Aireloom

Aireloom is a brand of California based E.S. Kluft & Company that is sold exclusively in mattress retailers across the US. Its claim to fame is their patented 'Aireloom lift' that increases loft when one is laying on the mattress. This gives the sense that the bed is cradling you. However, there are common complaints about durability in some models with some claiming sagging issues. Additionally, price is a potential issue with the brand as their prices are much higher than other competitors.

Disappointment For Sure
I have had my Rip Van Winkle Natural Dreams with Luxury Cashmere King bed for 12 years. Many could say that is a long life span however I would like to provide long term customer experience details. Extreme sagging from year 1. Called Sealy's where purchased and they came out and said natural use. Ridiculous. Offered me store credit of $1000 on a $5000 King Mattress.

2. This mattress is so darn heavy that it would take 3-4 strong adults to move it (I've moved 4 times in 12 years...everyone says it's the heaviest mattress to move)

3. After point 2 was made, can you imagine flipping and rotating this bed on your own? It takes 2 adults and still is ridiculous.

4. In addition to sagging it forms to your body so to speak so after 3 years it has looked like a body shape of a 200 lb woman and hump in the middle and a less dented body shape of a 160lb man. This causes lots of cumbersome rotating & flippingwhich is very difficult.

5. I've reached my life span of a $5000 (price paid on sale) mattress with a 25 year warranty after 12 years.

6. I'm currently mattress shopping and can buy a new Sealy for 1/3 of the price and not care if lasts 5-7 years.

Sagging Mattress
Bought a aireloom mattress 6 months ago from sit and sleep. Worst mattress I have ever owned. Sags so bad that I wake up with a backache every morning. Sis and sleep well not do a thing about it

BEST EVER - IMMEDIATE PAIN RELIEF - TOTAL COMFORT
My husband and I have never been so cozy comfortable. We have the split king with adjustable base.

I immediately was relieved from hip pain that I had from a fairly new Temperpedic mattress.

The only complaint we have is: WE DON'T WANT TO GET OUT OF BED IN THE MORNING.

aireloom mattress
We purchased our Aireloom Chantille Ultra Plush Euro Top Eastern King mattress from Mancini's in Mountain View, CA., Nov. 2012. What had sold us on spending $8101.00 on a mattress was that when we tested it in the showroom we did not feel the movement of our partner. For us, who are light sleepers, this is a major deal. Our body was supported and it was very comfortable. A bit too high for us, so we exchanged the tall box spring for one that was several inches shorter.
We received that mattress and straight away there was a problem. Not Mancini's problem, we would need to contact an independent inspector (Premier Inspection Services,LTD.), at our expense, to analyze the mattress and make a recommendation. He did, and basically said that the problem was in our head.
Here it is 2016 and the mattress still does not live up to the mattress that we tested in the showroom. The shape is trapezoidal, and we feel every movement that our partner makes. Rolling over, change in position, sneezing and coughing are all felt by the other.
We feel gypped and misled. How could we have been so stupid. We could have purchased a cheaper mattress and changed it out when it no longer was comfortable.

This is the best ever
We initially bought a tempurpedic based on many recommendations. 30 days later and my back was an absolute mess. I could hardly move and I was at the chiropractor 6 times in 30 days. The chemical smell was horrible and I was sweating my butt off. My wife could not bear to sleep in it. I even had my kids jump on it to try to 'break it in'.

So, we went back to the store and the sales person was very helpful in assisting with the problems that we were having. My wife stumbled across the Aireloom mattresses and suggested I try it out. I fell in love with the support and comfort immediately. The price kind of scared me initially, but with 30 days of hell behind me, I was up for anything. I like the fact that there are many 'real' materials in this mattress and it is not a cookie cutter mattress made out of chemicals. The delivered the mattress promptly and our first night was heaven. Support, cool and comfort. We noticed immediately that when the two of us were in the middle of the bed, there was considerable sag to the mattress. I was kind of perplexed by this until I was on the floor playing with our dog and my wife and kids were horsing around in the bed. I noticed that there was significant flex in the box spring support slats when they were rolling around on the bed. Being an amish bed frame, the box is supported by 3/4 inch oak slats that run from side to side. I made up support blocks positioned under the slats in the middle of the bed and the problem was rectified. This bed is as comfortable today as it was the day we bought it.

sagging mattress
This is so interesting....A couple of years ago, my mom gave me her brand new, Aireloom Hybrid Bamboo mattress as she decided to purchased a different size (mine is a queen). I live in an older building, and there is a place in my bedroom floor where it's uneven, so when I started to feel like I had to roll uphill to turn over in bed, I figured it was the floor, not the mattress; however, my handyman used his balance to show me that the floor underneath my bed is indeed level, which was so baffling to me, as I feel as though I am sleeping in a ditch when I am on my side of the bed.

I have a solid platform bed, with storage drawers, so it can't be chalked up to an unsteady base or bed frame. I stumbled upon this site accidentally this evening, while researching mattresses, and am now 100% convinced that my mattress is to blame, and I am not crazy.
Not only that, but the mattress weighs about a million pounds, and sits inside the platform, so that changing the fitted sheet is akin to a strenuous gym workout. Just lifting the mattress is ridiculous. Once, while lifting the corner, I felt the fabric tear, on the underside of the mattress.

My mom kept telling me how expensive the mattress was, that it was a really good mattress. I can't lie; it's super cushy and comfortable, but the sagging is beyond annoying. I have propped it up under one side with books/magazines to even it out, but I can promise you I won't be spending my own money on an aireloom, when I am ready to replace this one.

Uncomfortable From Day 1
When we tried this bed in the store my husband felt very comfortable as soon as he laid on it. I felt like it was a little firm, but thought I could get use to it. From the first night it has been a nightmare for both of us. We are exhausted! My back, shoulders, hips ache. It has gotten so bad after two weeks I have gone to the spare bedroom. My husband is not sleeping well and it feels like only after two weeks there is already a body impression on his side of the bed. He feels that the bed sleeps hot. I have not noticed that yet. Very disappointed overall.

Saggin bed
Do not even think of buying an airloom bed. We bought one from Macys in Oceanside. It began to sag within about a month or two.
Made the mistake of waiting too long to call the company. You have 90 days. After that, they came out and agreed that it sagged , but since it wasn't over an inch and a half they would not take it back. Actually the bed sagged an inch and the box spring sagged another 1/2 inch which equals the 1 1/2 inches but since the box spring was involved they would not take it back. Macy's refused to help. We sold the bed less than a year later with over a $3000.00 loss.
My advice is do not get involved with Airloom.

Failure to honor warranty
I purchased an Aireloom Mattress. The store that I bought it from no longer carries Aireloom. The inspector from the independent inspection company determined that the mattress failed. Originally, Linda Menzel from Aireloom wanted me to spend about $1420 to ship the mattress to California from New Jersey and back. When I pointed out that they had a plant in PA, Ms. Menzel stated that it would cost $620 to ship the mattress to and from PA.

When I accepted their offer to ship the mattress to PA, Aireloom wanted me to sign an agreement not to disparage as well as waive any future legal rights. After questioning Ms. Menzel, she stated that even if the mattress were defective when it was returned to me, I could not sue Aireloom. By adding the requirement of not to disparage and to waive all future rights, they violated the terms of their warranty and thus defrauded me.

In my opinion, Aireloom is a terrible company to deal with because they do not honor their warranty. If they did this to me, do you think they will treat you any differently?

Sagging, heat retention
I bought an aireloom mattress from OC mattress in Costa Mesa CA. Was told when I bought this that there was no memory foam, but alas this was untrue. After purchase I noticed heat retention and complained to the store and manufacturer. Found out that it contained 7% memory foam. After several months have noticed sagging and 'holes.'' Paid lots of money and disappointed. Would not recommend.

Sagging mattress
If you're researching a new mattress please read the above reviews and DO NOT buy an Aireloom product. Like the others above have written within weeks my wife and I found our new mattress to be forming deep depressions. We called Aireloom and they sent an inspector and the results were that the 'holes' were within expected body depressions. That's the last Aireloom I'll ever buy. Absolute junk.

Wanted to love you....
3 years ago my husband and I made the trek out to our local mattress retailer. We were buying two mattresses - one for personal use and the other for a duplex for our parents. Decided on two Sertas when at the last moment.....I spotted the Aireloom. I had to test it and I fell in love. It was the most comfortable bed I had ever tried! But alas, the honeymoon period ended and we were left with a mattress that had some serious sagging issues after only 3 years. Some might say that is a good life for a mattress but I have to point out the only two other mattresses we have purchased for personal use lasted at least 10 years each and with no sagging. We only replaced them because we wanted to try newer models. Aireloom - I wanted to love you! Love you for being handmade, being the cushiest bed on the showroom floor, for being the sexiest in looks and for being handmade in CA. Sorry but I can love you no more. Moving on to a new lover.

Poor value for price- sagging after 5 years
I wish I had ready reviews like these before spending over $3000 on our Aireloom in 2012. We expected this mattress to last 20-25 years. When we first got the mattress I couldn't have been more satisfied. It was firm, supportive and so good for my bad back recovering from surgery. Within a few months I noticed I was making a sag in the bed. I tried moving around in the bed more and that helped for a while but now my husband and I are so miserable sleeping in this bed that we can't wait to replace it. We have flipped it end to end but I'd rather return to an old fashioned innerspring mattress that I can flip over. It just makes sense that with more sleeping surface the mattress will last longer. I will for sure NEVER spend $3K on a mattress again.

Very good mattress
I have had a real problem with sciatica over the last couple of years. While this mattress has not prevented it, better body pressure distribution seems to have really helped. I don’t wake up in the AM tired and feeling achey.

Great mattress
Macy's was a pleasure to work with throughout and the mattress has been very comfortable so far.

Hip pain gone
We had been looking for a new mattress for over 2 years, and finally landed on the Airloom Hybrid. Already on the first night, I noticed when I woke up in the middle of the night, my hip and shoulder pain I would typically feel before I rolled to the other side was gone! This mattress really takes the pressure off.

Very disappointed in new mattress
I took my time to find the right bed for my needs and really liked the Aireloom Hybrid. When I returned to buy it, my salesperson was tied up with another customer so that allowed me a good half hour to lie on the bed to make sure it was the one for me. Within 2 weeks of owning the mattress I noticed it wasn't springing back into shape. I've only owned it a month now and it has such deep depressions from my body (and I'm only 5' tall and 115 lbs!) that it feels almost as uncomfortable as my old mattress and is hurting my back. I've informed the salesperson I worked with that I'll be returning this one and hoping she can find something that will work as well as I hoped the Aireloom would. Highly disappointed.

Luxury Plush
Tried this bed 3 times at Macy’s laid on it , sales women was great she recommended this bed I looked at a few in mac

Love this mattress!!!!
We tried 3 different mattresses in 3 months before picking this one. The others were either too firm or too soft, but this one was absolutely perfect. Plush, but with the right amount of support. Finally getting the best nights sleep. Waking up feeling rested, and not sore. If you are picky about your mattress, this is the one to try....you wont regret it.

SOOOO Comfortable!
Love this mattress, so comfortable, soft, best sleep in a long time.

Plush is the word !
Shopping for a new mattress had turned into a nightmare, between pop up stores and online beds in a box/bag I'd given up. Then I thought Macy's that were my parents would go. Our salesman was great listened to our needs and pointed us to several options, gave us the time we needed to decide. Delivery and set up was a breeze. Great mattress! ! Love it.

great mattress
Very comfortable, conforms to body for a comfortable night sleep. I have spinal problems and this has been a big help. It lets me toss and turn with no problems. I tried many mattress' in the store, and this one worked. The salesman was wonderful it took us 2 hours and many jumping from mattress to mattress, his patience was above and beyond.

The Best Sales Staff Around
My purchase could not have been accomplished without the help of the OUTSTANDING Members of the Macy's team in San Francisco at Union Square. Their care and attention to my unique needs and wishes got this very important purchase accomplished. Lili Spagnoletta helped me this time and with my previous mattress over 15 years ago. For this purchase she got her Customer Service Manager Lori to help secure financing options. They Really Care!

So comfortable!
We tested out this bed in the store and it was, by far, the most comfortable! We tried at least a dozen beds that were 5X the cost and this one was the best. The delivery was seamless and we can't wait to sleep on this tonight!

Very comfortable mattress!
Took a couple of days to get use too, since I was sleeping on a mattress over 20 years old. Now I love it, and would definitely recommend it. Also had great delivery service on a very hot day!

Great Mattress!!
It's firm and yet soft. Very comfortable! Great Buy!

Aireloom Sabrina firm king mattress
It’s been exactly one year since purchase. Have called for questionablydefect internally. Mattress sags on one side causing excessive backache for me yet other side is firm. My weight 215 lbs. we purchased for a it being firm and king size. Compared to a foam inner coil mattress purchased in 2003, now 2019, this mattress is better built and low indentation of body points on bed. For the Airloom, I have to wake up completely to turn over. Yet when testing was done on Airloom, it was visually different between side and what measurement that was taken only involved a string pulled taught across mattress and a card with lines drawn to distinguish body indentation. There wasn’t any weighted pressure on points where indents were to measure any foam or spring collapse. I have now received letter from company I purchased from saying it meets standards under warranty. I’m doing a follow up for better practices to measure internal, not visual, of mattress. Over $4000 spent with less than 1 year of use. My queen foam/coil mattress after 16 years outperforms the Airloom and my back doesn’t hurt.

worst customer service
I have owned my Aireloom mattress for about 11 years. I called and emailed customer service and never received an answer. After 3 weeks of trying, I finally reached someone who was extremely rude. I weigh 110 pounds and the indentation of my body is so deep that I can't move at night. When I asked if they have any kind of warranty they said they can't guaranty anything, without asking what the problem is. I would not suggest purchasing this procuct

$5000 Mistake - worst mattress I have ever experienced and even worse customer service
I really wanted to love my AIRLOOM CORONADO mattress. I wanted to support the local California business and own a handcrafted bed. But what happened is that I wasted $5000 and now have a giant piece of trash in my bedroom that I have to dispose of. After only 4 months, I noticed the mattress was starting to sag but I didn't despair because the mattress has a warranty. But this is just a scam because it took multiple phone calls and emails to get Airloom to send out a mattress inspector. This inspector makes all the movements of performing an inspection, taking measurements and photos. But, in the end, Airloom does nothing. Like other unfortunate customers, I will be returning to the mattress store to purchase something with a better reputation.

Lower Back Pain
It's disappointing how the quality of this mattress doesn't match its price. This mattress sags and has given my husband and I lower back problems. I didn't realize how the bed was causing my lower back problems until I had to travel for work a few weeks ago and the very first night back, my lower back pain started again. We've also attempted to rule out other problems (sleep with pillow support between knees when sleeping on the side, sleep without a pillow when sleeping on back, put a small pillow underneath knees when sleeping on back) to no avail. My husband and I have gone to chiropractors for alignments, yet the lower back problems persist; we've concluded that the issue is the bed and have already ordered a new mattress from another provider. Good riddance!

Laguna
Worst mattress ever for the money. The tufted buttons make it very uncomfortable.

High cost with increased back pain
Bought this very expensive mattress, first year I slept with no back pain of which I have a chronic back issue.past two years they have been out twice...1.5 inch dips which I am told on a $4000 bed is acceptable..acceptable to who.. severe back pain with no choices now. Very disappointed...

Nightmare Mattress
I went to the store to purchase the Serta Fusion Hybrid, the salesman recommended this mattress. It was a few hundred dollars more than the Serta so that convinced me it was better. The worst mattress ever, it slumps and does not bounce back when you get out of bed. In the mornings I feel like someone took a bat to me over night. It was so horrible I had to move into my guest room because Macy’s was closed due to the pandemic. I was happy when I was able to return this terrible mattress. I would never recommend it.

Comfortable Hybrid!
Unlike the last mattress I bought, this hybrid is really comfortable. It’s a very nice quality with a long term potential. It’s been exactly a month since it was delivered and I have no complaints. The adjustable base was a great bonus add on. I am very happy.

Love it!
Love this!!! It is so comfortable! The plush is the perfect balance of firmness and softness for comfort and support!

Very comfortable
It's always hard buying a new matress. This one was comfortable right away. It only took a week to get used to. It is not that thick so your not wrestling with sheets, and it's easy to rotate, and you don't need a step stool to get into bed. It is a bit expensive so I hope it lasts longer than the 7 years my sterns and foster.

Very nice mattress
My husband is an Iron worker and he has a lot of back pain so when he tried this mattress he woke up feeling great, the only think he says that is a little t soft which it was firmer but a really nice mattress.

Very Plush!
I have really enjoyed this mattress! It’s the best nights sleep that i have had in years. The mattress is plush, and it not too soft or too hard. It is just right!!! I look forward to getting kin the bed now!

Best mattress in 28 years!
My husband and I have bought 4 mattresses in the course of our marriage. This is the best one we have ever bought. We have had issues with hip and back pain, but we have no issues with any more sleeping with this mattress. We did buy the higher boxspring, which is slightly high for us ( I’m 5’6”) The delivery men were excellent! They were on time and took our old mattress away. They set up our mattress and were done in 20 minutes. Would definitely use Macy’s again!

Very good mattress
I have had a real problem with sciatica over the last couple of years. While this mattress has not prevented it, better body pressure distribution seems to have really helped. I don’t wake up in the AM tired and feeling achey.

This is the best mattress for the best price
There are reviews here for both the Classic Brands 11'' and 14''. This is for the 14'' Cool Gel. For years we slept on a traditional inner spring mattress with memory foam topper for comfort. I found that the memory foam traps heat. So while the topper made the mattress more comfortable, the heat was unbearable. We bought a Sealy memory foam mattress for our guest bedroom. I found it more comfortable than the old inner spring, but a bit too firm and too hot. The Classic Brands Cool Gel Ultimate 14'' Plush was the answer. As plush as an inner spring pillow top, but without the eventually troublesome springs that soon cause lumpy mattress syndrome. And, the cool gel works - keeping the mattress from overheating. I e-mailed Classic Brands before the purchase, asking them about foam density. I had read to avoid the low density memory foams as they don't hold up well. Classic responded quickly that they use 2'' of 4 lb cool gel memory foam on top on 2'' of 4 lb memory foam. The article I read recommended 4 lb foam and that sealed the deal for me. The mattress was made in China and Amazon estimated 1-3 months for delivery. We got it in 3 weeks. When I saw the box sitting on my patio where the delivery man left it, I was horrified. The box was badly damaged and the plastic inner cover was ripped open. These things are tightly compacted and rolled for shipping and once unwrapped expand from a few inches thick to the full 14''. Since the inner wrapper was torn, one end of the bed had already begun to expand. With one end still compressed, this thing looked like a giant mushroom. I contacted Classic and they said to inspect the cover and the foam for damage. If the foam was not damaged, we could keep the mattress and they would send a new cover if needed, or we could exchange it for a new one. The cover was smudged and the foam seemed undamaged, so we unwrapped it. Soon, the mattress had expanded to it's full 14''. We put it in the living room, under the windows for a day to expand. The chemical/foam smell was strong but dissipated after a day or so. Then we moved it to our bedroom and were able to clean the smudges from the cover. Despite the horrible package/shipping, the bed seemed in good condition. But the best part is sleeping on it. It's the perfect combination of firm-enough support and plush, soft comfort. And the cool gel really does work.. For the first time in a long time, I didn't wake up in the middle of the night overheated. When morning came, I got out of bed without the accustomed aches and pains. And my wife loved it as well from the first night sleeping on it. It comes with 2 cool gel memory foam pillows, which are quite firm compared to the old feather pillows I was used too. By putting an old feather pillow on top of the foam pillow, I got the perfect combination of firm support and plush comfort - just like the mattress, with no overheating. Very impressed with the responsiveness/communication from Classic Brands.

VERY NICE, LOOK NO FUTHER.
My wife LOVES this mattress, If she is happy, I am happy. She is the most important person to me!! Very well made, cool, very heavy so it don't slide around on the box-spring getting on and off the bed. It is a bit firmer then expected after reading other reviews, most people like firm. LETS NOW TALK ABOUT THE SELLER, Classic Mattress. Classic Mattress contacted me a couple days after receiving the mattress to make sure I was happy, I mentioned a little issue I had (no big deal still very happy). Before I knew it Classic Mattress went ABOVE & BEYOND to make sure I was 100% satisfied, 99% was not good enough for there customer service. I AM A CUSTOMER FOR LIFE.

Love it!
I was on the fence about buying a memory foam mattress at first because most of them are too firm for my wife. This mattress however has a softer layer on top, with supporting foam under it. So you get a semi soft feel when you lay on it, but great support. Also none of your limbs go numb, which I've experienced from other memory foam mattresses that were too firm! If you're on the fence about buying a memory foam mattress, get this one! You will not be sorry! Both my wife and I have been sleeping like a baby since we purchased this mattress. Also, I have 3 bulging disc in my back. Those of you with back problems know how picky we are about our mattresses. This is a terrific mattress and a great value!

Great bed, our morning soreness is gone
Not the happiest with the mattress because it has only been two years since I bought it, but it has a deep sag in it. I am not a particularly heavy person, but I'm still experiencing sagging? I need to find my warranty.

Most comfortable bed ever
I purchased this because my wife was having back issues and I had a sore shoulder every morning. She likes a soft mattress while I like a firm one. I went with this one because it was advertised as 'Plush' and she would appreciate it.

The mattress arrived quickly and the packaging was pretty intact. It weighed a lot. I carried it myself but would recommend getting help if possible. I set it up on a new Zinus 14'' platform. After unrolling, it expanded to 14 inches quick readily. We slept on it the first night.

The first night, it was very soft. I found I was ok with it though. It was soft, but supportive enough. I've been tracking my sleep for months and my sleep improved right away. I also woke up to a, much less, sore shoulder. My wife reported less back pain the first day also. The next few days we improved more, and by the end of the week, had no more soreness upon waking in the morning.

The bed did get firmer over the first 5 days. At one point, I thought it was going to be too firm but we still sunk in enough and had proper support. Memory foam mattresses are different in their feel than coils.

I also noticed it was a bit warmer sleeping than our old mattress. it was not horrible, but it was warmer. I purchased some very nice cotton sheets and that took care of it.

The pillows are also nice. I have been using down pillows, and love them, but decided to try the gel foam pillow. To my surprise, I really enjoyed it. I'm not yet willing to throw my down pillows away, but I have not used them since I got the foam pillows.

3 inches of real memory foam
If I have $400 to spend on a mattress, would I buy this one over an innerspring mattress or a Costco memory foam mattress? The answer is a yes. You need at least 3 inches of top layer memory foam to enjoy the full comfort that memory foam delivers, and the competition at this price is between 1.5 to 2.5 inches. I gave this mattress a full month of use before writing my review and am happy to report that the support remained consistent throughout the month. I rarely sweated under the sheets, and the 10.5 inch thickness meant I can buy any queen sheet set and not worry about the fit.

The construction consists of a 1.5 inch blue cool gel memory foam top, a 1.5 inch standard memory foam middle, and a 8.5 inch high density foam bottom. The density of the first two foam layers appears to be 3 lbs, which is what you would expect at this price. It is definitely not a Tempurpedic with 7 layers of foam and 5.3 lb density on the top layers.

My back did not hurt while I slept on the mattress, and my legs did not fall asleep while sleeping on my side. But I did find myself angling into my wife if she slept near me. The plastic smell took a full week to become tolerable, and I can still smell it after a month. If you have a larger budget for a memory foam mattress, definitely consider buying one with a higher density top layer.

Update - it's been over a year and the mattress is starting to sink like cheaper foam. I can no longer sleep on my side comfortably because my body sinks down too far and feel pain in my legs after a few minutes. I added a 2'' memory foam topper under my mattress pad, and it's given it new life. Unfortunately, it also means I had to decrease the rating to 3 stars.

Miracle Bed
My husband and purchased a memory foam mattress at the suggestion of my doctor. I have a genetic autoimmune disease called Hypermobility Syndrome which has deteriorated 80-90% of the connective tissue in my body. It leaves me in constant chronic pain and because of that I have been sleeping in the recliner for the last 8 months. Sleeping in our bed left me in so much pain I would have to wake up when he did at 4am each morning so that he could help me out of the bed as I cried. Because I am permanently disabled we weren't able to afford an expensive tempur-pedic mattress. I researched for two months before deciding on this mattress. I was a little nervous because of the low price, but the reviews were decent and it had what I was looking for, mostly the cooling gel because pain medication will cause you to sweat, and I hit the purchase button. Bed arrived about 4 days later and my husband put it on our box spring. I have heard from several people that getting used to a memory foam mattress will take time and may be more painful than your original mattress at first. I agreed to give it two weeks before back to the recliner I go. Last night was our first night sleeping on it and my husband was so comfortable he over slept. When he jumped up he couldn't believe I had also gotten out of bed and had my walker trying to beat him to the bathroom. I was still in pain, but I could move on my own after sleeping in our bed. If it takes time for it to become comfortable to you, by my two week deadline I may never get out of bed again. I slept wonderfully! If you suffer from chronic pain that is only worsened by pressure on and certain part of your body for too long, or if you just want an awesome nights sleep without spending a fortune, order this bed!! I promise it'll be the best decision you've made!!

Overall Good bed.
The bed is a bit firm but still comfiratable but that's not my issue. If you are going to purchase this item just know if you order a 10.5 inch it will only inflate till about 9. Ive already waited way over 2 weeks now and the bed only comes to about 9.2 inch. Also the box was all messed up, broken and torn. The bed packaging was good rapped and sealed in plastic twice. Nothing was peirced (thank goodness). My family had bought similar memory foam beds and they came in better boxes. Their was no smell. Overall good bed for firm users and it curves to your body. Just wish they can advertise the correct size and packaging can be better. Shipment was about 6 days to south Florida.

Not so cool after first night
This currently review is based off ONE night of sleeping on it. It was comfy first night (Not broken in yet) but I did wake up in the middle of the night really really hot. I'm gonna see what happends again tonight, perhaps I just wasnt feeling well but as of right now the cool gel isnt so cool

Bed is comfortable, but more on the firmer side
Bed is comfortable, but more on the firmer side. Do wish it was a tad softer, but still like the bed. I purchased this with a 18 in bed frame, so it sits up pretty high (which is great for taller people).

Couple cons: You can't wash the cover/outershell because part of the top is made out of foam which is annoying (that it's not washable, not that it's made of foam). If you happen to get stains, you could spray detergent, vinger, water mixture and dab the area, but it's not going to do much good.

You can't flip the mattress to the other side because there's like a 2in topper in the mattress that's not on the opposite side. *This is on the mattress itself, not on the outer removable shell although the outer shell also has foam. If you are someone who flips the bed so that the bed evenly wears out... know that this isn't an option with this bed. The only thing you can do is to flip the direction of the head. Now the company claims that this is not necessary, but I already notice that the parts I usually sleep on is a little softer and gives a little bit more than parts that I don't... I'm concerned about this in the long run.

It says that the bed is memory foam, but to be honest I'm skeptical... I don't know if it's just the 2 inch topper they put that is or the entire bed. The bed does have a lot of give (in terms of contour) like most memory foams... but I will say that it lives up to the expectation of keeping you cool.

Love Love Love
Love Love Love. Just as comfortable as temperpedic, maybe more. I unfilled and expanded in no time. It was easy to carry up the stairs by myself.

BUUUY ITTT!! ITS WORTH IT!
I am not usually capable of sleeping on firm mattresses, but this is an exception. I have a bad back and my other mattress was just killing me. After about 4 days of sleeping on this, I had no pain, I could move, and I felt rested when I woke up. I sleep so hard. It does exactly what the description says: relieves pressure points and aligns my back. My body is a whole lot less creaky. I would recommend the Zinus bed frame because at first, the mattress was on the floor and it was great, but after the frame arrived, it felt even better. My parents and siblings are all upgrading to this mattress because it is so great. :)

Comfortable But...
The classic brands hybrid memory foam and innerspring mattress is comfortable more so than our Sealy however, there are a couple of drawbacks that made us go back to the Sealy.

Overall length: My wife and I are both 5’ 9” and the mattress is shorter than the standard Queen Size mattress. It’s actually about 2 inches shorter than our old mattress and it made us feel like we could never stretch out comfortably.

Edge Stability: The corners and edges of the mattress don’t have as much structure as a standard mattress. When you get close the edge it feels like the edge of the mattress is going to collapse. The outer edge is just not that solid. See the added photos.

Mattress Thickness: The depth of the mattress is 10.5 inches as compared to the 14 inches depth of the conventional mattress. It’s not a big deal but combined with the mattress being shorter the Queen Sized sheets don’t fit that well and bundle up when you sleep on it. You can find a way to pin the sheets but that’s a hassle.

Overall, if the mattress is for one person to sleep on you shouldn’t have an issue. If you share it with someone else, you’re taller, or if your kids occasionally crowd into your bed in the middle of the night you might want to look for an alternative. Below is a consolidated list of pro’s and con’s for your review.

Not what it claims to be
This is false it is no where near 10.5 inches so glad i didn't order the 8 inch mattress scared to see what that one would have measured out to be ..if i could figure out how to send back without it costing me anymore than it has already i would

Best Deal
Only had it about a week, but this thing is excellent. Even if you did have to buy another one down the road, you save huge money over the big name mattresses.

Buy it again
I love it and I bought it for my parents and they loved it

Too firm and I weigh 150 pounds
This mattress was incredibly firm. It was not cozy or comfy to me whatsoever. I gave it to my mother for her guest room.

Love this mattress
This mattress is a great value and is very comfortable! I have many many many back problems, and on a traditional mattress I was miserable. Now I'm sleeping much better and don't toss and turn to get off the sore spots as much. For a 'low-end mattress' it sure was a great bargain!

comfortable bed
Nice bed at a terrific price. We bought the package with the base. Will have to see how comfortable it is over time

Great at first, but...
It was great for the small amount of time after it came out of box, but after that initial break in, prepare for this thing to sink worse than the titanic.

Classic Brand Cool Gel Mattress
Affordable firm mattress. Fits the description. The item arrived on time and was well-packaged with instructions on how to unpackage. It also has a 10 year warranty. The mattress should last for several years.

My dad loves it
After my father spent a number of weeks in the hospital and rehab he needed a new bed so we tried this mattress out with an adjustable bed frame and it has been great for him.

Very Comfortable
Matress is soft and very comfortable, have been slepping on it for 3 months and no complaints.

Bought 2yrs ago
Brought almost 2yrs ago, still comfortable. Not too soft not too firm. Did not have any odor out of box. Has a mattress cover that was washed in cold water and dried on low heat for 15min or so didn't want it to shrink.

Excellent all round
Excellent mattress and looks so great want to keep sheets off

soft but indentation
already leaving a memory or indentation in one spot, where you lay, even when you turn over in different positions

It’s very soft & firm.
I’m in LOVE w/ my new mattress i highly recommend y’all to purchase one . I have a nice king size and i slept so wonderful & woke up with NO back pains !!!!!

Love it!!
Sleeps amazing! Wonderful purchase :)

Bed
Very comfortable and easy to set up. Like the different positions.

Good mattress, great price
The mattress is fine. We use it as the base for our mattress topper. Very comfortable, no smell to it and packaged well.

Great mattress and price.
Great mattress ,price and fast shipping.

best bad I have ever had
this bed is worth much more than what you pay for

So far so good
Expanded as expected in the time frame outlined. Bed is comfy and great value. I have a ViSpring Baronette Superb for the main bedroom that retails around $5,000. This mattress is just as comfy but my expectations on how long it will last and stay this nice are obviously not as high. A safe mattress for the spare room and a good nights sleep. I'd say it is on the firm side.

Great when properly inflated
Love this bed. Not too firm but not too soft. The first one came and didn't unroll and reinflate all the way at the short ends, but Amazon was quick to send another that did work out great. I live in Minnesota, so I've heard the cold can potentially mess with it not reinflating entirely. The new one is totally fine and works great!

Great buy
This mattress I bought for my daughter who is about 240lbs. She has been sleeping on it since Oct. 18,2018. She said it is very comfortable. The mattress shows no signs of body impressions and she has had it almost 3 months.

Pretty good for the price!
I've been sleeping on this mattress for four months now and it has definitely improved my quality of sleep. Didn't have any chemical smell when I unboxed it. Also my move in date got delayed so the mattress set in the box unopened for almost a month but did not do any damage to the mattress itself.

Comfortable
This is our second purchase of this company/brand/type of mattress. The first mattress was ordered as s firm queen 10". It was great, and led us to our second purchase of a firm king 10". I will say that for some reason, the king doesn't feel exactly the same (a little softer), but overall the mattresses are both very comfortable. History: My husband thought the queen was too hard and when we went to buy the king size mattress he hought he'd try another company. That was a failure. The other bed gave us back aches, we sank right in. We're returned it and came right back to where we started! Husband is now a believer in the firm. I'm so glad that we've found a comfortable, affordable mattress. We tell all of our friends that are interested in getting a new mattress that they won't regret this one.

Comfortable
Amazing quality!!! I love this bed. I would refer to family and friends!

Causes Aches and pain
Worst bed I’ve ever used, I can’t sleep well at all. I wake up with aches everywhere. If you like stuff hard beds, this is for you.

Great Price and Awesome Sleep
This is perhaps the best night sleep I've gotten I years. I graduated from a queen mattress with a foam topper and thought that was the bomb... I stand corrected. This mattress, at least to my mind, rivals the more expensive gel mattresses on the market. I tried several in store and none compared to this in either price or comfort. I love the cover and the cooling feature creates a comfortable nights sleep at any temperature.
