Kingsdown's Owner Satisfaction
Customer reviews can be hard to see from a high level -- especially with brands trying at all costs to protect their reputation. Customers, sadly, don't give these mattresses as high reception as others in the industry. There are still customers that are very satisfied, but many others who are not. Research more below to learn about the specifics of the mattresses.
Kingsdown's Supportiveness
Having a supportive mattress is a make or break for stomach and back sleepers. Even side sleepers need gentle support to make sure their spines are aligned. These mattresses are above average when it comes to support. That said, some others didn't like the support so if you are heavier, make sure to dig into the specifications.
Edge Support
Most agree with the edge support of these mattresses. But, some heavier customers may experience some dipping close to the edges.
Kingsdown's Durability
These mattresses may not last as long as you'd hope. Some reviewers have had complaints regarding durability and comfort over a short horizon. If you are have a larger body type and are looking for something with lasting support, you may feel good initial comfort, but take a look at the mattress specifications and reviews before buying.
Sealy's Owner Satisfaction
Making sense of customer reviews can be a powerful tool for shoppers. Unfortunately, sleepers don't always feel great about these mattresses. Some are very satisfied with the feel, but others report discomfort. If you are considering buying, there are more details about mattress specifics below.
Sealy's Supportiveness
These mattresses don't fit the needs of everyone in terms of support. Though some sleepers find these mattresses to be comfortable, others have had issues with alignment long term. If you are considering these mattresess, make sure to take a look further before buying.
Edge Support
Edge support is definitely a concern for those that struggle with mobility. Other customers don't find it to be a major sticking point for them. Customers have mixed reviews about the supportiveness of these mattresses so make sure to do added reading if it is important for you.
Sealy's Durability
Sadly, these mattresses aren't well loved for their durability. While some folks had good experiences with the performance, others had comfort issues faster than average. If you are considering to buy, take a look at the warranty and return policies beforehand.

I got my Kingsdown mattress about 6 months ago...
I got my Kingsdown mattress about 6 months ago. It is without a doubt the best bed I have ever had in my life. I went out to find the feel that you get in the Ritz Carlton and the Four Seasons. You know, really supportive but PLUSH-PLUSH-PLUSH. I use my mattress on a powerbase that I had already, and it is so wonderful that I don't want to ever get out of bed. I feel perfectly supported, but there is no pressure anywhere on my body. It was a little pricy (almost 3000) but it was SOOOOOooooooo worth it. I got it through a Mattress Giant locally and they were a pleasure to deal with as well. I hope I never have to sleep on anything but Kingsdown for as long as I live.

I've had my Kingsdown mattress for 14 months...
I've had my Kingsdown mattress for 14 months. It sags in the middle so badly that it causes me back pain. I'm very disappointed. I've had several Kingsdown mattresses before and was alway satisfied. Not any more.
We literally tried everyone else. This is an amazing bed.
We went through four different mattresses, and actually returned a discontinued Kingsdown mattress before getting this mattress as a replacement. Although we did not buy through Amazon (did not know at the time we could), this mattress is amazing. We tried the top of the line "number" bed, sent it back. Top of the line (and I mean expensive) memory foam number bed, and sent it back. Tried another Kingstown mattress that we still didn't like, and they talked us into this mattress....and I am so happy they did. We have had this mattress for over a year, and there are still days my wife and I wake up and say "holy cow I love this bed." I wanted to pass along this review, because we searched for a bed that wouldn't leave us with aches for two long, long years, and since the customer service was so good, I wanted to pass this along to other people.

We purchased this mattress a few months ago for our guest room. It is fantastic! Everyone who sleeps on it comments about how comfortable it is. It provides plenty of support with a cushiony layer on top. Now we're planning to purchase the same mattress for our master bedroom. One caution: this mattress is very deep so a low-profile box spring is a must.
We really like that this bed is firm
We tried this bed in stores before purchasing on amazon, it was slightly cheaper here. My husband and I had a sleep number for 5 years before deciding to try something new. We really like that this bed is firm, but has cushion pillow top as well. We've been sleeping on this bed for a few weeks now, and its fantastic. I am pregnant, so sleeping is not the easiest thing for me anymore.
I purchased an 800 series...
I purchased an 800 series top of the line mattress in 2010, and after 8 years one side started to sag, I called and they sent out a mattress marshal to examine and do his measurements. After a week I received a letter stating that the sag is more the normal but they are going to void the warranty because there is a small stain on the other side of the mattress, stating in the letter that is the cause of the sagging. That is bunch of lies they just don't want to stand by their warranty, please stay far away from this company. When I purchased this mattress nowhere stated that any stain will void a warranty, I really took good care of this mattress, I even have two sheets that cover the unit. So this is definitely a defect that they have recognized but getting away with not replacing it. I wish there was no star, they don't deserve even one.
My personal experience was fantastic
My personal experience was fantastic. We co-own a little hotel at the beach and bought a dozen Kingsdown bed sets in 1997. We are only NOW having to replace them, nearly 20 years and these were used most every night! We bought the higher end units and that quality difference is really obvious - you get what you pay for. That's why we got a dozen more to take us into retirement last summer - and a decent deal too. It doesn't hurt that many of our Booking.com reviews talk about the comfortable beds
I thought I had found the perfect mattress
I thought I had found the perfect mattress in 10-14 and was happy with it until 3 months ago the side wall of the mattress came apart from the rest of it. Kingsdown did send out an independent person to look at it, he agreed with me (at the time he was in my house, evidently he just wanted to appease me) that the mattress had broke down. However he didn't relay that information to Kingsdown and they deemed the problem normal sagging. And because it had a small stain on the opposite side the warranty was voided, not sure why they bothered to send anyone. It was a waste of time. I actually contacted them because I thought they would want to know the mattress was defective. It had nothing to do with sagging, 3/4ths of the mattress is ok, but you will roll off the side if you aren't careful.....BAD construction and a waste of my money. Never buy a Kingsdowns!
buyer beware!
buyer beware! stay away from this company! shop somewhere else! i purchased a kingsdown high end mattress and box spring set from se and after 3 years they started breaking down. after sending a third party furniture co. for inspection that determined that the box springs were truly defective and made the worst noise he ever heard when he turned in his report kingsdown weaseled out of their warranty because they said i had not used a center support. even the tech said they will find any avenue they can to "void the warranty" like if the tag is missing, any stain, etc... i tried to work with them to back their product but they chose profits over customer satisfaction. highly unsatisfied customer. i will never buy from sleep experts again or a kingsdown product. truly a pos! if I could give them a rating less than 1 star I would. read the other reviews! they are exactly right in what they write. kingsdown is a sham of a company and a pathetic excuse. junk, junk, junk, junk, etc...
The only reason they are getting one star
The only reason they are getting one star is because I couldn't rate zero or negative stars...Two years ago I purchased a top of the line pillow top Kingsdown mattress from a local Sleepys in my area. I had previously owned a Kingsdown mattress for approximately 12 years and it was fabulous which prompted me to purchase another. Two years later I am unable to get out of bed without grabbing the edge of the bed and pulling myself out of a sinkhole in the middle. I called the company and they sent someone out to take pictures and measurements and have just informed me that a normal amount of "sinking" has occurred and they are denying my claim. So let's reiterate...they think it's perfectly okay to spend $2,500 on a mattress and in two years have to pull yourself out of a hole??? They are appalling...I don't think it's normal to spend my hard earned money on a crappy mattress that the don't even stand behind. By the way I've since went on line and have read that this is a common problem with their mattresses. My advice? Forget they exist because with this level of "customer service" they'll be out of business in no time.
Received a defective mattress
Received a defective mattress and we can not get kingsdown to honor their warranty. Stuck with a $3,500 mattress that sags more than our 10 year old mattress that we replaced.
Worst Ever!
You would think that after 3 years, this bed would still be usable. But now there is a big canyon in the middle of it. They sent an inspector who also agreed verbally. But then after (mind you this is months of calling) we received a letter from them saying that they wouldn't honor the warranty. Scam.
Super hot
I can barely sleep at night on this mattress. I think the top just sucks in the heat and keeps it there. Very disappointed.
Doesn't Last
Bed was super saggy after 4 years and so I had to get a new bed. Not worth the high price tag when you can get a saggy bed after 4 years from anyone else.
Replaced Twice in One Year??
Luckily I was able to get an exchange, which reading the other reviews seems like a shock. After only 3 months, I had sagging and the inspector who was sent out agreed so I got a new bed. Well, a couple months later, more sagging. The only reason I am adding a star is because they at least sent us a new one.
So Uncomfortable
We thought it would be the answer to our problems, but after only 3 years we have a mountain in the middle of the bed.
Lumpy and Saggy After 3 Months
I sink into this mattress and I am not that big of a person. It causes extra back and hip pain because it is too soft and lumpy.
Mattress Defect
We bought a Kingsdown MYSIDE mattress with a latex top at WGR in Green Bay WI. It was a floor model. Within 2 years the Latex top ripped and split on the inside and Kingsdown would not stand by their product because in was a floor model. We loved the mattress so much I tried repairing it myself 5 times until it just would not hold. It is too bad. They make a quality product, but would not stand by it. MY wife's side has held up beautifully. My side was clearly a defect in the latex.
Poor quality and warranty
DO NOT BUY a Kingsdown Mattress!!! I purchased a new Kingsdown King size mattress in June 2018. Within months of owning the bed it began to sag and created a hump in the middle. After contacting Kingsdown for the warranty, they sent out a third party inspector who indicated the mattress had a 2” dip on the right side. Kingsdown denied my warranty claim stating it was within normal wear measurements. Now, if anyone else is considering spending over $1,500 on a mattress, I’m sure you’d like to ensure you have a product that lasts for more than a few months and the warranty is valid. Nice job Kingsdown you lost another customer!!!
Pilling.
When we removed the (overpriced) mattress cover which seller (Art Van - maybe there’s the answer- they buy “seconds” with minor or “invisible” defects to sell so cheap) insisted we needed to buy to not void warranty, there was pilling on the surface, which was a “stained” tan color! Looked like “bugs”, but they are just fiber balls that stuck to “fuzzy” surface of mattress (like “pilling” on a sweater) and have to be picked off by hand!
I DO NOT recommend to buy a mattress here
just now-Edit My Fiance bought a bed on Aug 07, 2018 with warranty. It wasn't even a yr when we started to feel it sink in really bad and be very uncomfortable to sleep in, so we contacted Teppermans. They sent a man out to run some test on the bed to say that the bed has a visual drop of only .5" which is standard to the amount of time we had the bed. which made no sense because when we laid on it, it sunk in a lot more than that making it very uncomfortable. They contacted me to tell me they are not able to do anything about it and referred me to contact the manufacturer "kingsdown". Which I did, they responded with the same response that our "warranty" is not valid due to not meeting the guidelines on have a drop of 1.5". So basically we are stuck with a $1500 mattress that sucks along with the warranty (which is pointless). I am currently pregnant suffering from major back problems due to this sinking bed that is only a little over 1yr old. Therefore I DO NOT recommend to buy a mattress here due to my experience and seeing it took about 4 months to get a final response which wouldn't have happened if i didn't call back several of times.
Poor Quality, Terrible Customer Service
I would like to submit a review of Kingsdown's customer service and warranty promise. I would never buy another product from them. Long story short: Their product failed (Hudson firm mattress, $1600) sagging after 3 years. They would not honour their warranty because the mattress was bought at Sears..(because Sears is out of business they can't confirm the purchase... ?????). Not only is their product inferior..... they demonstrated terrible business practice.
Best Ever
Absolutely the best mattress we have ever owned! We even bought one for our guest bedroom. Love them!
Worst Mattress Ever!!!
We purchased a Series 4.0 QLPSF top of the line model from Art Van Pure Sleep. It was customized for my weight (6' 185 lbs) on one side, my wife's (5'6" 125 lbs) on the other. The mattress was only comfortable (but not awesome considering the $3000+ price tag) for the first several months and a year and half later, there's a crater -- and yes, I mean crater -- in the middle. Excessive sag is putting it lightly. My wife and I sink to the point that we are touching and are both experiencing consistent lower back pain with no suitable sleep position. The warranty only covers replacement and at this point I would not wish a Kingsdown mattress on my worst enemy, and Art Van has filed for bankruptcy. Worst major purchase I've ever made. Live and learn...do not make my mistake!
Best mattress ever
We purchased 2 Kingsdown mattresses in 2009 to improve sleep and make the guest bedroom a place where family and friends wouldn't want to leave. Eleven years later we do believe now is the time to purchase a new mattress. I am reluctant to spend the 3 months scouring from mattress dealer to mattress dealer knowing that everyone who slept in our guest stated that that bed was the most comfortable they had ever felt. Most reported the best night sleep.
adkinson kingsdown not worth the money
good at first but box springs are weak the metal bends and mattress rolls you off .couldn't get any one to come out and evaluate so i had to do it my self took for ever to hear a responce then they only want to replace mattress for $350. not worth it. would not recomend this to any one
Poor Durabiity.
I got my Kingsdown mattress about 7 years ago. A the start it was great but withing 4 years it developed a problem with a depression forming in the bed. Now 7 years in it's terrible and to the pint i need to get a new mattress soon. Given the very high cost of this mattress I'm very disappointed it only lasted for a short while. I believe the warrenty is only for 5 years - so this all makes me very sad.
Kingsdown 300 series Great for first 5 years
My review is very simple. We had a Mattress with a 20 year full warranty. The mattress started failing around year 6 but it wasn't until year 9 before it was bad enough for them to warranty. Think about that... if I bought a new car with a 7 year 70,000 mile warranty that would just lose power every once in a while and they tell you when it won't restart we'll take a look but if there's a coffee stain on the passenger seat we void your warranty.
They don’t honor there warranty
Don’t Buy these mattresses they are cheaply made .mine wasn’t even 2 years old and now I’m having problems with it.they said I have a 10 year warranty and they aren’t honoring it.
Dipper
We have had two Kingsdown beds (the second under warranty from the first) they have both dipped more than the warranty specified 1.5". They have now both been replaced under warranty. My wife and I are in our 50's and of normal weight so there are no reasons for the failure other than the materials or manufacturing. There have been no arguments with warranty replacement but not an experience we should have to undergo every 3-5 years. So I won't be accepting another replacement from them I will go elsewhere with the credit
yes
Very comfortable. Could be a little firmer.
Comfy, high off ground
Super comfy my parents love it, you may need a foot stool to get in the bed once you add the box spring because it’s a little high
Hip pain gone!
Had back and hip pain before moving to KD Courtney Plush Hybrid mattress. Within a couple of nights the pain was gone. Full night's sleep as well. The exchange from previous mattress we purchased to this mattress was seamless and professionally handled. Richard at the West Broad Street store was exceptional. His knowledge, patience and professionalism were spot on.
Money well spent.
Rather firm matters for my taste, but is clearly well constructed. Worth the money for sure. Delivery was super nice as well. They hauled it upstairs for us on arrival. Solid purchase.
I would buy this mattress again
Absolutely worth the money wake up every morning
Nice and firm but soft enough
My family and I love Kingsdown. They’re always a good brand. I got the more firm version as it helps alleviate any lower back pain. Overall, I love it.
Maybe
It's ok, my son likes this mattress
Amazing sleep!
Amazing!!! Doug was a huge help. We love our Kingsdown!!!
Customer service was great we'll buy again
Was unsure at first if the mattress was going to feel as good as it did in the store. I have back pain. I'm too 220 lb with a lot of backside. It is often that I have back pains. Slept on the mattress the first night. Woke up the next morning thanking God. No back pain. Mattress is worth the money will buy again.
Too firm and lumpy
This mattress was soft and comfortable in the store. The one we received was lumpy in the middle and significantly firmer than the one we tried on the floor. Awaiting to start the 30 day comfort gaureentee. Hoping our next experience is better.

It really is a top quality innerspring mattress. It REALLY is!
I did a lot of research before buying this mattress. The deciding factor was the recommendation of Consumer Reports. When I first received this mattress, in a square box, I was soooo disappointed and upset. I attempted to return it before opening it, but realized how expensive shipping would be. I returned to the website and their were no reviews but I searched some other mattresses with the same features and price points and discovered that it would, when unfolded, rise to it's full 12 inches and it did indeed have cloth covered coils (innersprings). It Did rise, and then some. I think it's about 13". Very comfortable, everything Consumer Reports said it would be. It's a little firmer than I would like it to be. It's not hard by any means, in fact it's quite comfortable and very good for my husband's back, he likes it a little firmer than I. after putting a good quilted mattress cover on, it added just the amount of plush and squish I love. I get a good night's sleep and wake with no stiffness or aches. I really like it.

Good matress
Excelent matress, I wasn't sure to get it for my daughter since it didn't have any reviews but after a month of using it, she loves it, firm but comfortable; stays cool and no more joint pain.
Do not buy this !
We bought this mattress 2 3/4 years ago and I've been having chronic severe back pain for over a year. I had noticed that the bed definitely sinks in the middle when I lay on it and I'm a hundred and fifty pounds. We've only had this mattress for going on 2 years & 9 months. We loved it at first, until the past year. I didn't attribute my back pain to the mattress until I slept somewhere else and my back pain was considerably better. Everyday when I wake up after sleeping on this mattress my back hurts more than it does all day. My boyfriend has been sleeping in the basement on the couch because of his work shift for the past 4 months. When he sleeps on his mattress on the weekend he says his back hurts too. I just submitted a warranty claim, but have a bad feeling that I'm going to get the runaround from the reviews that I've read.
... of metal coil and 4 inches of foundation nothing like I was expecting a
This matress is inches of metal coil and 4 inches of foundation nothing like I was expecting at all
Sleeping Great
My old mattress was very soft, in comparison this one is a rock, but I don't wake with the same sore spots. I have arthritis through out my back, shoulders, hips, etc but I'm sleeping better with this Sealy.
1 year later and I would certainly buy this mattress again.
sweat factory!
Mattress is about 1yr 4m old and is terrible! It's well worn and sagging where I sleep and the amount of heat the 'cooling gel' holds in is ridiculous! I sweat all night long and wake up drenched. I wash the sheets almost every day now. I don't know what we were thinking when buying a foam mattress. When you squish foam it seals up all the holes in the foam eliminating it's availability to breathe! No brainier if we would have thought about it. Skip the foam it's not worth it!
Was worried that it was to good to be true
Was worried that it was to good to be true.not a single thing wrong with it and it's absolutely wonderful to sleep on.saved us over a thousand dollars.
Soft bed, very comfortable but not for me
I bought this bed from another place and thought I would give it another review to help others out. First off I'm a bigger guy who is a furnace in bed with lower back probIems. I spent a month in the bed to give it a chance but ultimately had to take it back. It was soft enough to be comfortable and fall asleep in easily. Around 3-4hrs in I would feel my back slowly be unsupported and I would bottom out to the foam base layer due to my weight and the heat I put off would cause it to soften. I noticed though before my back would be unsupported I would sleep deeper and easier. My fiance is a belly sleeper and the softening would cause her minor back aches but she had liked the softness and comfort too. The bed felt as warm or a bit warmer as a spring mattress with a topper on it but a lot less hotter than a memory foam without gel. There wasn't too much off gassing. Overall construction was good but felt like this was for a lighter, cooler person.
Pretty nice mattress
Love it so far.I've had it for a few days and wish i would have done it a bit sooner.maybe is just me coming off an old futon 😝 but it's definatly plush but still firm
TRASH!
If I could give this matress 0 stars I would. After one month I noticed a moldy smell around my bed, I pulled my matress cover to find the smell coming from all over the matress. It's not chemical, think mold dish sponge. It's also sinking by bout 1/2 an inch, I weigh 160 lbs, that's after 1 month.
You can assume that any good sealy review is a plant/fake review. sealy is a trash company that makes trash products. I'm out $550, have no bed to sleep on, and couldn't be more furious. BUYER BEWARE!
Wasn't intending to get a foam matress, but...
I am 6'3'' and weigh 220 pounds. I prefer a firm mattress and have only slept on box springs my whole life. I am a side sleeper exclusively. I went to 2 separate mattress retailers and laid on every mattress on their showroom floor. Both times I gravitated to this mattress. It is the most firm of the 3 Optimum model mattresses. I laid on all 4 of them as they were side-by-side. They got softer and more expensive as I went up the line. I've only had this mattress for a week, so my review is an early one. I had no intentions of getting a foam mattress when I went shopping. I was concerned about comments about them sleeping hot. This mattress does not sleep hot in any way shape or form. The salesmen explained to me that the initial Optimum mattresses didn't have enough cooling gel and they have added more and it has resolved that complaint. I concur. I haven't noticed any problem with sleeping hot. The biggest thing you will notice with a foam mattress is you won't feel any pressure points like a box spring. When I laid on any box spring, I would immediately notice a pressure point on my hip and my shoulder. I don't feel anything on the foam. I have slept just fine for the past week and no complaints of back pain or any pain in the AM. I am impressed so far. Will have to come back on in a few months or a year and comment on how well the mattress is wearing. I have also read comments about this mattress having a odor when delivered. The mattress and the box spring were both in plastic when the delivery people unpacked them and installed them in my bed frame. I didn't have any odor at all, so I'm not sure where that is coming from? I bought 2 of the Optimum pillows which I slept on before my mattress was delivered. They smelled a bit for a few days, but it gradually went away. I did not buy this mattress from Amazon, but decided I would comment on it here after I did buy it. These reviews of all kinds of mattresses are so frustrating. Who is commenting? The company that makes the mattress? The competing company? Disgruntled employees? I am just an ordinary consumer that needed to replace his 25 year old box spring mattress. I've owned 3 Sertas and a Beautyrest. This is my first Sealy. The salesman was telling me that several of these companies have bought out each other, so they are all about the same manufacturer now. I am pleased with my choice so far and recommend you go lay on this mattress if you prefer a firm one. This was the most firm of all the foam mattresses I laid on.
It is the worst purchase I have ever made in my life
I can't believe how much money I spent on this bed! It is the worst purchase I have ever made in my life! I have never had such severe back and hip pain when I wake up in the morning. Do not waste your money on this or Sealy's adjustable (head up only) frame! You can feel the space in the frame when your head is raised through the mattress…terrible!!! I recently spent two weeks away from home sleeping on a cheap mattress and felt so great in comparison to being back home sleeping on my expensive junk!!!
Has yet to get comfortable.
I've had this mattress for 8 months and it has yet to 'break in'. When we went to mattress store, we laid on all of them and ended up with this model. It felt perfect. For some reason, the one we got is like a brick. Both my partner and I are on the lean side, but still.
very disappointed
I bought this mattress on march 15 and the first 4 nights I loved it no back pain and very good support but then I started noticing that although the memory foam always went back to its original form the inner layers of non memory foam on the where getting softer and I no longer had a firm mattress. Im a stomach sleep and this mattress turned onto a nightmare I hated how soft it was and when I was watching tv my bottom would sink in all the way. I no longer have mid back pain like my inner spring but now my neck and shoulders hurt from the rest of me sinking and putting stress on my shoulders. The box spring on this matress is horrible it does not provide any support and the whole motion transfer thing was as advertised for the first week after that i could feel my husband moving. Not as much as an inner spring but not was it was when i first got it well to top it of on the first week of april I called the store where I got it and told them it was sinking and sure enough a tech came and siad it has sunk 3/4 of an inch in less then a month so they gave me the option of getting another one or one for greater or lesser value. I decided to get the tempurpedic contour select it was $1300 more but my parents had bought one a week before I got my sealy and the tempurpedic is still as great as the first day so I didnt wanna risk it with getting anything else. Now im sleeping like a baby and glad I could change it.
Worst Mattress with 10 year warranty Sales Tactics
reviewed on Dec 05, 2018 Purchased Sealy Posturepaedic from Harvey Norman, Warwick,QLD in March 2016. Within two years of use the mattress has sank in the middle, low enough to make uncomfortable even to just lie down rather sleep and cause body aches. Have rotated the mattress periodically as specified but just not durable even though the warranty is 10 years. The warranty terms and conditions doesnt justify for claims. 30 35mm sag is deemed to be normal in their terms. But given the width of the double mattress not much, that sag is substantial enough to cause issues to the body. They claim to use titanium springs for durability in their mattress. but having used for two years it has to be concluded that it is poorly engineered and the quality of their product is compromised for a rip off.
Sagging again!
Put he’s a queen size Sealy from Macy’s in ChicAgo burbs in late 2017. Paid about $1,200 tax and delivery. Started to sag really badly in the middle after 5 or 6 months. I called Macy’s to complain since it’s under warrenty. They sent a technician out to review and look mattress over. The tech measured the depth of the sagg and it was well over 2 inches in the middle. I’m 5’8” and weigh 175. This is a sealy brand but I don’t have a model number. It was on the softer side with a pillow top. My back and hips were sore every morning. Macy’s made good on the warranty and I chose the firmer model as the replacement. Well, 6 months later I’m laying in a huge gully or canyon again. I’m beginning to wonder if these Macy bought models are more low end then high end. Time to call them back and replace number 2.
Poor Customer Service
I will never buy another product from Sealy. I bought a Thermapedic Mattress made by Sealy from Rooms-To-Go. The adjustable base would not raise the mattress within two weeks of purchase. I was directed to Sealy through RTG customer service. The Sealy agent stated that the base needed resetting. She wanted me to go under the bed to get a box to reset the base. When I informed her that I was unable to go under the bed, she told that Sealy does not send repairmen to reset the box. She told me to call her back when I could find someone who could go under the bed. When I informed RTG of her response, a RTG repairman was sent He went under the bed and retrieved the box. He stated that the adjustable base was broken. Resetting the box would not have fixed the problem.
Noooooo
Horrible hard and very thin not even worth what I bought it for
POOR POOR POOR POOR DONT BUY IT
I got the mattress I was highly disappointed. To begin with its a 3 inch mattress. Not happy at all. This was the worse mistake ever. I returned the bed and mattress. Had to take a $125.00 restocking fee and a $50.00 re delivery fee. Plus the only way that I can trade it in was if I bought a new bed so I will take the loss this whole thing leaves a very sour taste in my mouth and I will take the loss the picture above is very misleading. do not buy this product
Uncomfortable mattress. Could never have imagined how terrible it is.
The mattress is so uncomfortable!! Ughhh! Hate it will not keep
Not as thick as it looks but still good
I ordered before the previous review but read said review before my order arrived. So I was not surprised when my order arrived and the mattress was thinner than I originally expected. It looks much thicker in the picture. The box spring is probably double the thickness. With saying that, it is still a good height if not on the ground. The mattress is quite firm but I still go right to sleep as soon as I lay down whereas that was not happening on my old mattress. I would reorder.
Mattress is NOT as pictured.
I ordered this mattress online. Cheap & cheerful... or so I thought. The mattress was delivered today, its smaller (in thickness) than the box springs. The image on this product is completely misleading. The mattress is probably 2-3 inches thick. Completely disappointing & extra frustrating.
Great choice.
Buying a mattress online is risky. However, if you are not physically able to get out and shop, you may have to do what you have to do. I bought this knowing I wanted a mattress with a plush top. I wanted it to be durable and strong enough to hold but when I laid down on it - it was soft for arthritic patients. I love this mattress. I look forward to going to bed and I don't wake up in pain from laying on a hard mattress.
Mattress to soft
The matteress is to soft. I should have ordered a firm
this is a great mattress. it has made my sleeping much better!
Great mattress equals many great nights of sleep! Plus the delivery service was great also.
for what I paid-definitly worth it.
liked how I got a good deal around presidents day.
Nice looking matteress
I had thought I had ordered a firm mattress but a plush pillow top was delivered. I was gone at the time it was delivered at my house, the old mattress & box springs were gone and the new this set was on the bed. So, it couldn't be returned.
To plush
I ordered this bed set on line with out trying it out big mistake. I'm sending it back, its like sleeping on a deflating air mattress. I woke up soar it's just way to soft for me.
Great sleep - Great savings!!
I saved a ton of money of my new Queen Sealy mattress and am now sleeping better than I ever did on one I spent double on!
Great buy
We bought this bed on sale and were not disappointed! This bed is amazing. It is definitely plush and not a firm mattress. The delivery service was outstanding too. They called us often to update us on a time and they were in and out and made sure everything was perfect.
I sleep very well on this Mattress
I sleep very good since I purchased this mattress !
THANK GOD
I have a bad leg and need surgery from a injury 40 some years ago while in the military and this mattress is a GOD sent for my back as well.
Thought this was a great bed
Me and my boyfriend purchased a new bed and we're surprised that after 6 months the quality is horrible the bed is already dented as if the bed was years old. I am very disappointed with the quality of this bed. I will have to do my research more thoroughly next time before I purchase a new bed.
I returned this because I ordered the wrong item
The mattress was as indicated, but I needed the firm pillow top so I returned that mattress and box spring and re-ordered the firm mattress only. It was for my guest room bed that has storage drawers, so when I received both pieces the bed was to high, you need to be 5'6' and up to be able to sit or get in the bed. (:
Excellent Mattress Set
I love this bed. Very comfortable. I would recommend this Bed to friends and family.
I really like this mattress.
My mattress arrived in the time frame that I was told it would come. It is a great mattress.
Amazing Mattress
This was a perfect purchase. Arrived on time, white glove service, and the most comfortable bed I've ever slept in. Highly recommend!!
Too Soft
I would not recommend this set at all it is extremely too soft. It is so squishy that when I sit on the side of the bed to get out, I feel like I am trying to pick up my butt off the floor. It is not comfortable because there is no support.
Well made mattress in firm
I have a tender back and don't wish to sleep on a tender mattress. I found Sealy Essentials Holly Hills Firm Mattress paired with the special box springs saved my tossing and turning to into a great night's sleep. I feel refreshed when I wake up with no back pain or discomfort.
Excellentt value and quality
I purchased this mattress for a redecorated "kid's" room/home office. All of my grandchildren are teens now and the daybed no longer accommodated their growing bodies. I love the quality and value of this product. The mattress is firm, but comfortable, and is an extremely good value for the price.
