Product arrived about a week after ordered. It is lightweight and made from a fabric, not plastic, which is nice. The zipper is strong enough. We were putting it on a heavy memory foam mattress and at one point, it appeared that it might year, but there were four of us putting it on, so we were able to maneuver the weight and it did not. Would have preferred something a bit stronger, and am not sure how well it will hold up over time, but it's okay for now. Might be better for a lighter mattress. Seemed a bit pricey compared to others in brick and mortar stores.

The items were packaged beautifully and with care and arrived in pristine condition. As with the other set I have, from the same manufacturer, it is difficult to put in the wood screws on the side rails. Other than that, and a nail head that was loosened during transportation, they are beautiful and comfortable. Very good value for the style and comfort

I ordered a trunk from them which I planned using has a coffee table at a beach condo. After waiting for about 2 months for the item to arrive, it arrived broken with the box destroyed. Material that the trunk was made of was extremely thin also wood. The latches were broken and the stain was incredibly uneven. They offered to ship me another one but the quality was so terrible that I did not want another one. I paid $290 with the shipping. I was then sent a return label but was told that I would have to pay the shipping both ways. I am disabled, live alone and this item is quite large. I contacted the credit card company and said I would return it if they would provide a UPS pickup and packaging. The credit card company did nothing but contact them without my feedback. They said they provided me a return label and I hadn't returned the item. Basically I've lost all my money.
I ordered a chair. It took over 3 weeks to arrive and they sent me the wrong chair and won't pay for the return shipping. I brought the chair to UPS and it cost $195.00 to be shipped from Florida to California. I brought the chair back to my house and will try to sell on Marketplace/Facebook. I will never order from this company again.

The product is for my back den. I needed a super small loveseat. This is it. I was disappointed with delivered as a COUCH was simply left on my doorstep and the tracking indicated it was delivered 20 minutes than it actually was, so I was a little panicked. The box was basically DESTROYED, and I was in fear of what would be inside. To my surprise and luck, the inside was packaged so well, that the couch received no damaged. Easy to assemble (I did it myself with no tools) and it’s awesome. I mean, it’s not a $4000, but that’s not what I paid for. Well pleased.
