax in front of the fireplace. On top of that all, Rocco, the sales person in NYC and everyone we interfaced with thereafter via email (during Covid-19) has been great. It arrived in the timeline promised and was easy to connect the pieces. Trust me, a complete stranger, on this. You will LOVE LOVE LOVE and won't regret this purchase. We may yet order the matching ottoman in leather :)

I literally just got these off our delivery truck and they are incredible. They are the right pitch, height, angle, width - every dimension is right, for that lounge-y feel. The cool mid-century modern design is combined with super smart construction. They're super light weight and well built. They came smartly packed without being overly packed and wasteful. I hate shipments that are full of packing waste. IW seems to know what they're doing. They're certainly offering the right design for the right price. Love my Outo chairs!

They are just what I was looking for for our new basement bar we added in a recent house remodel. Our house was originally built in 1937 so I was looking for bar stools that were comfortable and had Art Deco influences. The Prouve Bar Stools are a great match, new yet have that older reference. Item: I have spent much time looking for a replacement counter stools that are minimalist yet dressy. The sienna brown color has a slight hint of red but is not overpowering and contrasts perfectly with the tiger eye (color) Ekornes sofas in the same room. The stools are very comfortable and soft to the touch. We love the design and how they work so well with the other furnishings. We couldn't have made a better choice! Service: One stool arrived with a very small tear in the seat. We contacted Industry West, told them of our problem and a new stool arrived within a week. We are very happy with the product and the service. Hope to have them for many years to come!
The earlier review by D.K. describes these stools well with details that the pictures don't show. The gunmetal raw edge steel legs and raw edged steel back are right on for the popular industrial look. I ordered 3 with the walnut seat and the wood finish is sleek and shape is comfortable. The stools have a nice sturdy feel and weight. The best part of my experience with this order was working with customer service. I had some issues and after some emails and a phone call with Maddie it was handled beyond expectations. Favorable experience with my first order with IW.

Very difficult to assemble
The frame is great, but the substrate leather feels and looks like cheap vinyl. The first person to see it asked me why I bought fake leather. Be prepared to reupholster if you like the look!
They may be reproductions but they are high quality. With a balanced weight and sturdiness they are a very true to original repro.

This is a comfortable chair and good looking ( buffalo green leather ). However, it has a weird smell, probably from the tanning process for the leather. Almost two months in and the smell has shown no sign of leaving.

This ottoman is every bit as awesome looking as I thought it would be. It feels strong and sturdy. It's just such a showpiece. It's my favorite piece of furniture. The only issue I had was one of the leg cap was broken off when I received it but customer service was great with working with me to resolve. I did not want to return it at all so they sent me a professional strength adhesive to try and it worked great. I'm thinking about getting the bench version I love it so much!
Exactly what I wanted. The customer service of Industry West is the best, just take in consideration that it comes in pieces and you need to install it and the table is super heavy,. But it worth it
The delivery process was difficult and we had to push for the driver to actually bring the giant boxes up the driveway. I wish I was warned that putting the bed together would take half my day. It was very difficult and several of the pieces didnt fit smoothly together. The bed after all the drama is still beautiful. I just wish Industry Wish was better at their delivery and customer experience.
These are comfortable stools:) This will sound funny but is true... I really like the the lines and shape of the stool body, except for the metal bar going across the back. This is what we see most of but we’ve learned to position the stool at an angle so that we instead see the parts of stool we like. I wish I loved the view from behind as well.
I purchased two of these to serve as extra floater stools for additional dinner guests at the end of our kitchen island counter & I end up using them every day! Heavy & sturdy enough, but still easy to move around as needed for extra seating. Seat & foot placement make it very comfy.

Love the design and look of this chair—reminds me of a schoolhouse chair. Not super comfortable because overall it's a small chair including the seat. On the back of the chair, the plywood layers are not veneered which I don't mind, but this isn't visible in the photos. I'd send back for a more comfortable chair at a higher price, but the return shipping is very expensive.
Communication was quick and informative. Arrival of bed was fast considering the slowing down of shipping during pandemic. Bed was heavy solid wood a quality you don't see very often at this price range. The headboard is slanted making it great for reading. Very modern, sleek and stylish. I love it!

Perfect addition to my babe cave
I have to admit - these chairs are more petite than I had pictured. Yes, I looked at the dimensions, but that's not the same as sitting in a chair and getting a real feel for the fit and seeing it in the space. I am on the smaller/average size (5'-7" and 140lbs) The front of the seat is high, putting some slight pressure on the underside of my legs. My hips also are ever so slightly wider than the seat itself (again, pretty small in the hip-size department.) These chairs are extremely sturdy and well built. I would not be afraid of them handling someone of greater weight, but a person of more weight than myself is also likely to also be taller, and/or wider than I am, which I would imagine might make the seat size feel a little too petite for their frame - just something to note. The chairs are beautiful, and I am happy with my purchase.
I like it, but not as much as I expected to - the dark grey fabric is a bit dull in color, and there is some obvious ruching at the front center detail.

I was so looking forward to buying and receiving this table. It's definitely not a cheap table and sadly, we were disappointed in the quality. The chrome legs are little dull and not as shiny as pictured. The stone is beautiful color but the table looks more like it cost $200-300 and not $500.

I received my Trace Counter Stools today. They are so beautifully made and the seat is the perfect height for a counter. I previously had counter stools that were too tall. The right height makes all the difference! The seat is easy to sit in for a long period, as well. A+!

this is a beautiful looking chair. The sleek lines from every angle are a work of art. Comfort? Secondary, but if you are of light build then yes surprisingly so. It's a feature chair of which I believe 2, 3 or 4 would lessen the impact. It needs to stand alone. I love it. PS Please learn to spell excellent.
Great design and quality
I was hesitant to buy these in the caramel color - it looked so dark! And the only other pictures I could see were from the Instagram posts that made the chairs look like a very buttery light brown. But the first 2 chairs that arrived were gorgeous, with a very rich reddish warm hue to the caramel that made my dining table look so inviting, so I ordered 2 more! They don't match the instagram pictures nor really the color online, but I'm quite pleased. So far I've been impressed by the quality, the sturdiness, shipping speed, and I LOVED that they came preassembled in the box and were super well-wrapped. The seats are also very comfortable, I was quite happy with the amount of padding it had (I wasn't expecting too much but I think they did a good job).
I bought one of these chairs in the Boucle. It is stunning and so comfortable. Now I want another one and am checking everyday in hopes of a restock!

Look great and easy to take care of, but not good for lounging for long stretches. The back is too low and the seat too hard to want to sit on these for any length of time. Not my go to chair if I'm going to read a book or do a crossword.
I loved the mid century modern look but lounge effect of these chairs and they absolutely deliver on design for those. They make me very happy seeing them in the space. The 4 stars is for the comfort. Sitting on them is a little stiff for your back. You definitely don’t sink into them like you’d expect from the picture of the sway back. It’s upright and little back support. I’m hoping with more butt love the cushion will give in more so you can snuggle in. Sitting sideways is comfy. I’ve had multiple people sit in it and agree. Customer service was great with shipping and helping us order! But I think I’ve learned I should sit in a chair myself before buying one online....
Perfect bar stools! I love the matcha color. They’re super comfortable and look great.
The table seems very well made and looks super cool. My only complaint is that it looks more neon in the pictures, but in real life the color does not have that bright glow.

Beautiful styling, comfortable for long-term sitting for people of different sizes. Lovely wood color & grain on back. Arrived completely assembled, carefully wrapped & boxed in 2 days(before promised).
Very happy with the chairs, high quality materials, well packed and very comfortable. The leather feels thick and well made, looking forward to see how these age be change colour over time. The courier service wasn’t great, “they lost my number” so it took longer to arrive then expected, but not Industry West’s fault.

These stools are wonderful. I purchased four last year for our home. The wood is so soft it’s like butter. Each chair is unique and beautiful in its own way. The curvature of the seat makes it more comfortable than just a flat piece of wood. They look stunning in my home and I’m so glad I found Industry West. I also want to compliment their amazing customer service. We had an issue with shipping and the remedied it immediately. Very responsive and would recommend them to anyone!
Chair sent with a uneven balance along with a black rubber slider to compensate. As if that was not a insult to me (the buyer) the rubber slider did not even fit.
Very comfortable chair and nice contemporary look
These are beautiful and comfortable stools. I was looking for something with a clean look to replace older leather stools (without backs). My husband is in the process of building a new counter-height table out of soapstone and iron and these will be perfect for the new table. These are a great price for great quality, I'm just bummed I missed the big sale.
I dig it
I was so excited to receive these. They are cool but they are very unsteady because the base is not connected at all. They are individual and separate tubes. I cannot recommend this. I had high hopes for it but I am very disappointed in how it is constructed, or rather not constructed.
I was in need of a chair for my computer desk. After much deliberation of the various styles and color combos that Industry West offers, I opted for the blue Habitus. This is my 2nd purchase from Industry West, the first being a set of counter stools. Once again, I am very pleased with the quality, aesthetics and sturdiness. The Prouve chair is an eyecatcher with its mid-century lines but it’s practical and comfortable.
I love my stools! We were going with the farmhouse look to finish a little guest house. I saw the Facebook ad for these stools and thought I’d give it a shot. They work perfectly in the house. They are very well-built! I was concerned because the very popular styles are light and can rip over easy. These stools are solid and very comfortable. I ordered four. When they came in we realized we only 3 were needed at the counter. Turns out one of them was damaged. The refund process was extremely smooth! Very very happy!
These are great chairs. They are very comfortable to sit in and are made very well. A wonderful investment!
I am very happy with this chair. I purchased the matte ocean buffalo leather and it is gorgeous. The chair is very comfortable too. I did expect the frame to be a little different. The grain is quite rough rather than smooth but it still looks very nice. One other thing worth mentioning, the snaps that affix the cushion to the chair can pop loose if you're not careful when sitting down.

I received this chair today. I ordered the blue version. The color is rich, with great pigment. The leather is well done. The chair is also extremely comfortable. I bought it as my side chair in my bedroom.
I love the style and quality of the Finch natural leather sofa. The leather is more of a tan color than what is pictured online but it is beautiful leather and seems like it will wear well. The sofa is very firm which I don't love but I am hopeful it will soften a bit with time.
We purchased 5. Pretty stool but very top heavy. Makes it tricky for adults to maneuver without tipping them over and it’s an accident waiting to happen for kids trying to climb up. Wouldn't recommend, just a poor design.

The stools arrived promptly and in good condition. They fit very well at our kitchen island and were just what we were looking for. I wish the seat was a couple of inches deeper, but they work very well.
Writing this review as I sit in this comfy chair! We got a twin pair for our formal living room. The leather feels great, and the padding is good. It's not cushy soft, but I'd be happy to sit in this chair all evening while I chatted with guests. One thing we love: so much furniture these days has an unfinished side, but these chairs look great from the back, with their patterned stitching that faces folks as they enter the room. This was our first Industry West purchase, and we'll definitely be back as we continue to furnish our home.
Bought with the two matching hero chairs. The sofa is glorious. Love everything about it. Great for naps...way comfy. Love the design and material and color. Fits well in my LR. Awesome!
They are heavy- nice bar stools! The main problem is that the bolt holes going into the cushion do not line up correctly. It’s maddening! But 2 screws seem to hold them together for the time being. Also the cushion could be a little thicker.

This nightstand is just the perfect size, especially for small space living. Wish it came in more colors. Its design is unique, with flowing lines. I'm not aware of anything like it on the market currently. What also makes it useful as well as "pretty" is all the storage space it has in such a compact space. I am totally delighted with my purchase!

This is a gorgeous chair. We got the leather cushions--great quality leather and cushions are wonderfully firm.
Ideally suited for our newly renovated sushi + saki lounge. Super durable, industrial-chic, masculine, utilitarian, but with a very nice aesthetic. Overall a great addition to the space and very stable and comfy to hang for periods of time.

High quality! Came almost assembled. Adjustments very easy. The only negative is very heavy. But they look so good, and such high quality I did not take off any stars for it.
I don’t know how it would work as a table — the top has a slight bowl-like depression that results in a non-flat surface — but it’s beautiful as a stool. (The bowl-like depression makes it more comfortable.) We use it off label as a shower stool and it couldn’t fit the bill better. The chunky, earthy, yet sophisticated design stands out.
I wanted something that sat like an Adirondack chair with a smaller footprint and cleaner style, and this fits the bill! Very comfortable sitting angle, nice style and I love that they’re stackable and easy to move around. Bought 4 of them in black to surround the fire pit, and they’re working well for outdoor movie nights too. Very comfortable for extended chill sessions. Solid customer service, too. The color I wanted was out of stock but I was able to place an advance order and take advantage of a promotional discount at the time. I’m keeping my eye on the site for additional pieces that fit my home and will check here first for future furniture purchases.

We just got this chair and absolutely love it! It is well made, comfortable, and great design. Adults and children in my family all like it. I’m an artist and can easily sit for hours painting. I like to put my feet up on the leg bar. We will for sure be purchasing another soon.
Unfortunately the quality of the Canon chair was pretty disappointing - both the condition of the leather (many spots where the brown leather was scuffed down to white) and the chair construction (feels very sloppily put together, and one chair is significantly off balance to where it wobbles even on carpet). I ordered 2 chairs in the Corda leather, and they just don't justify a $500 a piece price tag.

Table top comes in a wood crate so you will need some tools to open it. Even if they say no tools necessary to assemble. The frame is a nightmare to put together. The holes for the bolts are not matched up well to attach legs. I had to get my super to come and use a special Allen key drill bit to get the bolts all the way in. Finally, after everything was assembled and leveled, the table top did not fit perfectly. It has a slight wobble and squeak to it when you lean on one side. Not what I expected from a table this expensive. It’s a shame, because it is pretty.
I purchased three of these stools in the copper tone. They were put together when I opened each box, which was great. They are very sturdy and the wood color matches several pieces in my home. I had purchased 3 other sets from various sites and these were the perfect height and style I was looking for. They are a bit pricey, but these will last a long time. Would recommend these counter stools.

I like this ottoman; it fits perfectly in my small entry space. Color is muted, but reflects the photo. Super firm, which suits me. Customer service was awesome: they helped me out on shipping and the representative was top notch.
The table is gorgeous. I was nervous that the finish would be rough to the touch but it is silky smooth. It came packaged extremely carefully and the delivery person was very helpful. I've already had several compliments on how elegant the table is.

Love my terrazo table! Shipping was bit slow and assembly a little complicated because of the weight of the terrazo. The packaging of the product was not that good, I would have expected better packaging considering the brand. Overall, I’m happy with my purchase.
I highly recommend working with this company, not only because of the quality product but the superior customer service. We had an issue with White Glove Delivery, the subcontractors used for delivery, and Rocco and David from IW dealt with the issue so professionally. You don’t find that very often anymore.

Charming and cozy!
It is comfortable and very stylish. But please note that the metal frame is gray and the leather is much lighter than the picture shown. I still loved it but it was a bit shocking since I was expecting a black metal frame and darker caramel leather tone. I’ve previously own Industry West chairs and will continue to purchase from them. They have great customer service and warranty.

I was so pleasantly surprised by how solid a piece of furniture this is. It’s just heavy enough to feel substantial but still easy to move around the kitchen. It has a very modern, matte, unique appearance. We got the black and I love the leather pad on the seat, which makes it far more comfortable than your regular stool. Huge fan & will buy more from Industry West!

I think I sat on or looked at every counter stool ever made. I even went to the IW store in NYC and every local furniture store around me (there are a lot).. I had a relatively short list of requirements: Had to look good, sit comfortably, have a back, easily cleanable for two small kids. I had my eye on a few stools nearly 3x the price. It was challenging to find a style that wasn't too starkly modern yet blended with our "classic modern" gut-renovated 1900s row home. The sling is perfect! It is comfortable for long hours of sitting, has a supportive back, slim profile that complements the kitchen, and finally, is child safe and easily cleanable (my 2 and 5 yo can climb up and down themselves)s. I purchased the black and wood combo. I also purchased aftermarket leg caps from another company to ensure no scuffing of my floors.
High quality products
I got two of these beauties for my living room and I think they make my living room look more updated and fill out the space. I have a sort of transitional couch and two mid century chairs and I love the mix.
We bought two for our loft and love them! The foot rest, being able to swivel, and the attention to detail on these is top notch. They are heavy (in a good way) and stay where you want them. Highly recommended!
We bought 6 chairs and 3 counter stools and only 1 of the cushions had the holes in the bottom line up with the holes in the chairs. Extremely frustrating. And won’t be surprised if these eventually poke through the top.
These are the most comfortable dining chairs EVER, made for leisurely dinner parties full of good friends, food and wine. On top of that they are beautiful. The design of the frame of the chair means they don't feel bulky or overstuffed, but instead are sleek and minimal. Love them!
These two black nesting tables are awesome. They are exactly as depicted and described. The black wood finish shows nice grain and the metal base is perfect for our office vibe. Delivery was timely and the packaging kept products safe.
I waited a year and a half to purchase our long term counter stools and these are perfection! I previously had purchased four stools from a big box retailer just to get us through and not to my surprise, all had broken feet on them without a few months. These chairs are beautiful. So many great details that don’t come across in the photos. The blue cushions are beautiful and the wood looks and feels high quality. The only issue is one of the chairs is a little off balance and wobbles. I think I need to add another felt pad to one corner, but that was disappointing because they were otherwise perfect.
