It sleeps great! It's a great size- I wanted a taller bed since the last one I bought comes just above my knees. This is more of a normal height. Stitching looks good. Perfect balance of support and comfort. It's a little more firm than soft, so it is great for back support!

I don't like mattresses that are too plush but the firm mattresses always need some sort of padding to soften them up. Not this one. I was surprised at the comfort with good support. And you can't beat the price! No back aches nor ciática flare-ups during the night ever since I've been sleeping on this mattress.
Cheap mattress sagging after only 3 months bought one Queen one full size for my daughter, and they're noisy and have squeaky springs making it impossible to sleep.

I Bought 2 queens size mattresses after less than 3 months one was already sagging, the other one has a dip in the middle. It's so bad you can no longer sleep on them. I contacted BJs to no avail, was told that mattresses are non returnable and that I should contact the manufacturer, only problem is it's a BJS mattress so who am I supposed to contact? There's a 10 year warranty however they don't honor it. Bottom line don't waste your money. Only reason I gave a star was because you cant post review unless you give at least one star.
Sagging after only a few months, there's a dip in the middle making it impossible to sleep in. Tried to contact BJ they say it's not returnable, to contact manufacturer, however it's a BJs mattress so they're the ones who should honor the warranty.

Bed was comfortable the first two weeks, after that it is not comfortable. Bed feels as if it has no support. Would not buy again.
Top notch mattress at a really good price. Shopped online and picked it up at my local BJ's. Cheerful, friendly associate helped me load it into my truck. Best of all, I didn't have to endure the usual nonsense you have to go through when you shop in a traditional mattress store.

The mattress set is great and very comfortable. I would recommend them to anyone. My wife and I are not spring chickens anymore. No one asked if we needed help loading them in our truck. No one at the inside counter. Outside an employee was having a cigarette and walked past and he didn't even look at us. Another young man was busy gathering shopping carts. The stock boy pushed the cart to the counter and walked away. Needless to say we were both boiling mad by time we loaded the set up and got home. I don't recommend this store for purchasing large items that require help loading!
I have the twin and double on my daughter's bunk beds. One night whilst reading bedtime story, I realized her matress was much more comfortable then ours.

My mother bought me this mattress last month for my birthday. It is not even a full queen so bedsheets don't fit properly. It felt comfy originally but that didn't last long. I was getting constant migraines, I could feel every time my husband rolled over (he is not a heavy man), it would "bubble in random places... just not in any way a good mattress. Will be returning today

Purchased for spare room. Did not expand to full 7" which is why I gave four stars. Have not had for too long so not sure how it will keep its shape. It's firm, which I like.
I purchased this mattress for my 12 year old son and it was a hit. He loves this mattress! The only thing, it is not 7inches, it only opens up to 5 1/2inches. I let it sit for 3 days and it would not get any thicker than 5 1/2inches. Still a great product.

I bought this mattress for my daughter. This 7 inch Twin size Gel Memory foam mattress would be great if it were 7 inches! But it is not. One half is 5 1/2 inches thick and the other half is 6 inches thick. Not the full 7 inch I paid for. I waited a few days and did not expand and wider. It may not sound like a big difference but we all know that a one or two inch memory foam mattress pad is very expensive so it is a costly defect. I contacted the company that makes them, Linon, and they said they could not help me. I am very disappointed! I feel like I've been cheated. Not sure what to do next.

I just bought this mattress for my daughter and figured that a 7 inch Gel foam mattress would have to be a minimum thickness to be comfortable. I bought one for my son and he loved it so much I bought my other son one . Easy to transport home and so easy and quick to set up . It's firm enough for just the right support . It doesn't have that foam smell either which is great! Love it !

Good mattresses are expensive. The Berkley Jensen Twin Euro Pillow Top Ultimate Comfort Innerspring Mattress is cheap for a reason. It's basically a bunch of soft springs wrapped in material. We bought two of them for our summer cottage bunkbeds. My kids (under 10 years old) have no problem comfortably sleeping on this mattress. For an adult it's a bit springy but the pillow topper makes it feel more comfortable than it really is when slept upon for an adult. I slept on it one night and could hardly walk the next morning (I'm heavy & old ha ha). So, for an adult I give this one star. For kids under 100lbs I give it 4-5 stars. Thus the 3-star review. The price is right for people under 100lbs.

We needed a mattress for guest room. Can't beat the price and it's comfortable too.
Problems started with delivery, mattress was not the same size (did not fit on box spring correctly) as our last quality mattress even though on paper they were identical. After 2 nights my husband's back was aching so wanted to return but was told I would have to repackage in shipping material (gone) or return to store... I was not able to do that during COVID as we have a compromised family member. So stuck with it, after another month there is a "sink hole" in the mattress that you roll into each night. Once the mattress trash pick up returns this will be an expensive dump. Cheap mattress but way cheaper quality.

I'm very pleased with my mattress purchase. Delivery was nice, very specific about time frame. It took about two weeks. It's a soft mattress, which is what I like and very thick. I did need to buy all new sheets. For the price, it was great!
Fast delivery removed old mattress
Buying a new mattress is a very scary purchase as you never really know if you are going to be happy with it until you have slept on it for several weeks. We absolutely love our new mattress. The mattress is very comfortable and was a great value. The longer we have it the better we are sleeping. Good luck finding a 15 inch king size mattress for $600 anywhere else, especially of this quality. The white glove delivery was great also as they helped me get the mattress upstairs to the bedroom which was no easy task as it was a very tight fit getting it up the stairs.
Got this mattress for a great price. Took some time to get delivered but the mattress itself is so soft and comfy. It's actually quite a bit thicker than we were expecting. Once you lay in it, ahhh!!!! The first 2 nights were great, nights 3-5, we were a bit on the fence about it but since then, it has been great. Maybe our bodies just getting used to it after having our old mattress for 20 years. Would recommend. #sweepstakes

We were excited to move up to a king size bed. The delivery went very smoothly with good contact along the way. Have not had very long but so far it is sooooooo much better than our old mattress.

This is a great mattress for a really good price. It's in the middle of the scale when it comes to softness so that it gives you good support when sleeping on your back but will also let you sleep on your side. We are definitely enjoying it. It is very well made with good support on the edges. We are very happy with our purchase.
Someone from BJ's should order this online to see how much hassle you get. When I called to confirm my delivery (which I had already done on line) the lady from XPO told me she was not picking up old unit. Wait this is WHITE GLOVE delivery and removal. Explained I would refuse shipment w/o removal. She instructed me to call Sealy! I'm not employed by BJ , Sealy or XPO. It shouldn't be MY job to get hassled for the item I for which I paid. Then on the day of delivery the email said it was 2 PM - 4 PM but when I tracked it was 4 - 6 PM. Of course at 5:57 they showed up. I have made at least 8 calls multiple emails and texts.This is not to mention 15 to 20 minute hold time. I am now sorry I just renewed by BJ account.

(Much softer than my previous mattress) I did actually contact at BJ's to return it I was shocked to find that they needed to reach out to Sealy to get an approval for the return. (Just FYI on that. Some other places allow returns without a problem) In this case though I was happy that they *seemingly* gave me the runaround because it gave me a few days to sleep on the mattress and I've had some really good sleep. It's hard to get up in the morning because it's so comfortable! I am somewhat concerned about it being possibly a little less firm than I need for my back, but I haven't experienced any back problems in the morning. I'm hopeful that this mattress and I will work out pretty well for at least the next 7-8 years. In short, laying on this mattress is like getting a giant hug every single night (and who doesn't need that!) Very happy with it! One thing though, if you're short you may need a ladder to climb into bed. I'm 5.10 so I have no such issue.

Purchase was easy, even though I was hesitant to purchase a bed online without even sitting on it, but I felt like other reviews spoke highly of it and looking around I felt you couldn't beat the value. Took me about 6 days to get it shipped; then I was notified by the contracted logistics company. They were friendly and thorough and although the day they stated was a good day for me, I got the impression it wouldn't have been a hassle to change it (which was my other worry, gone). I got an email confirmation immediately afterwards confirming the details. Notified via text again before the delivery. On the day of the delivery, I got a call from the driver followed up with a text after leaving a voice mail. He even told me it would be earlier than proposed, to make sure that I would be available. (I'd already stripped the mattress and moved it in the living room to make it easier; clearing a path in the process. I know these guys are on a schedule and they really appreciated it. I think it surprised them. LOL) They arrived a few minutes BEFORE the time and were quick and professional. The whole thing took about 20 minutes. Very professional in their presentation and friendly guys. We talked for a couple of minutes after and they were off, taking the old bed and all the wrapping from the new bed with them. I didn't notice any smell to the mattress (except clean and new). I'd been on a 30+ year old 10" mattress that had been through 5 moves and so it took me a day or two to adjust. It wasn't the mattress, it was me. After removing a pillow (I used to sleep with two) I started really enjoying the mattress. It's soft and plush but it has a decent balance between firmness and give. It is a bit warmer to sleep on than my old one, but I think a different blanket will work in the Summer. Quality mattress and fell confident it will last.
A good night's sleep. The correct firmness for me. No more sleeping in a cheap mattress. Back to Sealy.

I love an extra firm mattress and the salesman told me this was extra firm but after a yr. of use I realize it was only firm. The side of the bed I sleep on has begun to sink. Overall, it's comfortable but next time I would be sure to get extra firm. I like the height of the mattress.
