So comfy, like a dream!
Very comfortable. Just RIght: not too soft so that you sink in, not too firm -- perfect. Very relaxing and feels so natural for any resting position -- whether you prefer to sleep on your back, your side or your stomach. Love it! Also, love the fact that they can get rid of my old mattress when new one is delivered. The fact that you don't have to have box Springs if you don't want to is nice as well.

Super comfortable!
I tried out both the firmer and softer mattresses at a showroom and preferred the softer one because it was still firm but had some give, which made it supportive but also molded to my shape well. I was very impressed with the mattress and could see a couple sleeping great on it.
Better than casper
This mattress is so much better than casper. We just finished a trial with Casper and are so much happier with allswell.

The quality and feel of this mattress makes this price point an absolutely steal. The memory foam is just right and contours to my body. This would be a great bed for people used to sleeping on their sides.

Super comfy with extra cushioning
I tested this mattress and it was nice and soft on top with a lot of give. I have a memory foam mattress topper at home but with this mattress I wouldn't need it! I will definitely consider this mattress when I move next since it's quite affordable.

I like to be obsessed with my bed. Not only do we spend so much time in them, but there is nothing better than weekend snuggles. The soft mattress is very comfortable and forms to my body. I am a side sleeper and it feels like it would provide me a very comfortable night sleep. I will definitely look into purchasing this mattress.

Great mattress for side sleepers
This mattress is quite soft, which is great for side sleepers like me. It doesn't give me too much pressure on my shoulders so my spine can keep straight. When sitting on the edge, it doesn't sink, which is important to me because I have a small bedroom and sit on my bed a lot.

Heavenly Soft
I'm usually skeptical about soft mattresses. I love the feel but you normally sink in too much. This Allswell soft mattress feels like I'm sleeping on a cloud yet still gives enough support for my back and legs. I love the construction of the mattress as well, double stitched and reinforced on the sides with a stretchy material on the gusset for durability. I feel like this mattress can last me awhile. This is so plush and wonderful to lay on and to sit up on when I'm dozing off or just waking up to catch the morning news.

Softer than the rest (in a good way)
I've tried Casper, Leesa, and Brooklyn Bedding - and I've been trying tout find the mattress that will actually align my back. After trying out the Softer Allswellhome.com mattress, I think I, as have found what I'm looking for!
Best of both worlds
This has been my third mattress in adulthood and it is by far my favorite. I have upper back pain and I immediately felt myself still getting a good night's sleep even with the softer mattress. Before it'd always been a trade off between soft mattresses and a firm surface for my back, but with this mattress I get both.

Cushy support
Just what I expected but I might need to exchange it. I bought the soft mattress. It feels like foam on a rather firm, supportive mattress. Sounds ideal for a side sleeper, but I'm waking up a bit sore in lower back. Honestly, it could be my medicine dose. I have to do a good trial with better pillows, regular dose of my medicine to be scientific. Arrived a day early. I managed to unpack it on my own. I'm a short woman with back pain and I didn't hurt myself unpacking it. It would be super easy for two people. I'm very happy i can exchange it if i need to.

I No Longer Wake Up Every Couple of Hours!
The process to buy the mattress was so painless. It was so much better than stepping foot into a mattress store - I will never do that again. My husband threw his back out and we desperately needed this new one. So I called customer service and told them what happened. They were SO helpful and actually over-nighted the mattress to us so my husband could recuperate faster. I am very grateful. One thing to note - even though we have the "soft" version, it is much firmer than what I was expecting. It's not one of those foam mattresses than can be difficult to move around in. This definitely has a good amount of firmness to it. Even my husband, who loves a good, firm mattress, says this is great for him!

Amazing bed
The morning after sleeping on it, I got out of bed and starting saying, "My back hurts." As soon as I said it though, I realized it wasn't hurting! I was just so used to complaining about my back hurting that I did it automatically without even thinking. It keeps me very warm a night!
I'm diggin it
I've only had my mattress for about 2 weeks now but so far I'm happy with it and am definitely sleeping better. It really is more firm than you would expect out of a "soft" mattress but it's actually what I prefer. I feel like I have more support that way. My best friend has a Leesa and my Cocoon is definitely a bit firmer than hers. I've bought foam toppers in the past and they never held up over time. I am hoping this foam mattress doesn't let me down. I have to say it is a really good deal compared to other bed in a box companies out there and the reputable company name sold it for me. Of course the great reviews helped too ;-) I plan on updated my review in the future to let you know how it holds up over time. Good luck, friends!
Ordering them for every room
We love, love our new Cocoon mattress and foundation. I don't want to get out of bed! I'm now ordering them for our son's room and our guest room, too! Great customer service when I reached out with questions.
Just what the doctor ordered!
What an awesome mattress. The only thing I would suggest re: the cocoon would be to unpackage/wrap it on the floor completely before putting it on your bed frame. You have to take it off to get the last wrap off anyway.... Money well spent, very worth it, we will see how it holds up in the next few months before we come back to update our comments.
Nice design and easy to handle
I just wish it is firmer. However, the piece is not firm enough for me so I have to return it.
Best money I've ever wasted!
This bed is very firm. From my personal opinion, I would give this bed a 7.5 out of 10 on a firmness scale. This bed causes me to wake up with back and neck pain, that I did not get from my older SPRING mattress. As for the "chill" cover, it does make the mattress feel a slight bit cooler to the touch, but after 15-20 minutes of laying in bed, you can kiss that coolness goodbye!

The Chill Soft mattress was a great purchase, as it has given me a better nights sleep during the day, as I work nights. I have had problems with other mattresses, due to back aches from work, but the Chill Soft has helped ease my back pain. The Chill Soft does seem to sleep cooler than my old mattress, though not as much cooler as I wish it would be.
WE LOVE IT!
I bought 2 twin for my kids and they loved it! Firmness is just perfect. We currently have a Serta bed that we paid over 2k, some spots in the bed are now too soft and the edge support is really bad. Tried to claim for warranty but it seems like they're doing everything they can to not cover it. NO MORE SERTA FOR US!
Cool and FIRM
The mattress is very comfortable and keeps my hot sleeping husband cool as advertised. It is on the firm side of firm but otherwise we are completely happy with our purchase. The delivery and set up were super easy, too.
Sleeping Beauty
I am a very sensitive sleeper, but once you lay on this bed you go off to wonderland! Usually, I get up several times during the night but with this bed, I'm dreaming and or sleeping until morning. The con is sometimes my ears or shoulders are little sore from being in such deep sleep but your body gets used to it and adjusts. Now I can't sleep on anything else. What am I going to do when I travel now?

Restful sleeping
First night was kind of rough but I think my body was adjusting to the new bed. After a few days of breaking it in I found that I'm more refreshed and limber with no more back pains. I would recommend this bed to anybody who's in the market looking for one.

No more pain
This is my third cocoon mattress. I initially purchased one for myself a year and half ago, I love it so much that I bought my mom a cocoon classic and a cocoon chill firm for a dear friend who was having back issues. They both love it and their aches and pains are gone. To top it all, unparalleled customer service.
It's a great bed
I purchased this bed back in March 2017. It's now November. I love this bed now but I didn't love it when I first purchased it. I felt it was as too hard even though it was the soft version. However, my husband really liked it so instead of returning it, I bought a memory foam topper. That helped immensely. I now get amazing sleeps. I would definitely recommend this bed. The price was good as well as I had a coupon for $100 off.

Almost perfect
Great support. Keeps me cool and comfortable. Best purchase I made last year. My only criticism is that the edges of the mattress are strangely too soft, softer than the rest of my firm mattress. It is too easy to slide off the edge when one sits to put on shoes. Otherwise, best mattress ever!

nice but it smells
I like the bed, but unfortunately it smells pretty bad hopefully the smell does away. I slept on it the first night and the next morning I felt dizzy. maybe it was the weather outside or something, but it could of been the flumes from the bed. I would suggest to anyone who buys this that they put it in a room after it has expanded and let it air out for a week. who knows maybe two weeks. I ordered a firm mattress, but maybe I should of ordered a intermediate. I don't get into it and say aww that is so comfortable.

"Best Guest Mattress" - every guest
I bought this mattress to put in my spare bedroom. Since purchase, I've had a few guests stay over and tell me how great the mattress is and that they were surprised I sprung for one of those -pedic mattresses that cost so much money! I tried the mattress out for myself one weekend, and decided to order a King for my bedroom. I usually toss and turn at night, but woke up in the same fetal position I laid down in the night before.
