My daughter was so excited to get her “bunk bed” not only the look of it but the customer service was great through Dorel when we had some pieces break and had to have them replaced.
it’s been a while since I bought this bed. I can’t lie it’s very very pretty and it’s affordable. However, I’ve had to readjust the screws several times because the bed shakes every time I move. I shakes in between 1 or 2 inches approximately, and is very annoying. I’m 5 ft 2 inch and I weight about 115 pounds, so I’m not even that heavy for this bed. Hope this is helpful for ya’ll

I love this bed! After reading the reviews, I was sure this was going to be a beast to put together. But, it was not! My fiancé and I made it our goal to finish in under three hours and we got it done in 2 12!! The directions are so easy to follow and the pieces are clearly labeled. It is a matter of unpacking the box and getting started. The wood is beautiful and sturdy. Another thing I was concerned about with loft beds was the comfort of the ladder. This ladder is extremely sturdy and the cool thing is that it can be moved from one side to the other side. This bed looks like I spent triple the amount and my son is thrilled. If you’re on the fence about this bed but you love the look of it – go for it. It will not disappoint!
This is a great tween bed. We used a twin underneath it and it worked out nicely
My rating is really more like 4.5 stars. It is gorgeous but it’s very difficult to assemble. It took two adults and a 12 year old boy to put it together. The ladder seems secure but I think we’ll either build or buy some storage stairs to make climbing up and down a little less treacherous. The space beneath is great—enough room for a bookshelf and a comfy chair or a desk.
Easy set up, great contemporary look. I’m one of those people that over analyzes every purchase and read all the reviews. I typically hone in on all of the negative reviews to see what is wrong with it rather than why it would work for us. After weeks and weeks of research I settled on this particular loft bed and was not disappointed. Most negative reviews talk about how it wiggles. It is a loft bed. Albeit a Bunk bed. It is going to wiggle. I had three little girls ranging from 40 pounds to 90 pounds on the top of this bed just after it was built in with a slight amount of expected wiggle it was still safe and sturdy. My husband and I have both been in it well above the weight limit and not had any problems or insecurity. It went together with assembly very easily with all holes drilled appropriately, it was just time consuming. We were using this for our six-year-old daughter who has a very small room and needs an area to play in addition to her sleeping area. I would recommend this bed to anyone.
Very sturdy, easy to put together (especially with a 2nd person's help.) My daughter loves the bed, especially that it's full size! We did read the reviews and buy a pool noodle for the stairs. Not only does my daughter find this hilarious, it definitely helps the feet!

It’s very unstable
The bed is attractive and the directions were easy to follow. I got it together in about 2.5 hours. The structure is somewhat sturdy but from the looks of it, I can expect it to last maybe 2 or three years before replacing.
Works great for my small bedroom
This is a great bed for my son. It was a little taller than we thought. But lots of room under and helps add a lot of space to his room.
It’s cool. My son has had it for about two years now and there have been no issues aside from the creaky sounds from him tossing and turning at night. I have had my husband check the nuts and bolts periodically to be sure that they haven’t loosened and are causing the bed to come apart. So far so good!
Really hard to put together and very squeaky. When we moved, my son did not want to use it anymore. So we only got a few months out of it.
The bed was relatively easy to put together and came without damage. One piece was a little misaligned but we kind of hulked it into place as we assembled it and it works. My tween LOVES it despite it putting her a few inches from her ceiling. I'd prefer to take 6-8" off the bottom and may eventually do so. The space to climb through isn't particularly wide, but I have a string bean of a kiddo so she is content with it the way it is. We might modify or replace the side rail as she grows. The whole bed wobbles as she climbs it and I called the manufacturer to ask about anchors and they assured it me won't tip over. As others have noted, the rungs aren't the most comfortable on the soles of the feet. We used the pool noodle trick and she found that to be more annoying than skinny rungs so she took them off. She loves her bed and the space beneath. She resented her smaller room before, but now she loves it and the new makeup area under her bed. So we can live with the less-than-perfect aspects of this loft.
Not very sturdy. OK for now since my kid is about 75 pounds, but as he grows I will not be confident that this bed will hold the extra weight. The ladder rungs are very thin metal poles, no non-slip features either so climbing updown in socks is an adventure.

My daughter loves this bed. However, the assembly has been a nightmare. First, not all the parts were delivered to complete the desk portion. There were holes drilled in the wrong spot, as well. They did send an entirely new bed but since we already had the bed portion put together, we had to go through the boxes and find the correct pieces. Finally went to put the desk portion together and there was still one hole drilled in the wrong spot!! It's a nice bed but has taken over a month to really get the thing put together!

Sturdy bunk bed and nice to have a queen bed on bottom option. Looks nice and we are using a traditional queen mattress on the bottom but a thinner (bunk bed) full mattress on top. The ladder is only able to be on the one side of the bed as pictured. Some beds, the ladder can be on either side but this is not the case.
Assembly took some pressure to get together. Some of the metal parts did not match with the holes. Once together, it was very sturdy. They don't give you extra screws which I wish they did as one got bent very easily and cannot find one in the hardware store. I was mostly disappointed in the space between the two beds. You cannot sit up in the bed due to lack of head room. The bars on the ladder for your feet are very narrow and hurt the feet. The metal scratches very easily.
