Craftmatic, made famous by their long-running TV commercials and infomercials, is the maker of adjustable beds (both mattresses and bases). Their business started in 1974 marketing adjustable bases and expanded to offer both mattresses and multiple lines of adjustable bases. They offer a selection of mattresses from memory foam to traditional innerspring and hybrid mattresses to go along with their adjustable bases. Their bases can be adjusted straight from a wireless remote control and they also offer a selection of additional ammenities on some of their beds, such as USB and power ports.

Easy Rest

Easy Rest Adjustable Sleep Systems manufacture a line of adjustable bases and mattresses and opened in 2007 selling their adjustable bases and mattresses. It is no doubt that their primary focus is the adjustable base. Their mattresses come with the tier of adjustable base that you select and do not offer a great deal of options. Most of their mattresses are innerspring with one exception of a memory foam + latex variety.

Love the adjustable base but the mattress too hot
The mattress is too hot to my liking. Started sweating through the bed at night. I'll have to look for an alternative to the mattress. But, being able to put my feet up at night is well worth the money. So, all in all 4 stars.

The service is great!
The service at Craftmatic has been great. The sales rep did an excellent job explaining the bed to us and we purchased it for its comfort and ease. I like using the Craftmatic's vibrating massage feature.

Tremendous bed
I like Craftmatic's mattress and that I can adjust the bed to the position I like best. The bed has a massage feature and it sometimes helps. It was wonderful dealing with their reps. They were very nice and helpful in helping us make a decision and we've been well-pleased. It's been a little over a year and I would definitely recommend this bed to a friend with the experience we've had.

Perfect
We needed to get a bed that will split in the middle so I could raise the head, while her side wouldn't need to go anywhere. With the Craftmatic, the availability to raise the head on one side and not the other, vice versa, works great.

Such an easy experience
We got the twin double bed from Craftmatic. The person that I've bought them for experience a lot of cramping in their legs and back, and they haven't had those since they've gotten the bed. I enjoy being able to elevate the head and feet as well - it's comfortable. Everything went very easily, and it was a very good experience.

Craftmatic best
I had my old bed for 5 years before I bought my Craftmatic. Craftmatic's mattress is comfortable and I enjoy it the most. I had a very good experience with the sales rep and would recommend them.

What I needed
The Craftmatic sales reps got me what I needed for the price I was willing to pay. They're the only company that has a Dual Queen, and I don't have enough room for a king size bed. Also, I like the bed's ability to raise both the head and the feet part. The experience was what I expected it to be.

Love the commercials
Watching commercials on TV and talking to other people made us decide to get a Craftmatic Adjustable bed. I had a great experience with their sales rep. What I like about Craftmatic is that I can reposition depending on what might be hurting. I can also choose between the hard side and the soft side.

Great for mom
Craftmatic's availability and customer service made us purchase a bed from them for my mother. She enjoys being able to put the bed in a different position for her different ailments and being able to utilize it to help her get in and out of the bed and get in a comfortable position. I had an excellent experience with their sales rep. It was a pleasure doing business with them. They have a great product, follow-up and customer care.

Delivery driver was rude
I didn't like the delivery driver because they weren't very professional when they were delivering the adjustable bed. I am in my eighties and it takes me a while to remember things. They had been knocking on the door and I hadn't heard them. When I let them in, they were very rude to me so I thought I must write something about this. Craftmatic apologized, but it left a bad feeling.

Five star company
Craftmatic is a 5-star company with customer service and quality of merchandise. I love the bed's massage feature for it helps me relax and feel better. Their staff is wonderful, caring, kind and they did their jobs right away. It was a great experience with them.

Horrible Customer Service
If you are elderly or ill, you are the perfect prey for this crooked company. I cannot say anything about the mattress as we never did receive it. My review is solely about the customer service and lack of sympathy. They have no problem taking $760 from a person that was hospitalized and died before scheduling a delivery. In fact, accounting told me that this happens all the time, people are too ill or pass away and they take their $. In addition to this, being very rude and condescending on the phone. The mattress may work great, but good luck with customer service after they have your money.

Outrageous replacement parts cost
The movers lost the remote to my elderly mothers bed. I called the service dept. who told me the cost of a new one is $150. This is outrageous when they pay only a few dollars for this piece.

My parents purchased a Craftmatic
My parents purchased a Craftmatic bed directly from Craftmatic. The bed was delivered by and [incorrectly] installed by a company called "Pilot". Twice, Pilot have come out to my parent's home and both times with no positive results. A third appointment was scheduled, however, there was an excuse made and the technician was a "no show". Pilot made the excuse that there was an error in the system and that there was no technician available to correct the problems with the ...original install. Incidentally, there was no attempt by Pilot to contact my parents to let them know that a technician was not coming. It was not until a call was made to Pilot to find out what was going on, that they discovered the problem with the installer.

Hello I'm sorry to say
Hello I'm sorry to say but the craftmatic bed customer service is not all it is cut out to be. I call to get my bed fix and they wanted me to pay them to come out to look at it to see what's wrong with it before they would charge me to fix it. Then the remote wouldn't work then I have to pay for the remote which it wouldn't work because the bed is broken> So I have to rig the back of the bed to fix the hed up so i can sit up in the bed to work on my computer and watch tv. Two... years ago i fell out of the bed cut my eye and my husband had to call 911 to take me to the ER to fix my eye and do a Cat Scan to make sure i didn't have any injuries. This is because i couldn't afford a bed and i couldn't get if fix and it sags in the middle of the bed. So the bed is inadequate and so is customer service which take forever to call back so today I went and got me another bed and it sure wasn't craftmatic.and never again will i get a craftmatic because this one should last me i hope until i die because i am at that age.

bought a bed and got the white glove delivery
bought a bed and got the white glove delivery. I was told they would move my old bed and put it in another room. Also they would set the bed up and then show us how to work it. They would not move the bed, they said they would be responsible for any damage if they marked up the floors or walls. They had never put a bed together before I guess because they took a long reading the instructions. My husband could have done what they did in half the time.My daughter and son-in-law had to move the old bed before they would bring the other in. could have saved the $250.00.Be aware never pay for white glove service, it is a joke. Not happy with delivery at all, rip off.

its been weeks and I am still waiting. My disabled friend has been sleeping in a chair. Shameful.

Craftmatic beds is full of crappie
Craftmatic beds is full of crappie! My mom bed has a LIFETIME WARRANTY and they refuse to come out and atleast see what is wrong with her bed. She has always had a Craftmatic this one since 2014.....lady said it will cost $75 for the guy to come then $175 for a part for the bed plus $25 for shipping the part. I then asked Mrs EllenYoug may I speak to your supervisor? She 1st said no one is available...I was put on hold for 10 mins....hello! May I speak with your supervisor? Now im pissed...they transferred & transferred me to Wilma then Stephen 4 times before they realized I wasn't hanging up the last transfer I was HUNG UP ON! WTHECK!!! NOW I'M WRITING TO EVERYONE ON THEIR BOARD!!! Then we're going somewhere else where the service is better!

Our craft matic was supposed to be delivered today. Well we got the mattresses and that was it. Not happy right now.

The very worse product
The very worse product on the market. Very poor quality. Customer service is not available. They only respond to e-mails and then they might call you but issues remain unresolved. The majority of their repair / customer service is based out of their own homes and do not respond to any trouble issues. This company is basically a "grab your money and run" and make it impossible to speak with anyone that can or will help resolve any issues.

Love your service. Email follow ups and answers and the phone message they day you promised. The message even gave me the carriers name. SO IMPRESSED!

ripped off my Elderly Aunt & Uncle! Delivered them the wrong bed and then never brought correct bed!

Wouldn't recommend this product
Wouldn't recommend this product. Have had one for many years with a lifetime warranty... Now it is broke and of course the people who own it now say they will only sell me a part, no warranty. Even the lady helping me said she would not recommend and adjustable bed, just buy the flat one. Said they are about $3000 dollars for a twin. Now why would anyone working for an adjustable bed company say that???? You figure it out. Probably years ago Craftmatic was a reputable company, but as she said, we bought the name and have nothing to do with the original Craftmatic. Think before you buy.

We just got our beds
We just got our beds and everything promised was done. My wife and I are sleeping like babies. As far as we are concerned it is one great product!!! Thank you Craftmatic

Craftmatic....Just another rip off scam... i am stopping my payments and calling fair trading and current affairs, I have had enough of being jerked around by companies that think disabled means we will not fight back.

Why don't you folks back up your beds your service personal don't help and it's a big run around we paid $7000.0 for two beds that stopped working a few months later my elderly mother in law can hear you totally have taken advantage of her prove me wrong fix her beds!!!

6 months plus of a bed that doesnt work
6 months plus of a bed that doesnt work and customer service who wont answer your phone calls unless you block your number! Would not recommend to ANYONE!

Not a good deal
Not a very good bed. I got an upgraded mattress and it is still not a good or comfortable mattress. 2 months after I bought, the remote control quit working and when I contacted craftmatic they said to call a reapairshop!!!! I recommend going with another company that care about their customers and stand behind their products!

Customer Service
I ordered the bed, but did no get one I thought I ordered. I started calling the day it was delivered. Never could get anybody to help me. They would promise a call back, never called back. I have never had a company give me the run around as this company has. Even the the people that delivered it did a poor job, will never order from this company again. Was an expensive lesson

No assembly
Received bed, deliverers could not assemble it, and the legs were missing. I called Craftmatic..legs would be sent, call them when I received them. Took 6 days for legs to get here (I would have thought they would have sent them Priority, and shipped overnite..NO), They gave me a number to call for Technician to assemble. I called, I was told they would get back to me....they never called. I called a second time, same thing, they never called back. In the meantime I am without a bed for 2 weeks...couldn't get someone to assemble it. I finally called and told them to come get it, as I was fed up with the whole thing, and just wanted to get rid of it. I will never recommend Craftmatic to anyone after going thru all the phone calls and not getting anywhere.

Service is terrible
When I ordered my Legacy - to replace 5 year-old regular twin bed - the saleslady was great. Found one on sale that was never claimed and they gave me the same price as the one reclaimed. It was President's Day sale and the bed was set aside for me, somewhere in Chicago. I am in Central NY. This was in March. I thought the bed would be delivered within 2 weeks; credit card purchase but it wasn't put on my card until much later, when they finally gave me a delivery. Well, no one told me that they couldn't deliver any furniture in NY due to COVID-19. They could have told me this or mailed me or emailed me a long time before this. I kept getting the runaround. Finally i May, they gave me a delivery date, but I said I won't pay my Visa charge until the bed was in my house. They did deliver it but I had to wait until a technician was available to set it up. I was told they would remove my old bed. I found out that wasn't true, but luckily I had given it away to someone in need. Finally got two technicians to set up the bed. A few weeks later, I found that the mattress kept moving and should have been anchored to the under-mattress (I'll call it a box spring for now, but it wasn't technically a box spring). I called the company service number to have a technician come with whatever parts were needed to anchor the bed. That was almost three weeks ago. I've called a few times to check on my request, but get voicemail to leave my info. Also, in looking through the owner's manual, there is a holder for the remote that we never received. So the bed is fine (or I wouldn't have bought a second one) but service is terrible. They have all my info and do not return calls or give any indication when my issue will be corrected. I realize we are in a pandemic situation, but they could tell me this might affect a service call, instead of leaving me hanging all these weeks.

Unorganized and liars
My elderly mother purchased a $2000 craft magic bed. She was promised take away and quick delivery. She had to chase them down to get it delivered with upteen excuses from them. It finally came but only the base, then she had to chase down installer and mattress. They didn’t even take to her room but left it inside front door. I’d expect with a $190 delivery fee and the promise to set it up that they would have followed through. Then they broke promise and left us with old mattress and box spring to discard. I will never do business with them again. Not worth the $2000 plus she paid for it. Service was dispicable. Luckily she had us to help her but no way she could have managed it alone with her age.

Owner of Craftmatic for 20 years or more.
I have been a Craftmatic owner for over 20 years and am well pleased with it. My problem is with the internet sales people I had extensive tree damage from a storm, insurance agreed to replace my Craftmatic mattresses. I called Pompano Beach, Fl and got a lady named Cheryl Palmer. She gave me the price of $3531.00 for two mattresses. I told her I didn't think insurance would pay that. Whereupon she asked if I would allow her to speak with the ins adjuster directly. I told her that was fine with me. I gave her the Phone # and claim # of my policy. She called the adjuster and he agreed to pay for the mattresses. At no point did I say I wanted the mattresses nor give anybody permission to order them. I left three different messages for Cheryl and received not a peep from her. I like Craftmatic products, but some sales associates need training in procedure by letting the customer say yes or no. Too much high pressure and won't return phone calls are my complaints.

Initial conversation with sales person after providing CM name and phone number
Typical sales presentation with good arguments for purchasing a split queen. Even pointed me to a system in stock that retails for $5,700 but he could sell it to me for $3700. When I told him we were not going to purchase now he said we need to call when ready. I suggested he call me in 2 weeks. He again said we would need to call CM and then abruptly hung up. Very rude way of treating a potential customer and makes me wary of doing business with CM.

Repair Service Nonexistent
I purchased a Legacy bed. After 18 months it stopped working with the bed stuck in one position. Replacement parts are under warranty but after 2 months repairman still hasn’t received them from craftmatic. No one at the parts department will answer the phone.

Salesperson was excellent
The salesperson from Easy Rest was great. The delivery team was good, too. They’re kind and polite, and they moved my old Craftmatic bed to the front room and set up my Easy Rest bed. The Easy Rest is much better compared to my Craftmatic that I had for 12 years. It’s a comfortable bed with much better and thicker mattress than my old one. I have a hard time sleeping at night but I sleep easier with Easy Rest. I use mainly the feet adjustment while my husband has to raise the head part because he has COPD, and we both have GERDs. I've also had foot and back surgery, but I like the whole bed. I've already recommended it to people.

Love it!
I love my Easy Rest bed! The presentation given to me pointed out some benefits that could help me with my health and was done very well. That drew me into buying one. I knew Easy Rest bed was something that I needed. They also have a great sales rep and I even called her a month after I got the bed to thank her. She was authentic and a very nice lady. The guys that came here were very cool and nice, got right on their job, and they came to get me because they had to bring the bed all the way upstairs to my bedroom. And they also told me how to use it. The delivery was really quick and smooth.

Sleeping better than ever
There's not enough money to pay me to get my Easy Rest away from me. I have slept better since I've had it than I have in the past 30 years. Before, I've had to get up 7 times a night to go to the bathroom. Now, I sleep more and get up maybe one time a night and that's it. My old bed doesn't compare to my Easy Rest. I got the Easy Rest because of the price. I live on a fixed income, and when the rep told me what he had for us, I took it. Also, the delivery boys need a raise. They took my old bed apart and moved it out for me, and then brought the Easy Rest in and set it up.

Very comfortable
I've had back surgery three times. I’m more comfortable and I rest more soundly than I did before with the Easy Rest. It has helped me tremendously with my back pain which I have suffered for 16 years. I made the right decision in my purchase. Additionally, the sales reps were very courteous, nice and put on a good presentation. The delivery crew made sure I knew all the features on it and how to operate it.

Great mattress
My back was having problems, so my wife got an Easy Rest bed. The delivery team was on time and they set up the bed. I like raising the head part of it especially that I'm about 6'5. It is a great bed. Since using it, my back doesn't bother me as much as it used to.

Not so happy
The guys who delivered and set the bed up were wonderful. But we’re not happy with our purchase. They told me it's too late and they can't do anything about it. They tried to come back and make it softer but it's not. It's uncomfortable and I don't like it. My husband said that was okay but nothing is going to help him as far as his aches and pains. The Easy Rest was supposed to help but it did not. I would never purchase another one or even refer anybody to purchase another one.

Pretty good
With our Easy Rest bed, I'm sleeping much better and when I get up in the morning, I'm not hurting. We love the bed. My husband goes to bed every night and puts the massage on and he goes right to sleep. The only problem is when it quits, he wakes up. My bed squeaks when I turn over. It shouldn’t be doing that. In fact, it sounds like my grandma’s old beds that had those box springs. My bed is separate from my husband’s and he said his bed doesn’t squeak. I can't keep a sheet on the mattress and I'm frustrated with that part of it. They gave us sheets, and my husband's sheet stays on but mine comes off. Other than those, we are satisfied with it. The price is a little high, but we know that anything that is good is like that and if it is going to last us our lifetime, then I'm very pleased in that respect.

Talked into it but love it
I got a call from a fellow from Easy Rest, and he was very nice. I told him I wasn’t interested and wasn't going to buy an Easy Rest bed, but he talked me into listening to him and then he came and I bought one. I've been using it for four weeks now. I like that I can raise my head and my feet.

Bad Sales Practices
Got a cold call from someone at Easy Rest. It was pretty annoying since I told him I didn't want a bed and it was around dinner time. Stop calling!

Since having Easy Rest bed...
Since having Easy Rest bed, I sleep longer now and more comfortably. I hadn't had an experience like I'm having now with sleeping. I sleep with my head elevated most nights and then sometimes, towards the end of the morning, I would level my bed out. I'm hypertensive and I'm on medication for that so occasionally, I get crappy and I have swelling around the ankles, and the ability to maneuver the bed for my legs and my back and also to use that position to meditate in my own bed has been a really great experience. I'm able to function better, my lower extremities have less swelling and I also am walking a lot now. Another great feature is after I walk two miles, I can come and lie on my East Rest bed, adjust it and put the massage feature on. My overall experience has been pure paradise for my rest and my health!

I got my Easy Rest bed...
I got my Easy Rest bed before Christmas and the sales rep did well. He was telling me the price of the product and then called somebody. And where they messed up on it was when I told them what I was getting it for. They were gonna fix it to what I was paying for the bed or what I would pay for it and they were going to try to make someone come up to do it. Also, something has to be done at the center of the bed because I roll it in together and it's not right, but their customer service people were not helpful. They wanted me to take pictures and send these over. I told them I didn't have the things to take pictures as we're an old couple and live by ourselves. I've been in the hospital many times and they still ain't doing what they're supposed to do. I’m very dissatisfied with Easy Rest right now.

I had no inclination...
I had no inclination of buying a bed but I got one because the Easy Rest salesman was really good and their price was also a deciding factor. With Easy Rest, I have a more restful sleep. I've been broke up pretty bad so it helps for me to have a really comfortable bed to sleep in. I have an eight year old mattress on a bed that I've had forever, it was also comfortable but I like all the added features of the Easy Rest such as the different positions of the bed and the vibrator or massager.

However, the delivery and installation was way below par. I was really disappointed in the attitude of the guys that delivered it. I was told by the salesman that they were going to give me more information and be a little more helpful yet these guys didn't care and couldn't care less about the customer. They act like they didn't have time for me and to do any other thing. All they was worried about was getting to their next job. I was thinking they were going to show me how it was constructed underneath and go over its functions but they didn't do that. They just dropped it off and said, 'Here you go. Bye.' Every time I'd ask them to do something, it seemed it was a big harassment of them. I guess they were subcontractors and not the actual factory delivery people because if they are, it might have been different.

I've got back problems...
I've got back problems and when I had to have back surgery, I never could get a good night's sleep. I was up and down in my chair and into the bed for the last year. The main thing that sold me on this is I got a great deal with Easy Rest. They kept going down and down until I got a reasonable price or what I thought is a reasonable price. Also, the delivery team was great. I've enjoyed the bed so much since I bought it. I like the lifting the head and feet feature because it helps when I have trouble with my feet swelling and it seems that I get better sleep when my head is raised.

The sales representative at Easy Rest did a great job in pitching his product. He showed us this product, and he did a wonderful job answering all the questions that we had. I had people that had bought into the product and testimonies from them said that they did a nice job. I got the Easy Rest bed to help me with my sciatica and I also had knee surgery.

The Easy Rest sales rep was helpful
The Easy Rest sales rep was helpful and answered all my questions. He was all around a good guy. I have sleep apnea and my Easy Rest bed helps me. Since I’m elevated, I sleep easier. Also, I sleep less and I’m rested when I wake.

I was having problems
I was having problems sleeping on the bed I had and sometimes I felt like I needed to prop my feet up. With Easy Rest bed, I get up earlier, before daylight. I like its vibrator because when my back bothers me or I've got headache, I can go on there and lie down and turn it on, and then it helps ease it up. The sales rep was fine and the delivery team was nice. They set it all up and showed me how to work the remote and the vibrator, and how to bring the head and the foot. I've told everybody about my bed and some of them said they need one too but can't afford it.

I have a lower back problem
I have a lower back problem and poor circulation on my legs so, I wanted one of the Easy Rest beds. The salesperson was nice and she went through every step with it. The delivery went well and it didn’t take them too long. They went through everything. I’ve tried to learn how to use the remote day by day to make sure I’m using it right and I use the head part the most when I’m looking at the TV. I’ve been telling people about it and I told them it’s a monthly thing. They put you in a plan.

Easy Rest's reps
Easy Rest's reps were very polite and informative. I’m satisfied. The delivery of our bed went fine. The guys came and the first thing they did was to get rid of the old mattress and get it out of their way. And they brought in their equipment and begin to install it. There was no problem at all. I thought an Easy Rest bed would be helpful to some of my other conditions. It was time to get another mattress, too. I can’t sleep on my back, and that’s what the Easy Rest is made for. It makes me feel more comfortable. Otherwise, you got to adjust it a bit to sleep on the side. I use the headrest and the foot rest on my Easy Rest the most. Other than that, I probably wouldn’t have spent that much money on one again. I would be much better off if it was like a double control. We have a queen bed. But it would still have been better for us if it had been double.

I got an Easy Rest
I got an Easy Rest for its comfort and due to the way it’s set up. The sales guy that helped me was outstanding. He was here for quite a while. He showed me all the different models, then I finally decided on which one I wanted to get. Then for size, he wanted to make sure that I wanted to downsize, because I got a large one. He delivered the bed himself. He got the old one out, brought in the new one and got everything set up. He showed me the remote and made sure I knew how to do everything, and showed me all. It shows in the book but he made sure I do exactly all the different things.

I had a good experience
I had a good experience with Easy Rest. The sales rep was very nice and wasn't pushy, and most of all, didn't try to make me buy something. She was pleasant to talk to. The delivery team was on time and they gave me an approximate time that they would be there. They were there within that timeframe, and they were very professional about how they did what they did. They were excellent. The bed was adjustable and I sleep better on it. I use the most the headrest, the taking the head up and raising the feet up.

My doctor told me
My doctor told me about elevating my legs so I got an Easy Rest bed. The sales representative was a very nice person and he stayed there trying to do the right thing for the company. Also, the delivery team did a great job. They asked me what my concerns were and I told them. The Easy Rest bed is a lot better than my old bed. I like its vibrator and the heat system and with it, my legs don’t swell as much. I had a good experience with Easy Rest and if somebody would ask me about it, I will give the okay on it.

I had five back surgeries
I had five back surgeries and I couldn't lie down in bed. I've had to be propped up and as a result, I was sleeping in my recliner for the last five years. The rep whom I worked with was really kind. He showed up at the door and explained Easy Rest to me. I had asked for information on it through mail and he came and we talked about it. I ended up getting an Easy Rest bed and it’s the best investment I’ve ever made. The delivery guy, Sam, knew what he was doing. He set the bed up and asked me to get on it and set where I wanted it set. He showed me how to do that which was great. Now, I can now go to bed and lie down. I can raise my head and feet up where my legs wouldn't be straight out. I tell my friends what the bed has done for me. It has been wonderful.

An Easy Rest salesman
An Easy Rest salesman came by and demonstrated their product, then got me convinced to get one. When the delivery team showed up, they did an outstanding job. I've had the bed for two months now and I like it. It's excellent.

Easy Rest looked comfortable
Easy Rest looked comfortable and I wanted to get something for myself so I got one. The sales rep was nice but the bed wasn't really what I wanted. I've had my old bed for about 18 years, and my old bed was softer, and this is too firm for me. I wasn't happy with it. But if I was younger, I would probably love it.

The Easy Rest bed is awesome
The Easy Rest bed is awesome and I made a good deal when I bought it. When the Easy Rest salesman came to my home, we had a good conversation. He was a very nice man, was very knowledgeable about the bed, and explained everything including what the bed does. The delivery of the bed went really well and after the team got it set up, they showed me how to use it. It is very comfortable and I like it. It helps me to sleep too. I also have an apparatus in my legs that is above the bed and it helps the flow of blood to my legs when I raise them up. Then I use the massage feature the most for my lower back. The bed I had before it and which I owned for about four years doesn’t compare at all. I would tell anybody about the Easy Rest bed and they need to get one if they don’t have one yet.

I have a really bad back
I have a really bad back. I read up about the Easy Rest bed and I decided that might be good for my back. The guys that delivered it were extremely nice and very friendly. I asked them everything that I would need to know and they didn’t hang around that longer. So far, it has been wonderful and I’ve had a tremendous help from it. I love it. It has this little thing that you can adjust and you can have it vibrate. I also have restless legs and the elevation feature helps a lot with that. The Easy Rest is worth the money and I would recommend it to anybody.

The Easy Rest salesperson's presentation
The Easy Rest salesperson's presentation made me wanna get a bed from them. Also, I have a bad back and I thought it would be wonderful for my back. It went well with the delivery guys. They did a good job and they explained a lot of things to me. But I noticed that they sent me a bill for 4,000 and something. The rep told me 3,000 and something so, I’m gonna get rid of that right quick. Other than that, I would recommend Easy Rest to any friend.

Easy Rest's rep was a great guy
Easy Rest's rep was a great guy and he explained everything very well. We purchased a bed from them and since then I've found that the Easy Rest mattress is a little firmer. My wife and I ha both have back problems and I was hoping it was gonna help relieve them. However, we haven't noticed a lot of change since getting the bed. Also, the wave system which is supposed to move up and down the bed, through our feet and hips doesn't seem to work. Furthermore, the mattress keeps on sliding off the side of the bed and it doesn't have any kind of support to keep it from sliding. Though it has a foot guard, it doesn't have any guards on the side. Still, I've been raising my head up with it and using the vibration massage feature to soothe my back and improve my blood circulation. I've been happy with my Easy Rest Bed.

I'm not really satisfied
I'm not really satisfied with the Easy Rest bed. The bed is not as comfortable as I figured it would be. Those positions that it would be going are not working for me. Then the vibrator is like some guy shaking your chair all over the place. It's not working like it should. Otherwise, my experience was good. The sales representative was really great. He had a good attitude. He was nice, clean and respectful. The delivery was good as well. They came in, set and adjusted it like they should and showed me what needed to be done.

The sales rep was good
The sales rep was good but I don’t like people sitting at a desk, shoot me a line of bull, then turn around and send me paperwork. They shouldn't give me something then turn around. I like them to be straight and forward. The next one I get, it’s gonna be at my price, and I’m gonna be deciding. I’m gonna set the price and if I can’t get it at that price, I will go somewhere else. Other than that, the delivery team came and did what they were supposed to do. I use mostly Easy Rest's feature to recline the upper part of my body beneath the back and the massage. The Easy Rest is a better bed than the one I previously owned.

Prior to my Easy Rest bed
Prior to my Easy Rest bed, I had a bed that went up and down. However, it was higher and the lower Easy Rest bed was easier to get into. I also liked the vibrating feature it offered so I got one. The rep whom I worked with was very helpful and answered all the questions I had. She was very knowledgeable and it was a fantastic experience. Thereafter, a couple of young guys came and set the bed up. Other people should get an Easy Rest if they can afford it.

I’m a disabled person
I’m a disabled person with a bad back and a bad hip, and I needed something like an Easy Rest bed. The sales rep was good, although I wasn’t informed of all the taxes that were gonna be added on. There was a lot of hidden fees that weren’t explained upfront and it was a big surprise to me because the rep's sales were perfect, otherwise, he wouldn’t have been able to sell me the bed. The salesman didn’t do anything wrong other than to sell the bed, but the hidden fees should have been laid out earlier, and that was the only thing I disliked about the whole process. I wanted the bed because I liked it, but I don't like the fact that if they could do that to me, they could do it to a whole lot of elderly people who are much older than me.

Getting my Easy Rest
Getting my Easy Rest bed was a great decision on my part and their reps made it so easy for me to do that. I liked the rep whom I dealt with a lot and I wish he'd come and visit me more to be a friend. My husband kind of pulled the hair out to them when he found out how much it was but I told him not to worry about it and that I would take care of it. The delivery team was very polite and did their job. The Easy Rest bed is very plushy. I also like the idea that I can vibrate it. If I wanna read, I can keep the head part up to get to a comfortable position. However, it's a really heavy bed and I'm planning to put some gliders underneath so I can get behind it. Nevertheless, the bed has been awesome.

My back hurts
My back hurts and I got a few physical problems. I bought an Easy Rest bed and it’s better than my old bed. I’m able to lift up my feet on it and when I watch the TV, I could pull up the back to sit more comfortably. But I'm not happy with their sales rep. We discussed the price when he came and I really didn’t wanna get it because I live off social security and my disability. Then I was convinced and was given a final price, which was about $3,600. I kept asking if this was all I am liable for and he said that this was all I'm gonna be paying for the bed. It was $100 per month, so I gave it a try.

Easy Rest sent me a card
Easy Rest sent me a card for a free bed and I sent it back to them. I didn’t get a free one, but they sent somebody to come over and he sold the bed to me. I told him I have rotator cuff shoulders and that I have some trouble trying to walk and my knees hurt sometimes. He had good knowledge and he said that the vibrator feature was gonna help me. I got one and the delivery team who brought it was fine.

My husband was having some trouble
My husband was having some trouble sleeping with his back on the mattress we had, so we decided to go ahead, get an Easy Rest bed, and see how that would work. Our sales representative, Ron, was really great and very personable. He was sold on the bed, and when you're sold yourself, it's easier to sell to someone else. He was also the most helpful in all areas and he saw things that we didn’t see that would help us with. Our biggest problem was the date of delivery. When their team first said they were gonna come, we were gonna be out of town, so we had to change dates on that. But outside of that, the delivery went fine. The two gentlemen who set the bed up did a very good job. They also talked to us about the different things that were on it and how to use it.

In terms of sales
In terms of sales, the reps were aggressive, but they lowered the price two or three times. I told them the high interest rate is ridiculous and I didn't like it, so I had someone else to give me a loan that was much more acceptable. Occasionally, I raise the bed up while watching TV, but health-wise, I depend on the VA and another personal doctor. All in all, the Easy Rest bed has some flexibility on it (i.e., lifting, raising) and the heating pad is comforting, which I use it most of the time.
