This not really "sherpa", when I think of sherpa I think of fluffy and soft. This is soft but not too fluffy at all. Really not happy with the design of this unit. The plugs are at the top and sometimes at night with mattress & sheet shifts you can feel the hard plugs. The individual control pad for each side has too many wires and there is display that stays on to tell you the temp. Have used much better products of this type.
Why did I wait so long to purchase one of these?! Dual controls ensure someone else can sleep with you without roasting or being cold. So many settings you can surely find something that works for you. It can be set to stay on for hours ensuring you stay warm all night. Auto-off in case you forget. I was worried it would be too noisy when rolling over and moving around I would feel the wires but I honestly don't notice anything. Very happy with my decision.

Really GREAT ITEM! I don't like running my heat at night for a couple reasons but mainly because it really runs my power bill up. Doesn't make sense to heat the entire house for one person and a furry companion. This pad is less than 100 watts which is much less than 8000 watts running if I keep the heat on. Not only will it save me money, but it is extremely comfortable. I now wake feeling refreshed with not so many aches and pains. I'm actually very surprised at how warm it keeps me. The Sherpa Mattress pad looks and fits great. I have a deep mattress and it covers it very well leaving lots of room for the power cords to be tucked in and hidden. I keep my controls in my Storit Bedside Caddy that I also purchased from Wayfair. Great combination and I'm sleeping much better.

Really wanted to like this pad. It's Warm for sure, but the material is so slick that by the morning it's all rumpled up beneath you. Just doesn't stay put.
I like it alot but i dont belive this is a true serta matress pad. I cant find any lable on the matress pad that says its a serta.. kind of upset about it and feel a little foolish for the price i paid for it :( also i can feel the wires through the sheet.. so sad but i cant afford another..

Spectacular. Has already survived two washings as instructed [old dog], in 3+ months. Love that it turns itself off. Heats up gasy so I can turn it up, then set it low when we get in. Our first one, not waterproof, lasted for years. Very glad to find the same one again, now waterproof.

My husband has an old back injury that warrants him to sleep on a warm surface. I am a cold sleeper and use a small fan to cool me off year round. This Electric Mattress Pad is the perfect solution! The wires are nearly unnoticable and don't leave patterns on your skin as others do. Very nice quality and the Waterproof is especially nice as we have 4 small dogs that sleep with us! If you are looking for something to warm you just right, look no further. This is the one!
The quality seems very nice although I've only just gotten it set up. We're using this for puppies that are due any day. The cost is MUCH better than what a "dog heating pad" costs, plus this is waterproof and machine washable AND it covers a much bigger area than a small heating pad. I like that it's also a low heat and not something that the pups can over-heat from. Received very quickly. Yet again, another happy customer with Wayfair!
Love it! The last bed warmer I had was a plug in at the foot of the bed. This one plugs in at the head of the bed. The warmth very true to the control numbers. My cats love it too.

The martresss pad was just what I expected it to be!The fit was just perfect and fit my mattress just perfect and does not wrinkle up on my bed!
