I've tried just about every down alternative pillow on the market and was hesitant to try another. But I'm so glad I did. After two neck surgeries I've been using nothing but down pillows for 20+ years and have been looking for something that is cheaper, lasts me longer than a year, maybe 2, and that I can scrunch up to support my neck. This pillow does it all do far and is more comfortable. The key, I believe, is the shredded memory foam. It's not chopped and that seems to make all the difference for me. I don't know how long it will last but I have the extra stuffing that came with it and even took some out. It comes quite full plus includes an extra bag. With free returns, this pillow is worth a shot. It's great for me and I believe there's a good chance you will like it too.

First I'll start with what negatives I can possibly nitpick: Cons: 1. It takes a little while to get adjusted just right, but after 3 nights, it's perfect. 2. It runs a little warm I think but I run really warm so take that for what you will. Pros: 1. Outrageously comfortable once adjusted 2. Neck pain subsided 3. Great quality with minimal odor

I bought this pillow after my aunt bought one and she recommended it. I work 12 hour night shifts, and staying alert the whole shift had became a problem just this year. I believe that was because my old, traditional, filled, side-sleeper pillow was no longer supporting my neck and head well, and I was waking up very frequently from my own snoring, and less often from neck discomfort (I have arthritis in my neck). Since the very day I started sleeping on this pillow, I've been completely alert all night (since I work night shift and maintain a night shift schedule on my days off). I'm the always-perky one at work again. My cervical spine feels better too! The pillow comes with a zipper cover, and of course I use a pillow case over that. The thicker side of the zippered cover feels warmer when you lay on it. The thinner side of the pillow cover covers the "dimpled" surface pillow underneath, and the "dimpled" side feels cooler when you lay on it. You can tell which is which before you lie down, you just run your hand over it to feel if it's the smooth side (warm) or the dimply side (cool). Having a 'warm' side and a 'cool' side of my pillow is an unexpected, but much appreciated feature! Occasionally the bedroom feels hot and I'll flip my pillow over to the cool side and that feels so nice!

Had purchased the 79.00 pillow 2 years ago while cruising and loved it at first. After awhile the pillow became flat and I called to exchange it but that pillow had been discontinued. This is the best pillow I’ve ever owned though it’s not the most expensive one I’ve bought. Since I switched to this pillow, my neck, shoulder, and back pain is gone and I no longer need full-body massage at the end of the week. Obviously, I’ve been sleeping so much better now. I never wake up in the middle of the night, adjusting my position. I fall asleep as soon as I put my head on it, and I stay asleep till I wake up w/o an alarm, fully restated. We have always preferred down pillows but decided to try something new when replacing our Queen size bed for a King. These provide a great night sleep. Note the standard pillow seems to be larger than most standards so our pillow cases seem a bit small ... but that's ok by us. The 4 Standards stack nicely so they look like when you go to a 5-star hotel with the pillows all lined up.

I have purchased both Air and Microgel Bamboo pillows by Cariloha. What I found was they are really more supportive than I suspected. Ive for years used 2 pillows but found it more comfortable with one Air pillow or 1 Microgel. I've only had for a couple of weeks and now love them. I use Air in my pilliwcase and Microgel ib sham... Will note Microgel TOO FLUFFY for my Cariloha pillowcase but works great in shams.

I just love it, I had back issues for years, but last year it got really bad. I could not sleep in any mattress, which I bought 3 different ones and none worked for me" yes they were good mattress " any way I notice that the only place I could actually sleep was on the couch when my head was on the arm rest " about 35-degree angle maybe" and I started doing some research and find out that they actually have pillows like this. So I bought me Zuma foam and I thought that it was a very firm and I return the pillow” customer service was very awesome” them I got me the Whitney gel memory foam the pillow is a bit softer Thant the other one “this pillow had a very horrible smell, so I let it air out for couple of days” the pillow has been a bless and I am glad I can actually sleep again. I am not saying that the pillow will fix all your back pain issues but I defiantly feel a lot better when I wake up. We replaced stacked regular pillows with the foam wedge and it has made a world of difference. There is no longer any sliding off the stack, winding up flatter and having trouble breathing. The wedge is very well made, soft enough to be comfortable, covered in a nice form fitting pillowcase that the body doesn’t slide off. It has made a world of difference in a comfortable night’s sleep and the ability to stay asleep longer. I highly recommend this pillow for anyone needing to sleep in a raised position.

I bought a 10" pillow for my Mom to prevent acid reflux an pneumonia. I bought a 7" pillow for myself because of sinus issues and to prevent pneumonia. It is so much better than piling pillows to be propped up! The pillow is amazingly comfortable. I use a regular pillow with it to have my neck at a comfortable arch. It is well made, was delivered quickly, and is a very good price. I highly recommend it.

I recently had shoulder surgery and I was instructed by another patient to invest in one of these wedge pillows in order to sleep in bed comfortably. He was so correct on this. I sleep better in the bed with this wedge pillow than I do in the recliner. I love the comfort of this wedge and the ability to pile pillows on it to my desired comfort and they don't fall off in my sleep. Though, with this pillow I do take up a large portion of our queen size bed, and I'm very lucky that my husband is very accommodating to me. Like the pictures show, I can prop it up against the headboard and sit up in bed more comfortably than if I just had pillows behind me. This wedge pillow gives me the support that I need. I wish I'd gotten this earlier for my knee surgeries when I was in bed more, it would've given me the needed support for my back. Thank you for a great product

Purchased the medium sized wedge for my husband who snores and is dealing with an injured shoulder. It was delivered fast and after unwrapping it the wedge took shape quickly. He likes it when watching TV in bed and sleeps much better. We highly recommend this product!

I got this as a gift for my mother and she loves it. I have one as well that I love. They are nice and firm and do the job of propping you up just right for watching TV in bed.

Love this pillow. Before I had three pillows that constantly shifted and eventually would end up laying flat. This pillow is the perfect height and keeps me at the angle I want all night. Excellent quality and price.

It is exactly as shown, and what I ordered. Just trying to get used to using all night. Had hoped it would keep my husband on his back so his bipap wouldn't get dislodged and whistle! He's not very good with change.

Most people focus on the negative reviews. Whoever says these pillows don’t have enough foam are not following unstructions. After you break up the foam and put them in the dryer to fluff them up, you will have the best night sleep ever. These are the best pillows and I’ve tried those ridiculous $200 sealy memory foam pillows. Not even close to this one. I’m very happy and ordering another 2 🤓

As soon as I took the.pillow out of the dryer the seams had separated. Having had it for less than an hour, I havent had the opportunity to sleep on it yet, so looks like I have some sewing in my future.

I like that I could pull out the filling and fix it so it is right for me. But I agree with those who said it was very hard pillow. You can definitely push it into whatever shape you want, but I get a headache from the hardness of the pillow. The particles in the pillow get very compacted and you can shape it however you want. It will stay but not comfortable to me due to the hardness. If I could return I would but I kept trying to make it comfortable for me - there's so many good reviews on here so I was sure I could find a way I'd like it. Oh well.

Was expecting a much softer material. I believe this pillow is overpriced for the material used. I am overall very unsatisfied with the pillow and only use it to prop behind my back when I sit up in bed.

Comfortable and adjustable. Works for me laying on my back watching tv or sleeping on my side. You have to get used to grabbing the filling and moving it around to meet your needs. Only negative is it needs to be thoroughly fluffed weekly.

The pillow is very soft and provides little support. If I use it on top of another pillow, it is alright, but I can't use it by itself or it is like laying flat on the ground with almost no pillow at all.

Very comfortable but I needed to take our some filling to avoid feeling like I was sleeping on a mountain. Very easy to take out and now as the current stuffing wears down, I can refill it without further cost. A win win situation.

I liked that the product is airy, however, the material inside is sporadic. I threw it in the dryer for 15 minutes in hopes it would soften up. As the night drew to a close into the dreamy sunrise, I was reminded of a distinct feeling my neck was bounded by the rocky mountain hardness of what is called "Memory Foam". I am sorry, this is not the same pillow I thought I bought 4 years ago. I thought I found it and I am still on a mission to find the right one. It was so Close, but Yet so Far Away! I will not be buying this pillow again along with the cool gel types, memory foam, bamboo, miscellaneous fabric. thank you but I think I am going back to the basics. No more trendy pillows. I am done paying of a grand for being disappointed. Redoing this and going to Macy's or other stores in person. I am happy you all thought well about this and I believe you. Not for me. Now pillow cases, that is a different story. be careful. I lucked out on three beds I bought online. You never know what you will get. Take a look around how people are dressed too.

I loved I could adjust the pillow to my needs, it took a few hours to expand, and a few days to get rid of odor, wasnt bad odor just needed freshening pop in dryer and it really helps.
